From my very first email to Kerala4you, I have been extremely impressed by the efficiency of Joshi in responding and communicating throughout the planning stage of my 10 day tour of Kerala. Nothing has been too much trouble and as promised, he sent me details of my driver and his phone number a few days before my arrival. He also insisted there was nothing to pay until I arrived and he emailed my program with the payment plan split over 3 days including the first day of my travels, the middle and the final payment on the last day, all paid directly to my driver. The price quoted was extremely reasonable and included airport transfers and although these were done by different drivers, for the main component my driver was Mr Dileep and he was sensational. He was always courteous, friendly and obliging and showed the utmost care for my general safety, especially as a female traveling alone. His English was good and he checked my preferred itinerary every day and also made some great suggestions along the way. The vehicle was always clean & had ac & I felt confident in his capable hands, particularly his driving ability on the sometimes treacherous roads in India. I would highly recommend Kerala4you!
