Brilliant experience with Harsh and his guides. We visited Amritsar and loved the border stand off and the beautiful Golden Temple. We then visited Delhi, Agra, Fathepur Sikri and Jaipur. We had a great car, great comms with Harsh, great hotels and great guides. I only wish we had longer to enjoy the amazing hotels. Thank you Harsh and Creative India Journey! 5 star :)

If you are planning on doing this trip, best decision you can make is to book it with Creative India Journey. We were well taken care of from the starting point up-to the point where we were dropped off and in between! A big thank you to Rajat and Usman who picked us up from Delhi and Agra respectively and the biggest thank you to Nizam for giving us a fantastic tour and complying to our many many photo requests! We didn’t have to worry about anything during the day, just to go along and enjoy the majestic sights and history! We stopped for lunch and were treated with mouth watering Indian dishes that we will be remembering for a long time. Well done Harsh and team! Will definitely recommend their services.

We did the Golden Triangle tour followed by a few days in Goa and Kerala organised through Creative Journey India. Harsh provided an excellent tour and ensured our needs were met at every step of the way. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to organise a tour with family in India.

We had a wonderful trip! Harsh Upadhyay is very responsible and we are very happy with his helpful tips. The trip was seamless, no trouble at all, weather was great, no problem with smog/fog. We felt safe and there were no issues with hotels, transportation, etc.

Great experience in all aspects, including owner Mr. Harsh prompt Emails in planning, to driver pickup at airport, and all hotel bookings, guides etc.! Everything was as planned, reliable, and trustworthy. Creative India Journey lived up to TripAdvisor praise and now add mine also. I will book again for next years trip to the South. Golden Triangle is an unbeatable itinerary with so many historic sights/monuments in an easily reachable zone. My driver Danish was reliable, safe, polite, knowledgeable, and a fun travel companion for my solo tour, Shukria MDK ! Individual city guides were also good, adding so much to my experience. Harsh even checked in on me at intervals to ensure all okay. Overall a great experience at a fair price for car/driver, good hotels, and very nice Creative India Journey staff...book them and relax! This was the third time visiting the Golden triangle and this was best tours of them all. The whole trip was virtually stress free and when something did come up the tour guides or our driver took care of it. The guides were friendly, well educated and extremely passionate. They knew how to read the room and alter the tour when our interest strayed. The drive struggled with English at times but made up for it in with his superior driving skills. We customized our tour, adding a safari and a visit to a monkey temple in Jaipur which the tour company easily provided for us. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Bucket list did not disappoint! We did 7 nights and 8 days. Golden Triangle and the Rathembore Safari and saw the tigers and the cubs! If I had known I would have gone in reverse order and gone to Jaipur first so I could get some textiles first and worn them for pictures on the trip but we still got fitted for fine wool/cashmere suits and had them delivered to the hotel before we left. The driver, Rinku was THE BEST! He was on time after every tour, had water, snacks, opened and closed my door, and was so safe and efficient driving. He personalized the trip beyond belief taking pictures and making us feel special. He kept the car so clean and climate controlled. I'd take him anywhere/anytime. We had a difference guide in each city of Jaipur and Delhi and Agra an each was very good in a little different. But very professional and very knowledgeable. They were patient and were able to navigate us through the crowds with ease and tell us what to avoid and where to pay attention. They answered all our questions and gave us WhatsApp contact should we have further questions and send follow up pictures they took. We took the 5 star hotel option and glad we did. The first two hotels were great. The last one was a Radisson Blu and was dirty and housekeeping missed the mark every day. They didn't resolve the a/c issue and towels were all stained and could almost see through the sheets and shower not cleaned properly and when we discussed it with the hotel they didn't seem concerned. The first two hotels we had no issues with. But overall the trip was just amazing. We got to see how the textiles were manufactured and the jewels refined from raw materials. Artisans at work that are lost today. Generational work still being done today. The elephant ride was amazing. Our guide for the Taj Mahal recommended not seeing it at sunrise as per the itinerary because in the month of December the fog won't provide the pictures you see online and he was exactly right. He took us at the perfect time. Our safari ride was early and the fog was tough but it actually provided a great misty backdrop with the tigers behind it and our cameras adapted well for them. It was nice to have a different guide and having a private tour you don't have to wait on a large tour and fight crowds. I highly advise a private tour for this trip. Creative India Journey Tours did a great job and Harsh was always on top of making sure we were happy with how things were going each day. Thank you for a vacation/trip of a lifetime.

