We thought to spend my daughter’s first India Trip in Kearala . We had booked a 8days tour through one of the colleague and luckily we got an upgrade which came as a big Holiday gift to us.
Our trip was very comfortable and full of surprises which we loved a lot. All the staff members were very courteous and I would like to make a special mention about Driver . Haldo who was extremely supportive throughout our Trip .

Traveled all through Southern India as independent travelers.
Really enjoyed the Friendly helpful people and fantastic sights.
In Kochi we stayed at the York Hotel, clean and comfortable and the staff could not have been more helpful.

Driver/Guide was good but difficult to understand. The hotels were sub-standard. We refused to stay at 2 of them because of a very poor location and lack of amenities. They may have been 3-star hotels but much better 3-star hotels were available.

We normally excludes the tickets of safari’s as online policies won’t allow us to sell tickets related animal/Birds related activities.However we have taken your points and will re-check with our management to include them it possibly
The Hotels which been provided are using them from couple of years and haven’t received any complaints yet , this time we have taken them quiet seriously are not using now since we got your complaints regards same However we been in touch to driver to make sure all arrangements work quiet smoothly even during your trip we have upgraded your Hotels and paid twice , as our priority to customer satisfaction
While we shall certainly attempt to ascertain the cause of this experience, would like to assure you that this does not represent the quality standards that Holiday Tours and travels has been offering for over 09 years
Request you to consider this as an aberration to our service and we do hope you choose us again for your next Holidays in India
