Sanjeev was a great guide, who along the entire visit was very careful and clear! Visiting the Taj Mahal with him was a great opportunity for us to truly get a taste of the rich history of the mogul empire. He also offered us further help to enjoy the rest of the day, and guided us through a separate visit of the Akbar fort.

It was really bad, I mean, really really bad. First, we booked it two days in advance and 1 hour before they ask us if we can go 7 hours later... of course we couldnt and we agreed at 11 (insted of 10 like it was booked). The guide was not a guide. Was a student that wanted to earn some cash. She didnt know a single thing about the city, the tour, or even where she was. Literally she took 1 hour walking around and asking about our lives to take us somewhere interesting, a hindi temple, and she didnt come in to explain anything... She was trying to follow a pdf and google maps but she was getting los every 5 seconds and asking the locals for directions, for nothing, because in the end she didnt find anything. She said she was learning and that it was her first time. Really, if it is your first time, at least read the pdf and look up the locations before you start... In the end we said we had to leave after 1 hour and something doing nothing in Agra. We gave her a tip, which was way more than what anyone would have gave her, and she said she that we should be more generous!! Awful, really, it was the worst experience in Agra. Bonus track, she was obssesed taking photos, so I guess we’ll be all over the webpage by now.
