An incredible tour of the Taj Mahal with our fabulous guide Farid. Exceptional knowledge which was articulated beautifully. Definitely a tour guide to be recommended and requested

We booked a driver of this agency through the host of our homestay in Agra, for a tour from Delhi to Agra, Jaipur, Sawai Madhopur, and back to Delhi. Our driver, Nizam, was incredibly friendly and reliable and was driving very secure. We always felt at ease with him behind the wheel. He often showed and explained little details about daily life in India to us while we were on the road. The car was also in good condition, with AC, enough space for our luggage and fully functioning seatbelts (which is not self-evident in Indian cars).

Our tour guide Khalid (KT) was great, he escorted us from Agra station to the various sites. He's a wealth of knowledge and was very friendly. We did have some hiccups with the train ticketing, they had booked us to be seated separately and we were lucky enough that another passenger was willing to swap seats with us so please check your tickets. Allow some extra time for train arrival in Agra too due to weather etc. Overall the tour was very good.

The driver (Shahid) and the tour guide (Farid) was enthusiastic. I had the pleasant time here. The tour guide also helped me to have a lot of great photos.

Great day. Travel was seamless, fully organised from start to finish and met on time at every step. Guide Farid did excellent job giving background to all monuments. Taj Mahal was particularly impressive. Highly recommend doing this train tour as road travel is very chaotic. Shahid was our local driver in Agra who made the journey smoothly and safely between sites. The paperwork sent by Viator was quite confusing as it says that lunch and monument entrance ARE included and also that they are NOT included at differentplaces on the paperwork. Extra cash, in fact, is required for both. Farid purchased the tickets on our behalf without any delay and was able to take us to ATM.

Overall excellent tour! We were supposed to go by train but the night before we were informed by the tour company that there were train delays due to the fog and were given the option to go by car. Raj, our driver, made us feel very comfortable. Farid, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and provided very interesting facts about the Taj Mahal. Also, restaurant for lunch - great buffet lunch, clean, friendly, efficient staff. Highly recommend this tour!

Farid was our tour guide and Raj was our driver for the day and the were wonderful! So knowledgeable about the history and made the tour very interesting for us and made sure that we were comfortable on our stops through Agra following the tour. The tour was a great time for the whole family and Farid made sure to take great pictures of us together at the best spots! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent guide and driver. We had a great day travelling by train to Agra. Our guide delivered us to our seats on the train and our second guide met us at the carriage in Agra. It was a relly good day out visiting the sights and the magnificent TajMahal. We were also taken to some local handicraft locations which were enjoyable too. Be ready for the sales pitch from the places you visit!!! Nadeem is a well organised operator. He organised a driver and guide for our stay in Delhi too. Raj and Mohammed showed us the sights around Delhi while driving us to appointments. It was all very well coordinated. You can mix business with pleasure!!!

We didn’t have much time on this portion of our trip and seeing the Taj Mahal was a priority. This tour made it easy and wonderful. We were so fortunate to have Farid as our guide: he was professional, deeply knowledgeable, and made the experience in Agra seamless. He also patiently answered all our questions and had a great sense of humor. He’s also a great photographer and new all the best spots. Some reviews have recommended skipping the artisan stop. I wouldn’t, they weren’t pushy for us to buy anything, and learning about how the stonework was completed on the Taj Mahal in an up-close way added a level of detail that I found valuable in understanding the scope of the monument. We had a little snafu with our morning train ride seats, but the tour operator was communicative and everything worked out, though we ended up not being able to sit together. (We are also traveling in high-season so it was not the fault of the operator.) Definitely recommend, and if you can, ask for Farid!

Very good service- provided transportation from hotel to train from Delhi to Agra. Farid as a tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Your was very good at going the pace of the group, as we had someone older who walked slower.

The tour of the Taj Mahal was great! Our tour guide Malik was very informative and provided great insight on the history and background of the Taj Mahal. He met us as soon as we got off our train and was very attentive to our needs throughout the day. I highly recommend touring with Malik if you're planning to visit the Taj Mahal!

Farid did a great job, showed us around town gave us a great tour of the Taj Mahal and handled all the paperwork required. Would recommend