This tour was so well organised and Harsh is such a gentleman. The driver and tour guides are so punctual, speak good English, and have so many amazing stories that make your tour memorable. You are given complimentary bottled water during your tour. You are taken care of and taken to the best monuments and attractions. You do not have to worry about planning anything. Harsh even went out of his way to arrange additional accommodation for me when I got in a sticky situation. It took less than 10 minutes. Everything was well-planned and well-executed (from start to finish)!! Everyone arrived on time and we never felt waiting in any instance during the trip. Appreciate that all our tour guides and Mr.Pankaj all know english and can communicate well. They are very courteous, provide information and shares advices and recommendations. Helped us always on taking family pictures. Mr.Pankaj was very accommodating and patient to our needs. Car was always clean loaded with snacks, candies and cold drinks ready. Also, all hotel accommodations were all great & clean. Harsh was really hands-on and always made sure that we are good and comfortable on travel. Always responsive. Really enjoyed the private tour with the family! With a 3-year old toddler on a long ride, these things made my our trip more comfortable. Perfect Team! Let’s just start by saying that I was so satisfied and pleased with Creative India Journey - Agency. This review will be filled with the type of info I look for, hopefully it helps you too! So, this agency went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The founder, Mr. Harsh U. communicated with me directly and was so timely, caring, and accommodating - before, during, and after the trip! Mind you, I booked with them what I consider kinda last minute! I am a traveler that normally books everything herself, but with the amount of activities that I wanted to get done in a limited amount of time and it being my first time in India - well this agency came highly recommended. Now about the experience: From the time I was picked up, I felt safe and welcomed. Our driver, Mr. Chand, stayed with us throughout the duration of the trip (which we appreciated as we quickly realized that local traffic was a culture shock for us - but yet such a fun and safe experience). We had a comfortable large, temp controlled SUV. Mr. Chand picked us up at every starting location and took us to meet our city guide, and would remain with us making sure we were able to complete the full pre-planned itinerary and then drove us to the next city over to our next hotel, and repeat. The hotel in every city was so comfortable, beautiful and safe with delicious breakfast buffet! There was an option to choose 4 star hotel as well, which was was we chose. (Note: Driver never leaves car unattended, safe to store personal belongings for day trip, though recommended to leave big luggage at start and ending hotel) Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra: In every location, we had a tour guide who was native to that city. (Delhi - Ms. Shweta, Jaipur - Mr. Manoj, Agra - Mr. Ravi, I recommend all of them!) Each was so kind and made our trip so fun, all experts in their location. I was with my parents who are in their 60’s and I’m in my 30’s and they managed to please all of our interests. Throughout our tour, I was so pleased to find out that the guides love to help with taking our photos and they are pretty good (Instagram and FB approved! Lol) A huge bonus! Throughout the tour, you can communicate with your guide and they can adjust as you please. If you want more shopping or eating, they will take you to legit spots, if you want more activities they will make that happen for you. Which speaking of, all the restaurants that they picked for us were delicious and offered authentic Indian cuisine and continental choices (veg and non-veg). I was pleased with what they picked as I am unfamiliar, but if you have a suggestion I’m sure they would gladly accommodate. They will also take you to some local craft specialty shops where you will get authentic products. I took home a gorgeous ring and my parents took a gorgeous carpet. A nice touch, was having Mr. Harsh meet up with us in Agra. He made us feel so special and we got to meet who was so attentive throughout our journey. Overall, I had an unforgettable experience, India is now my favorite country. My main highlights were the Taj Mahal (aim for sunrise, less crowded, cooler weather), a dream come true, and the elephant sanctuary in Jaipur, and or course making new friends with my guides and other locals. A few tips: Have cash for shopping (cards sometimes work) and have toilet paper for any emergency stop during transfer city routes. In Jaipur, we opted for an elephant sanctuary instead of shopping. Def like I said, a highlight! I absolutely plan on using this agency again, I need more of India. For the next travelers - have fun, open your heart and mind and you will have the best experience. It was a last minute reservation, but they managed to arrange everything perfectly. Sunny offers a very special customized & attentive service. .. Even when I requested last minute modifications, he did it without making it hard for me.. cars were super clean with snacks & water, guides were very informative & they took very nice photos of me as well.. that was very helpful since I was a solo traveler.. India is beautiful & travelling with Sunny is highly recommended.
