I had taken their old delhi capital of mughals tour which highlighted the before and after british era. I was amazed by seeing red fort, jama majid and many more sight seeing. The old delhi is a place which have an essence of ancestors and ancient architectures. I would definitely suggest everyone to take their services.

Usually I don't check 'status' of my contacts and 99% I give it a complete skip but I can't thank my great fortunes when I saw Ritu's status mentioning about winter trek of kedarkantha! I wouldn't call my kedarkantha trip a trek but it was a pilgrimage for me and I went with an empty mind like a white board and the kind of masterstroke of colorful memories that this universe painted for me is hard to describe! The accommodation at sankari village the food the hospitality of gorgeous himalayan souls is so humbling.the campsite near juda ka talab to base camp to summit and back.each of these places kept reinstating one fact that how generous mountains are how magnanimous how caring and how hardworking ! We had lip-smacking food and snacks and best cuppa chai in the most tough conditions where the temp runs in minus and no nearby water source! Not just procure but to ferry to actually churn out delicious food in tents and make shift kitchen was nothing short of miracle for me! I kept bowing down to the himalyan spirits and ever since I have come back to the city I haven't stopped thinking and thanking this wonderful hard working team of Ritu! Thank you Ritu and I don't have enough words to thank you! You have washed my soul pure and clean and you were the chosen instrument to take me to such a High energy place called Kedarnath!🙏

For a recent trip to Sikkim, we engaged Ritu (Ease India Travel) and her team as our travel organiser. My partner and I were given a seven-day itinerary that included a picturesque village in Kalimpong and beautiful Sikkim locales, including Aritar, Gantheng Valley, Nathula, and Gangtok. When it comes to unique, offbeat homestays and properties in untouched, gorgeous environments, EIT knows the best of the best. Every part of my journey was handled with a great deal of personal care and attention, from the initial inquiry to the thorough schedule. Exceptionally well-kept and spotless taxi services in all areas, with a passionate team working to make sure you have the finest experience. We didn't want to be at crowded placed, so Ritu carefully listened to us and grasped our demands before tailoring the tour to meet them. Additionally, I was allowed to alter my itinerary, which was fantastic because it allowed me to tailor the trip to suit my interests. I was given accurate information on the locations I was visiting throughout my tour, but Ritu's staff was always available to answer any questions, which made the experience flawless. Before I get into the feedback, I would like to comment upon the tremendous commitment you have shown towards the trip. Despite there being cancellations, you proceeded with the trip to keep your commitment to me, and I cannot thank you enough, for it turned out to be the best vacation I’ve ever been on. Right from day one, I knew this was going to be a special holiday. The hotels chosen were ultimate in luxury and comfort. Bar the one in Tsomoriri, all the guest houses and home-stays were really good too. Special mention here for the hotel in Hunder, which was so beautiful, I wanted to stay in for the evening just to enjoy it. No regrets on ‘wasting’ a sight-seeing opportunity, for what is this life, if one can’t stop to smell the roses. The Ladakhi guide chosen for this trip, Rigzin Namgyal, was a treasure trove of knowledge. He knows his culture, region and religion very well, and told us so many tales hitherto unheard of in my usual reads. So much information about the land and Buddhism, and the culture and art there, that I was tempted to start recording every word he said for future reference. The merits of having a local guide for your trip cannot be emphasised enough, and EIT has aced this one. Ritu is the best trip leader one can ask for! Enthusiastic, flexible with plans, and a clear head in times of unforeseen circumstances. There is a reason she is good at what she does, and this is her true calling. She made sure I was always comfortable and having a good time. The spots we visited were utterly gorgeous and mostly untouched by tourists. I cannot get over all the wonderful little stops we made, the uncrowded places we went to, the little impromptu detours that lead us to sights unseen, thanks to the enthusiastic Rigzin, and the always ready to explore Ritu. They both also instantly complied when I said I am not interested in seeing Bollywood-famous sites, but the real Ladakh. The minute my fascination for water bodies became clear, we waited at every brook and river that time would permit, and I got to dip my feet in them at every safe opportunity. This made the trip extra special for me. Special mention here for the environment friendly and local friendly attitude of EIT, promoting responsible tourism. What was not included in the package advertised was the laughter, amazing conversations and company, and the unexpected experiences and opportunities that popped up. This has been an unparalleled holiday, from start to finish. And the fact that I still feel this way nearly three months after returning, is proof that it’s not the after-vacation high talking. Given a choice, I will plan EVERY vacation of mine with Ease India Travel, and if Ritu were to lead the trip, it would make for lashings of icing on the cake complete with a cherry on top. I travelled with a group of 9 people in Northern India for 10 days (Varanasi, Khajuraho, GoldenTriangle etc) . Our trip was organised by Ease India Travel combining what what we wanted and what the agency suggested. After spenting those 10 days and finishing our trip, I have to say the organisation was perfect, in full detail and had minor surprise (even though I was prepared to expect the unexpected). During the whole trip we had an escort with us, Deepak, who did his best to provide us with any assistance we needed and had a constant eye on us in every street we moved in India. And he was always friendly and smiling. Also, our private bus driver Ram, drove us with safety all the way in the chaotic streets of India. In the hotels we stayed we choose to have dinner and in most cases food was really great. One thing I would mention is, though we booked a triple room, some hotels were not prepared in advance for the 3rd persons' amenities (towels, pillow) and had to ask them (in one situation we asked even for for the extra bed ). But for sure I would recommend Ease India for organising your trip and definitely I would travel with them again! Thank you Ease India!

