this time of Kashmir is little sunny but it's beautiful. I had a nice trip with my family and the package provided by violet holidays was good.

Their service and co-ordination was very good right from the cab booking till the invoicing. But Innova driver didn't stay with us and didn't took us for dinner or lunch or breakfast. At every place he dropped us and left. Need to inform them that cab should be made available always with the guest. Stayed one night each at Pahalgam, Srinagar, Sonmarg and Gulmarg. Pickup and drop is also included. Travel between Sonmarg to Gulmarg, they charged double at 6K.

I had the privilege to visit Kashmir with my family through Violet holidays, I have never seen so much care and warmth by a tour operator in my so many vacations. Aliya and our driver just ensured that we not only thoroughly enjoy the places planned as per itinerary but also stay at comfortable and nice hotels with good food, it really felt like we have a family in Kashmir who is ensuring we are safe, have fun and take back some awesome memories back home. I spoke to so many tour operators for my Kashmir trip but I really thank God that I chose violet holidays. East or West Aliya and Violet holidays are the Best for your Kashmir Trip!! Kashmir has always been my dream destination and I thanked Violet Holidays for making it memorable. Aatira madam is such a brilliant organiser,she gave her best efforts to make my trip comfortable. She was very co-operative and 2as always available to help, whenever required. Further vehicle driver Mr.Bashir Ahmed and Mr.Sajjad also performed their job efficiently. We opted for 7D and 6N package to Kashmir. I would say violet agency folks are highly unprofessional and doesn’t know how to handle their clients without friction. Only good thing they did was assigning a good driver Mr. Aadil. Unfortunately we were trapped with this agency as the friends family we planned to accompany us opted for this and due to unfortunate reason they were not able to make it. So we had to continue with the same agency. As the conversation with them was not smooth even before the trip i started enquiring with other agencies as well. Finally we ended Jp paying more from what was originally agreed on. Horrible experience. No peace of mind working with them. I would not suggest these guys to anyone. If you still have to go with them save all your conversation and phone recordings with them. Specifically Aliya from that agency is irresponsible and unprofessional. The owner Sharik may also need to take ownership of this. On the quality of the accommodation provided boat house food was so worst, river side inn also food was not great. Only six seasons was good but the food was so worst. So value for money is not assured. Due to the friction we had before travel with agency I didn’t call either aliya or Sharik once we reached. For payment aliya contacted me and for name sake she was enquiring of everything was good to check the pulse. And I saw one of the comment on how these guys are getting 5 star is they check the pulse of the client and only if they are happy they share the link to update. Don’t see people taking effort and writing reviews.

It was an memorable experience and the arrangements made by violet holidays acted as a cherry on the top. Aatira took special care in ensuring that our stay was comfortable and travel was hasslefree… looking forward to another visit. Thanks. Also want to thank our car pilot Aadil.

My husband, daughter and I planned a 6 nights/ 7 days trip to kashmir in May 2023 on very short notice. Among the several travel agents, violet tours was the only one to respond promptly. Ms. Aliya arranged everything seamlessly and kept in touch with us, enquiring about our day to day experiences, throughout the trip. Our driver, Mr. Adil was very good and informative. We felt in safe hands and almost like family. The hotels were good, clean, spacious, and the food was good too. It was a pocket friendly package. Adilji also guided us to authentic places to shop and try local cuisine. I strongly recommend Violet tours to everyone. Keep up the good work!!

Worst experience ever had with violet holidays.We had 6D/5N kasmir package with this agent , their part is only to book the hotel and arranging a cab for whole tour. Arranged cab driver/guide was the most cunning person i ever seen ,he didnt guide us at any point of time .We were new to kashmir and we dont know anything about the people ,unions,and their traps.So he has to guide and help us.Instead he trapped us in most of places for his benefits like to geting huge commision from union peoples and other services .. worst ever... In one place,i had narrow escape and i saved some money.. or else you should have detective skills to tackle situation. Better try with some established tour operators who will help u through out your journey instead of this looters 9/May: Getting multiple call after posting to remove my comments. Everything in the entire holiday package was so well managed and smooth that we had no difficulties anywhere which was in the scope of the agency. Our point of contact Ms.Aatira always kept in touch with us and always kept themselves updated every day, starting from hotel arrangements and driver punctuality.
