The guided tour by them was nicely done. We had asked for customised plan with photography + history + food of the city. The guide Tarun explained us everything and took us to some less crowded places. We also added Fort in our itinerary and Tarun guided us there as well. They even recommend you places which only locals know. Will recommend them if you want to have a true taste of the city.

Shoutout to our guide prabhat who enthralled us with stories of the fort town and it's history, the people, culture, traditions etc while showing us around the old city. He is really knowledgeable and his passion and love for the city is admirable.While standing at the fort gate and listening to him, It seemed as if we had travelled back in time and witnessing history turning it's pages. Some of the food joints he recommended were hidden gems and can't be looked up online easily and only a local will know. It was indeed a memorable walk and made one fall in love with the city. Thanks again to jodhpur Heritage walk for organising such off the beaten track tours . Surely, the best way to get to know a city is walking its lanes and bylanes, looking around and listening to a learned local.

I highly recommend Jodhpur Heritage Walk. During my visit to Jodhpur around Diwali 2023, I received an amazing full day guided tour of the city and surrounding area. From the morning two-hour guided walking tour of much of the Old City to the visit to Mehrangarh Fort, the Jaswant Thada, and Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur Heritage Walk’s made the visit all the more memorable! My guide Brapat was both knowledgeable and personable throughout the day. He explained the history of the places we visited with the skill of a seasoned professional. My visit to the Blue City—and Jodhpur Heritage Walk’s role in facilitating it—has been one of the genuine highlights of my time in India. I cannot recommend this tour company enough!

Me and my wife had a wonderful time in this heritage walk experience in Jodhpur. The guide was so knowledgeable and shared so much intricate details of the place and its history. He knows the history of the place as the back of his hand. This was such an enriching experience which I will remember for the rest of my life. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone who wants to enjoy the real flavour and grandeur of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Narrow gullies, blue houses and a setting sun will always be etched in my heart.

I had reached out to Jodhpur Heritage Walks requesting a half day city tour. Response was prompt. My guide Mr. Prabhat was very informative and took a keen interest in sharing stories and anecdotes that only locals are aware of. He showed me some key vantage points offering sweeping views of the city and the fort. In fact, upon hearing of my interest regarding a certain view point (which was not part of the scheduled walk) he went out of his way to drop me and arranged for the guide/tickets for the same. Recommended for any one interested in the culture and heritage of Jodhpur.

I spent 2 days with Jodhpur Heritage Walk. First day we went to the Fort and to the Blue City. I was very pleased to go there with the guide Umed. He told me so much about the history of the place, showed me the most interesting spots in the Fort (on my own I would not know what to pay attention to) and helped me to find my way in the streets of the blue city. As I am interested in photography, next day I asked Umed to bring me to the best spots to watch the sunrise and the sunset. He showed me places with no tourists with great views on the Fort. It was a great experience.

Walk was very informative provided by a guide who knew the history explicitly. However, since the walk was entitled. “Jodhpur Photography Tour”, I expected it to be the hidden photography gems of Jodhpur? It was more like a historical tour of the Fort. Interesting enough but again not what I expected. Maybe a suggestion for the tour that the name be more related to the title. Thank you. Otherwise, pleasant enough.

Easy to communicate with and very responsive. I used WhatsApp to get in touch and with some quick back and forth they arranged us a guide for a 3h heritage walk. Mr Nitin lobo was a great guide in explaining both the history and cultural background of Jodhpur and its people. We walked the markets and old Jodhpur neighbours where you find some of the blue houses. With some excellent timing we arrived just in time at one of the sunset points close to the fort for some beautiful pictures. Both jodhpur heritage walks and Mr Nitin lobo highly recommended.

I had a wonderful time with Rishi. He guided me through the blue city and to the fort, as well as to other places I wanted to go (like a nice furniture store for old pieces and to a Ayurvedic pharmacy). He showed me nice photo sports. It was very hot this day, so he also gave more relax opportunities and took care. At the end he brought me back to my hotel. I von recommend you this tour to get a great overview on Jodhpur.

Had a fabulous afternoon yesterday with Rakesh. From meeting at the clock tower to ending around 4 hours later we explored so much of Old Jodhpur. our guide was knowledgeable and considerate and made the whole afternoon easy and comfortable. As well as walking around the tiny lanes of the Blue City, market, old city and a climb to sunset point we had lots of tasty food stops too. We would recommend the walk without hesitation and consider ourselves fortunate to have been guided by Rakesh. Excellent.

We LOVED our tour with Rishi - a perfect way to start our stay in Jodhpur. The tour was a good balance of history, fun facts and hidden gems that we would never have found without a guide (e.g. a beautiful temple, freshly made chai and seeing how locals make the sweet “gheval”). Conversation flowed and Rishi was able to answer all our questions - about Jodhpur and beyond. Highly recommend.
