Hi. I contacted Matthew from England whilst planning a 1 month trip to India. He was helpful and informative and although I chopped and changed my plans we kept in touch until we finally met in kochi. I then finalised plans with him for a 4 night 5 day tour of kerala as one small part of our overall trip. He and his drivers were fantastic throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble. A very professionally run but also a very personal service. Everyone friendly kind and most importantly trustworthy. Would 100%definitely recommend and wouldn't think twice about using again. Costs were the best that I was quoted from a number of different companies that I contacted but service better than many. Well done guys. And thanks.

I can highly recommend this taxi company. We had a tempo traveller which was perfect for the long journeys we did. Our driver, Raj, was absolutely fantastic; he was knowledgeable (always able to find perfect places to eat), a safe driver and generally the most perfect driver we could have hoped for. We think the price for the transport was very fair and we would definitely use this company again.

This was my second time using Just Taxi Holidays and I was not disappointed, just like last time. The driver was very helpful and patient with us. Our flights got delayed and he waited for us for a long time without complaint. We had a pre-planned itinerary and the driver took us to all our stops timely. I'll be using Just Taxi Holidays in future as well!

After traveling in India for 3 weeks an experiencing numerous taxi services across India this I would rate as my worst experience ever. The owner or manager of the business Mathew did not follow up with us at all as to the quality of the service when on day 1 the luggage would not fit in the vehicle and we requested a roof rack. Eventually a roof rack was obtained and we left more than 2 hours late. We made use of the service to transport our family around Kerala. The driver Ben was very reckless and had to be continually warned to slow down and drive carefully. The vehicles brakes were faulty and I had to request that he have them repaired this after telling me that there was no issue with the brakes when you could hear the.sound of metal scraping on metal. The brakes were repaired eventually after 2 days. The driver drove so badly that he tried overtaking a bus that was overtaking a truck and landed up driving into a large branch lying on the opposite side of the road. The driver was regularly late in the mornings and often not available when we tried to contact him as his mobile was of. Lastly there was an issue with the mirror of his car which regularly would fall off. Acknowledging that Ben is only a taxi driver there was little to no interaction on his part. He did however manage to find us a very good spice garden to visit in the area. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

We booked a cab from just taxi holidays on our visit to Kerala for 10 days. We were travelling from Kochi-Alleppy-Thekkaddy-Munnar-kochi. The boarding process was very smooth and the Driver Akhil stayed throughout with us during these days. He was well informed on the places to see and was very punctual every time. The most important thing we felt safe. Would definitely recommend this service for anyone who is visiting Kerala and trying to hire a cab... They are very professional and at the same time very friendly..

We had booked the taxi service for 4 days from 25th Oct to 28th Oct . The journey was from Cochin airport to Munnar , with local sight seeing and final drop off at Cochin airport.The vehicle provided was clean and comfortable . In-spite of bad road and detours, due to landslides, the journey was comfortable especially due to good driving by the driver Jibin. He was very polite and guided us to the correct spots for sightseeing. I highly recommend to use this service.

All girls trip was made safe and convenient. It was easy to book. Better than driving a zoom car all over. Driver was well spoken; wish he knew the place better. Letting go of that, he was very accommodating. A very economic option if you are looking to cover distances in kerela.

We had reached to Kochi apt. & we where received by our driver Mr. Shivaram ji... His hospitable behavior pleased us at the first glance only. Our swift desire car was very good neat & clean as has been requested by us. This was our first visit to this beautiful state of Kerala with a great guide cum driver , whose knowledge, good driving skills with care specially during the entire sharp turnouts & cleanliness cannot be described without having experienced travelling with him. We are very pleased with Mr. Mathews the owner of this Co. & Mr. Shivaram ji without whom our kerala memory will remain incomplete. Unfortunately we missed to take any photographs with our driver, so will request Mr. Mathews to share one for other viewers to see him. Thanks once again to make our trip memorable. Our driver Ali was very professional. He arrived on time and was very knowledgable of the local area. He went above and beyond and provided excellent recommendations.

I visited Kerala sometime in December '18, and contacted JustTaxiHolidays. As we were two families travelling together from Kochi to Alleppey, I requested for a 7 seater vehicle. As I was a repeat customer for them (I had availed their services before), to my pleasant surprise I got a free upgrade to a 10 seater traveller. The driver was very polite, and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip without any hassles of being in a cramped car. It was a delightful gesture from their side (in spite of the holiday rush season , they value their repeat customers) and I would recommend their services any day... keep up the good work .. A visit to Aleppey is incomplete without its shikara ride. On the recommendation of our hotel, we booked Avani Tours for a 3 hour ride. Mr Varun was our shikara operator and he was very friendly. He tooked us around the Aleppey backwater area. Overall it was a great evening spent with some stunning views to see around while sailing the boat.
