We were really excited to do the night Safari but we were pretty disappointed. Everything was really rushed and there was no time to see the animals in the zoo properly. We went straight to dinner which was okay but were charged $4.50 for a bottle of water (usually about 50 cents anywhere else). For the tour inside the cage was good but once again really rushed and only at each location for about a minute. The fire dancing was the best part so definitely stick around to watch that.

While its worth a day out and there is a lot to see and do (especially for kids) somehow it also feels like there is more potential that hasn't been reached. The actual floating market doesn't need a boat to get to, you can just walk it, and it's more like a large pond than anything else. There's plenty of crafts to buy and places to eat, plus train rides and rabbits and that sort of thing which kids would enjoy. Would recommend for about half a day.

I could not watch the Kecak dance - supposedly included in the tour, because my “guide”, a sleepy looking totally unaware driver, preferred to smoke cigarettes instead of getting the ticket on time. Totally unprofessional! I don’t recommend this Maharaja tour company to anyone.

I think if we had been informed what our driver was wearing things may have been different. We were late as I didn't know our driver had arrived at hotel. There was a language barrier when we were dilvered to location. Without the pass we couldn't see the temples, we were very wary of the monkeys whilst we waited they are wild. Honestly the best part was the show. We were late to the arena too, although the attendants were very accomodating there was no seat. This show is unique, the actors and costumes incredible. But I was uncomfortable the whole time.

The temple and show was excellent. The attendants friendly. The actors were magnificent. Although our driver was inexperienced we were in safe hands. Must see

Didn’t not enjoyed this wired drama that they call dance form and way too much crowded not at all worth the money , time and energy wasted.more over that won’t recommend any one to go to bali people are hungry for your money just trying to fool you with any cooked up story everything is over priced to 3-4 times of the printed or justified value In the end I won’t recommend any one for bali just go anywhere but not bali

The actual fire dance was incredible - entertaining and hilarious at times. Make sure you get into the arena as soon as you have your tickets though; I went in 45 minutes before the show started and only just managed to find a seat. Really wish there was more time to look around the temple though so I'd recommend for the driver to pick up earlier as the time I did have was very rushed. The tour was also from 3pm to 9pm so I was expecting there to be some time accounted for to get dinner but this wasn't the case - the driver was also very confused when I asked about this (he seemed to think that dinner was included in the price, when all I wanted was for time to grab something to eat myself). So make sure you eat a big meal before going on this trip as by the time I got back to my hotel, everywhere was closed. The driver noted that this was the furthest that he had picked someone up (I was located in Ubud). Throughout the trip and especially at the end he seemed to get quite annoyed with the fact that I was so far away. Maybe don't give people the option to be picked up from Ubud if your drivers are going to be annoyed with the long distance? In all, worth the experience but I'd recommend picking a different tour operator next time.

In sorounding Lembang area, a lot of places offer you getaway experience. But,it will not be so during high seasons. Places will jammed pack. Most of it, no order. You just have to keep your cool while someone cut your line once or twice. You start queing right from parking lot, then entrance, food stall, rides stall, washlet, exit ect.

Booked this a month or so ago. Special outing for my daughters birthday. Waited for over an hour. No pickup, no phone numbers work so we couldnt even contact them. WOULD LIKE A REFUND PLEASE.

I guess the company underestimated the drive time but we got to the event late and didn’t get to visit the temple, the seating for the “fire dance” was overbooked and extremely crowded. It wasn’t really a fire dance at all. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this excursion.

Kawah Putih was worth the visit although facilitie not senior citizen friendly at all.But never use Maharaja Tours through Trip Advisor.I was shortchanged!!You can arrange better tours through the hotel at a much lower price!!

Driver was amazing and friendly. Trip was long but great sightseeing. We didn't stay the entire fire dance as there was hundreds of people in the one place and it was so humid and hot we couldn't stand it. The temple is just amazing and the view from it even more beautiful. Worth every penny!

It was so nice to have a private driver and English speaking guide for the day. Five star service all around. Sugeng was a safe driver who gave us great information about Bali and Indonesia. He helped us choose places to go and recommend ideas on what to see. Traffic is heavy in Bali. Hiring this company for the day made our vacation more enjoyable and less stressed. We saw more than hiring a group tour and paid less money. Easy decision to recommend to my friends!
