A pesar de entregar el coche en el aeropuerto de Madrid a la hora acordada y haber dejado las llaves en el buzón del parking, me han cobrado 1 día extra + parking argumentando que he dejado el coche por la tarde, lo cual es mentira.
Les he enviado el billete de vuelo y una foto del coche con el depósito lleno y a pesar de ello no contestan a los emails.
Es tan sencillo como que comprueben a que hora entré en el parking del aeropuerto y lo comprueban.
Es INDIGNANTE que te cobren indebidamente y encima no contestan a los emails de reclamación.
