Nyoman is simply the best driver and tour guide - he made sure we didn’t miss anything, was always on hand to help, super friendly and flexible throughout the day too. Water sports were good fun, just make sure to ask about the parasailing as there’s a single and duo, of which the latter is a longer experience. Lunch in Nusa Dua and dinner by the beach were also good, but if seafood is not for you do ask to go to dinner elsewhere if possible. While some of the elements of this half day package cannot be changed I do believe that the choice of Seafood Restaurant could be. The best part of this tour was the personal driver who was friendly, polite and shared his knowledge of the area and culture with us. The Kecak dance amphitheatre was packed in tightly to the maximum and meant that anyone with long legs as my husband has, couldn't sit comfortably, hence we left the performance early. We did enjoy the authenticity and cultural significance of the performance. The advantage of leaving early many that we missed the massive exodus of a crowd this size. Be prepared for the toilets at the temple as the floor was flooded and the smell can make you dry reach. Our tour dri er then took us to the Kampeong Seafood Restaurant on the beach at Jimbaran Bay. We were really looking forward to this part of the evening. The setting is beautiful on the beach however the food at this particular restaurant was appalling. The shell fish was tasteless, the prawns were mushy and the batter on all the food was soggy. The food was barely warm. There was a dish of greens that tasted terrible and mushy. The only food that we were able to eat was the steamed rice and we suffered to eat the cold well done fried egg also as we were hungry, so it was no doubt a very expensive meal of fried rice and egg! If the operators of this tour make a change of restaurant choice (presuming there are better options) then this should be done to make what isn't a cheap half day tour, worth it's value.

Thank you for your time to post a comment on Trip Advisor and regarding your dissapointed for the seafood at Kampoeng Seafood we already pass to the restaurant. We are sorry for the food that you eat on you dinner is not warm and the restaurant promised to serve the food warm and fresh.

This temple visit offers not only the Kecak Fire Dance with male choir chanting for an hour, it is also about a high coastal walk interrupted by cheeky monkeys, amazing views of an endless ocean and the sunset.

Today we did our private sunset tour. Together with our wonderful driver Ketut we had a great tour visiting the Uluwatta temple , witnessed the sunset and a firedance and finished with a wonderful seafood dinner at the beach.
Ketut did a wonderful job as next to bring us safe to the destinations he explained a lot of details about Bali and daily life in Bali. Highly recommend this tour and specifically Ketut as driver

Our trip south to Uluwatu started after Gita picked us up at the hotel in Ubud. We had a great experience and visiting the temple was one of our holiday highlights.
All together, we felt very lucky to have met such a lovely tour guide that could tell us so much about the culture in Bali, was happy to think along with different aspects of our trip and answered all our questions. Besides that, we always felt very save with such a skilled driver while driving through the busy roads of Bali. Without Gita our Bali experience would not be the same!

We had a great day out visiting Pura Luhur Uluwatu - the location up by the cliff side makes it peaceful with beautiful views.
On route there we stopped at a coffee/tea plantation and enjoyed the equivalent of a beer paddle of tea and coffee! Our guide, Gusti, was very informative about the Lewak coffee and in general.
We saw the Kecak dance performance, which was very unique experience (expect crowds but worth it).
To finish off, the Jimbaran Seafood Dinner was delicious and at a beautiful and relaxing spot on the bay.

This tour is a wonderful highlight of South Bali. It included the Uluwatu Temple and surrounding areas with a monkey forest, the Kecak Fire dance, Jimbaran Bay and dinner at a seafood restaurant at Jimbaran Bay beachside. Our tour guide was Wayan. Wayan arrived early to pick us up from our hotel. Wayan drove us in an air conditioned car with advanced knowledge of the roads and traffic conditions. Wayan was English fluent, professional, informative, well organised, took good care of me and my friend, and ensured a smooth tour. The Uluwatu Temple, cliff side, ocean, and surrounding water and monkey forest are beautiful with scenic views of the sunset. The Kecak fire dance was a cultural Balinese dance with a traditional historic story and meaning that was insightful, fun to watch and creative. The Jimbaran Bay is a gorgeous strip of beach with more than 30 restaurants for dine in on the beach offering seafood cuisine. My friend and I dined at a seafood restaurant Kampoeng Seafood that has generous portion sizes of various types of fish and seafood. The seafood was fresh and delicious, the setting and vibe was relaxed and friendly, and the beaches had some fireworks and live singer music performances. Jimbaran Bay was an entertaining, fun and relaxed atmosphere. This tour is an excellent tour for highlights of South Bali for friends, family, individuals and groups! What an amazing afternoon, from start to finish was excellent.
Our driver Aditya picked us up at our hotel, he showed us around the temple explaining all about the areas, told us to be careful as the monkeys would take your glasses or hats in return for food, the fire dance was spectacular and so nice to see a Bali traditional dance.
Then onto the seafood restaurant on the beach, food was excellent and staff so friendly and helpful
Would highly recommend this trip

We had a wonderful tour of the Ulawatu temple yesterday with our very knowledgeable and friendly guide, Aditya. First an easy air-conditioned drive to Ulawatu, during which Aditya prepared us for the visit, then a tour up to and through the temple complex, which is situated on top of a hill overseeing the Indian Ocean. While walking, we encountered many donkeys to the delight of our teenage kids. Then, to the amphitheater, where we watched a spectacular fire dance playing central elements of an ancient Hindu epic while at the same time enjoying an amazing sunset as background. The evening was closed with a delicious dinner at a seafood restaurant on the beach. This half day tour exceeded our expectations by far thanks to our very competent guide, Aditya, who had organized, timed, and explained everything for us.

Timing was a challenge getting caught in hours of traffic. The dinner at the end was rushed as a result of how long it took to get from the fire dance to the restaurant. Perhaps starting with a lunch then finishing with the fire dance / sunset might have taken the pressure off. We also expected more historical and contextual information from the driver on what we were looking at.

Wonderful tour, from Sanur we were picked up to go to Uluwatu, where we went to tour the temple, saw the statue, the beautiful view. We also went for the kecak fire dance and luckily we took this tour where the tickets were included so we avoided having to wait in a long line. The dance itself was a 10/10 cultural experience. After that we were brought to a seafood dinner at jimbaran, also included in the package, where we got to enjoy some delicious fresh seafood right at the beachfront. Overall it was very worth it, covered three activities in just half a day. Our tour guide, Putu, was great as well, very friendly, helpful, he protected me from monkeys at the monkey forest in uluwatu and gave some valuable insights on what to do in Bali. Would definitely explore other packages and tours they provide.
