Great service . We arrived early and they were great communicators and arranged to pick up at earlier time than requested. However I would stress that as they have flight details they should keep eye on landing and work out approx time we come thru.

Solid ride. Communication was not ideal as nobody really spoke proper english but we managed with translator. We traveled at night and always felt safe.

Everything went exceptionally well. The driver was a nice young guy who was very able. He helped resolve a big problem we had with our luggage and he delivered us to our obscure Delhi hotel with alacrity! I couldn’t have asked for better. He was a hero!

Terrible experience. Don't booke with them if you want to save your time and money. I booked a cab in advance, paid the deposit, the cab never came and customer service didn't care. Absolutely unprofessional and total fraud.

Firstly we requested a 9am pickup. We didn't get picked up until 10am. We headed off and went two places which weren't even on the intinary which we also had to pay for. We then were taken to another place - snow park which you had to pay for and we requested to be taken to lunch which was included in the tour. We were taken to a different place to eat which were expected to pay for, we asked about the place in the intinary and were told too far away. We asked to go to a different place we knew (as place we went wasn't good). We paid for lunch and asked to be taken back to hotel. The tour guide/driver didn't talk to us at all or show us places, though I think he could speak English. We were ripped off! Don't do this tour.....

If you are a senior foreign visitor, there are plenty of traps to get caught at the Kochi international terminal. As soon as you get out of the taxi/uber and if you hesitate, a porter will come and load your luggage onto a trolly and prompt you to follow,and at the curb a smartly dressed lady will say gently That’s Rs 1000 for the escort up to the checkin counter. Unless you quickly respond that you have wheel.chair requested through the airline, the fee will quickly go up to few thousands more for a ride to either the lounge or to the gate through security and all. Granted it is only around $12 - 50, all will be charged to your credit card in a flash. I am not sure how many locals fall for this, a visitor surely falls for it. Always remember, there are free trollis at the curb. Every airline will provide wheel chair assistance through your booking free of charges to get through immigration and customs to and from the aircraft door if you need them. You are advised to take pre-paid taxi to your destination, and uber advance bookings to the airport. Everything else, you get trapped by various operatives, just like all tourist traps. Never buy anything at the airport even duty free shopping. Buy locally and you pay at least 50% less. Good travels.

My guide was very friendly but his English was not as good as others I have had during my stay in India. We started at the Gardens, ( entry free) scene of the 1919 Massacre where, frankly, had I not been aware of the history, I would have been at a loss to understand the significance. I spent two hours alone in the Partition Museum ( entry £2.50) whilst my guide showed another tour taker ( a delightful Canadian, but not of my group), the Golden Temple. To be honest, I enjoyed this more than I would have done with the guide, the Museum being well laid out, with information in English and subtitles to the videos. The Border Ceremony was fascinating: a cross between a football Derby ( think baseball caps and popcorn for sale), with Indian soldiers engaged in rifle twirling like cheerleaders and a pantomime with soldiers encouraging each side of the stadium to shout ' Hindustan' louder than the other. Guide could not accompany into the ' Foreigners' section, but no explanation was needed. Again entry was free and buses and tuk tuks leave the central square daily for the stadium. A good day but probably one I could have arranged independently.

He was very knowledgeable about the sites on the tour, and also pointed out other areas of the city on the route. I didn’t feel rushed at all; in fact, he encouraged me to take my time exploring the stops. I would definitely recommend a tour with Nasir. Great way to spend a day in the city.
