Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Travel139686552970 contributionsChennai afternoon walking degustationBest food tour I've ever been on, guide was extremely passionate about sharing his favourites places to eat and the dishes plus full of knowledge of every street, stall and surrounds. Even was kind enough to get me back to my train station on the chennai metro which I wouldn't have even attempted by myself... Absolute legend.Written September 11, 2024
- 214pers0 contributionsAn adventure you wouldn't dare to do on your ownIf you're into authentic Indian street food, then search no more. With Neeshanth as a guide you can relax in a vibrant environment as he navigates you to the best food stalls and stands in Georgetown. Be prepared that it may take longer than the planned 2h and come hungry. But you will be rewarded with miniature sandwich bites, Indian burgers as well as everything on the way that may spark your eye!Written September 1, 2024
- 998carenz0 contributionsA calm guide in a busy environmentThe tour was adapted to your previous experiences with Indian cuisine and when you saw something you were interested in, there was always time to stop for that. Our guide, Neeshanth, would always pick the best quality for us. Amongst my favourite foods were the ginger-cardamome brew coffee, saffron lassi, and samosa. Would highly recommend to go with Neeshanth as he was not stressing about the time frame, gave also general Indian culture advice and information as well as he safely guided us through this vibrant and maybe for Europeans rather busy narrow streets.Written September 1, 2024
- davidaP4489EX0 contributionsSuper food, Super guide, Super experienceWe had an amazing time getting to experience the street food in Sowcarpet. Neeshanth was a great guide that helped us navigate the busy streets, adapted the tour to our wishes, and selected great places for us to eat along the way. He even helped us find our way home on the metro after the tour was over. Would definitely recommend this tour to others who would like to experience the unique street food in Chennai.Written August 31, 2024

Neeshanth was our amazing guide; he was enthusiastic about the street food, an expert in navigating traffic and so friendly that it felt like we were just hanging out with a good friend🤩 he designed an unique tour for us to include more great food that we had not tried before. - JC_Malmo0 contributionsCan highly recommend! Amazing Street Food Walk!My family, 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 8 years) have just spent a couple hours on this food street tour with Satish and friend and I can only highly recommend. Many times during the tour I thought, there is no way we would be here, navigating these streets, trying the amazing dishes, without Satish. You go to places no tourist would find! It is hectic, full of life, noise, smells and tastes! Our tour was just under three hours and we tried SO much amazing food! From the ginger drink to the pani puri to the best samosas I’ve ever tasted the food was delicious! Satish was really knowledgeable and friendly. They catered for my kids less spicey tastebuds and needs for a toilet! If you are in Chennai, invest in this tour!Written July 30, 2024
- suneetib10070 contributionsDelightful walk in Malleshwaram, Bangalore of yoreI booked the walk from Delhi, in advance. The response from the agency was prompt and assuring. A day before the walk, I received a message from Vignesh, our walk leader, with clear instructions related to the walk. Vignesh was well informed, polite, patient and happy to accommodate any change of plan that we suggested. He had the tour well planned, was happy to give recommendations to make our experience in Baa good one, and also helped to hail an auto on the Rapid app. Overall, very happy with our experience with both the walk leader, and the agency 5 senses walks. Would love to do more walks with them in futureWritten July 12, 2024

- El_Greenholio0 contributionsExcellent Tour with Wonderful GuideThis was a great walking tour through the market with lots of wonderful food to try. From the pani puri to the vada pav it was all prepared right in front of you and served fresh. My guide, Nivi, was excellent. Her knowledge of the market and the best places to eat was unparalleled. I would highly recommend her as a guide should you be doing this tour. We are so happy to have booked a walking tour, it was such a special way to enjoy the city. Our tour guide was Prashant and I feel like he took care of us. At the market he got special fruits for us to try and took some really great photos for us to share. Prashant taught us so much about the area, and I appreciated that he took us into a temple. I probably would have been too intimidated to go alone. We asked if we could get coffee and Prashant even helped us with that! He was so nice and professional, I would absolutely recommend this tour.

Perfect introduction to Bangalore (and to India!). Vignesh was a great guide, giving lots of history as well as details about all the sights we visited. Since I was alone they adapted the tour for me, spending time to go into the silk and jewel shops. It was a great way to see the markets and also try butter fruit (avocado) juice. They helped me to take my transport at the end of the tour and were very careful to make sure I felt comfortable and safe