Just returned from an amazing trip to incredible India. We were a group of nine and organised this trip with Ease India Travel. Our first part of the trip was a hike in Kasmir and Ease India Travel was recommended to us by the hiking company. Despite the fact that you can't find a lot of reviews online... we trusted our trip to  Ease India Travel and this came out to be the best choice we made. The organisation was perfect and really reached our expectations in every way. We had everything we asked for as planned and no surprises. We read so much online about India and suprises...but Ease India Travel made sure that we had no surprises. Our tour included sevelar places in north India like Varanasi, Kajuraho, Orcha, Gwalior, Agra, Fathihpur Sikri, Jaipur and Delhi. We had an escort along the way, Deepack which was great  help for us with everything. Thank you Ritu for recommending an escort and  thank you Deepack for beeing the perfect escort. Additionally at everyplace we visited we had a local guide giving us an insight for the place and the monuments we were visiting. Tickets were prepurchased wherever possible so we didnt wait in lines. Ritu, the owner of the company, was personally involved in both setting up our itinerary and organising everything. She is really professional and made every effort to accommodate all our needs. She provided invaluable advice and tips about which places to visit, where to stay,  how to behave and what not to miss. From the first contact with her you get the best impression. Responding quickly, she is the one who personally knows places and things which is really important. She won our trust and our heart from the first call for discussing organisational issues. We had an incredible time in incredible India and Ritu, Deepack and Ease India Travel made sure for that. I would definitely recommend Ease India Travel and we would be using this company in future travels as in and around India. At the end of our trip we also got to meet Ritu personally which was an honour and just confirmed the best thoughts for her and the efforts and professionalism she puts in her company. We chose Ease India to do a 10day custom tour in Northern India, including the golden triangle and Varansi. We were a group of 9. We had an amazing communication with Ritu to finetune the itinerary, internal flights and ground transportation. We started our trip in Varanasi and we had a private bus (Ram was the driver) which made it gradually to all cities and sights, concluding in Delhi. At each city/sight we had a guide and all along with had an escort (Deepak) to facilitate all matters and generally provide us with assistance. All hotels had breakfast and dinner included which was great as we did not need to look around for food every day. In most cases there was not much outside the hotel too. The food at the hotels was average and in some cases excellent-but never bad. We chose 4 star hotels but having concluded the trip I would have opted for 5 star hotels (mainly cleaner and better quality amenities). The itinerary/quote received from Ritu was clear with all that was included and what was not. It was fulfilled to the last bit and we did not have any surprises. If you are looking for a professional travel agent with super-fast response look no further-choose Ease India and you will not regret it.

We walked through magnificent bazars of old delhi,tried some lip smacking old delhi street food and had some amazing time with our guide. Would be recommending to people to atleast visit this place and have a feel for Old delhi
