Booked via Hoppa airport transfer. Avoid this company at all costs. They were nowhere to be found at the airport and failed to provide the return transfer as well.

Driver didn’t turn up for transfer, the mobile number they gave didn’t exist and office closed. Clearly would not recommend and avoid.

Driver did not show for our hotel transfer between uber and Nusa dua and all the numerous contact numbers did not exist or the office was closed. Waited at the hotel lobby for over an hour and had to order another taxi!

Pre booked taxi to the airport didn't not show up? So we had to make our own way in another taxi. No answer to calls or replies to texts! Use someone else.

The Airport Transfer should be 4:00h. We wait until 4:30h on the hotel, and nobody came! A shame!!! I try too call and sent mensage but nothing!!

Booked an airport transfer with Baliwow through a 3rd party agent. We were lucky to be allocated the best driver in Bali! Aryo had already messaged before we had even got off the plane to say he was waiting. He met us with a clear sign, a big smile and a warm welcome as well as much needed bottles of chilled water. He was chatty but professional and gave us useful information to help us get the most out of our stay. Aryo was also our return driver arriving promptly in the middle of the night to take us for our early morning flight. I would recommend this 5* service to anyone visiting Bali.

Booked it online. They sent me my driver info ("Cevi"), and I sent him a message two days before to confirm. Never heard back. On the plane, hours before arrival, sent more messages. He finally responded an hour before I landed and said to message him after I get my bags. I did, came outside in 104 degrees, and he was nowhere to be found. Hundreds of drivers had name tags, but he said to go past all of them to main taxi area, where dozens of drivers started to solicit me. Finally, after 20 minutes in the blistering heat, he sends a message saying his driver is unable to get here. He asked me to send him a selfie so he can send my photo to dozens of drivers in the airport to get me a ride, which would take another 20 minutes. Ended up hiring a random driver after waiting an hour. It has been 3 weeks and they never refunded me, corrupt company and driver!

Driver was at the wrong location and i was only informed at the departure time stated on my booking. Despite being "10-15 mins" away as informed by the POC of the company, driver was nowhere close to my location 45mins later. Had to book alternative transport (2 GoJeks) as i was at serious risk of missing my flight. Vehicle only arrived almost 1hr later after the original booking timing i made at which point half my family had already left on the first GoJek that took 10mins to come. I tried to get a refund thereafter but bizarrely, the company seems to think they have delivered the service if the driver is 1hr late with minimal updates on actual location of driver in between expecting customers to wait patiently and not make plans for alternatives. Am still waiting for my refund 3 weeks on and i can say two things i) get a reliable company where drivers are reliable and well equipped with things like google maps as i am not sure how it is possible that the driver can be so far off from the actual pick up point and ii) get a company that has proper customer service and delivery of experience because customers may actually need to adhere to pick up timings to catch a flight

Mr W (Mr Wonderful!!) was amazing. Great value transfers too-from the airport. Very flexible, able to accommodate all of our needs.

I booked a two way pick up customer ID c232115. The pick up from Denpasar airport was not acceptable. The driver informed us he couldn't use the new toll highway as he had no money. We just wanted to get to our hotel as soon as possible. Yesterday he didn't come to pick us up for the return to Denpasar airport. The staff at the Sofitel tried to call but there was no answer. We had to book a taxi otherwise we would have missed our flight home. I am extremely disappointed with the service. I have emailed twice and had no response.

Our driver Gus Yoga is awesome. Very friendly. We have work for him again today, will mist likely use him the whole time we are here.

Entering flight details for pickup etc is confused at best within the TA System but regardless be prepared rot get a message from your driver via Wha's App. And assuming you grab a sim and data on arrival all very easy. Certainly reliable despite some mystery,

Myself and my friend booked this company for our airport transfer to and from the hotel. Firstly I must say that we were utterly appalled. Having arrived at the airport, our driver- his name was Oppan or Oppian called us to say that he had arrived. Cool. However whilst he called 30 minutes before saying he had arrived and I explained to him we had to get our luggage and go through immigration so we’ll be maybe 20 minutes when we arrived to the pick up area he was nowhere to be seen and left our name card on a fence. I tried to call him after maybe 10 mins of us standing there and he gave the excuse he was in the toilet and we should wait for him. 10 minutes turned to 1.5 hours and whenever I’ll try to call, he would decline the call. I called the company, they then had to send out another car for us, however before the other car turns up.. guess who comes strolling in? Yes Oppian. After 1.5 hours. We arrived in Bali after a 15 hour flight at 23:30 and did not get into the taxi until 1:30. In the car, he was telling us all kinds of excuses and then dropped the “I need this job I can’t get fired” line. I felt bad so called the company back explaining it was all a misunderstanding and he was a great person. He told us he’ll give us a free tour whenever we wanted during our stay and we just pay admission to places. However when the day came for it, he didn’t turn up and left us standing at our hotel, upon contacting him he told us “we were late” so he went home. I spoke to our hotel lobbyists and no one even came to pick us up, nor where we late. I contacted him again to see what was going on and he brushed it off being very rude and saying he wasn’t coming. Let me also say that he wanted us to spend a lot of money as he was trying to con us (probably to make back the money from the “free”tour he’ll give us and then some) because we didn’t fall for it, he saw no fit purpose to drive us around. And once he dropped us at our hotel the first time round, he made a comment along the lines of “ohh you are staying at this very expensive hotel?! Okay okay”. Very dishonest person!! If anyone needs a tour guide, I’ve got an amazing person who was extremely lovely. Sick a kind genuine soul and a careful and alert driver, so let me know and I’ll give you his number :)
