Neetu took us to cafes that we would not have been brave enough to enter but the food was good. We also went to a fruit shop and bakery. The bakery treats were delicious. She was good at answering questions. In her cafe we had delicious rice and she explained all the spices she used to make it. The instructions for the walk is take your own water. Also take wipes for your hands

The tour was okay. The guide we had was not so outgoing or engaged in the tour. It more felt like she did this as a side job to make money, not because she likes giving tours and meet tourists and show them around the city. But the food we tasted was good and she made sure we only went to safe places.

Tour only lasted 1 hour not 2, tour guide wasn't really interested in being there.

Could of done the tour myself
1800 I thought there would be a lot of different food, a dosa and dhal is lame, most people know this food very well.

We had a great time doing the walking food tour with our guide Neetu. She took us to some lovely local restaurants we wouldn't have been to otherwise and we enjoyed walking around and chatting to her. We had five stops with a range of traditional Kerala dishes, sweets, and ending with a lassi. We would recommend this as a way to see more of Fort Kochi while trying great food.
