I am so glad that we chose Nishat Tours to book our travel with. First, I am a great worrier, and once we booked our travel, I was constantly writing the owner Shaqoor with all sorts of off-the-wall questions. They were always promptly and kindly replied to. He set up a wonderful tour for us, and was able to develop a tour that allowed us to spend several nights in the various villages that we visited, instead of going back to base every night. Our driver Aaqib was a wonder behind the wheel. The traffic is quite scary at times, but he was so confident and knowledgeable about how to drive these roads. He helped us get better prices on various things we needed to buy, such as when our luggage broke, and was our to-go guide on who and how much to tip at our various stops. I liked all the add-ons that Nishat had in our tour. They included pony rides and necessary guides, so that we weren't hounded by pony wallahs as so many people complain about. The hotels chosen were lovely and the scenery was incredible. We will be certain to tell all our friends about this once-in-a-lifetime experience that was made so much nicer by Nishat Tours! We are from Delhi and our trip to kashmir was well arranged by nishat tour and travel. Mr. Farzan Wani was a safe and excellent driver. He made us feel at home and guided us through every step in our journey. Mr. Farzan is taken to some great places of kashmir like sohnmarg, apple valley, gulmerg, pahalgam etc. and during the horse ride in pahalgam, he made sure that our family gets safe ride. He explained us all about how to go about visiting places within Srinagar and Sonmarg, Gulmarg, Pahalgham. He guided during entire trip. Special thanks to Mr. Farzaan for being an amazing tour ride .He made sure we enjoyed every bit of journey.  The song he played also make journey memorable. We will surely recommend for future trip of family and friends. He is a great asset to the organization. Also the stay provided in Twin tower and was amazing . The staff is also amazing. We were staying in twin tower and got amazing experience of the heart of the city. Our houseboat stay experience was out of this world. The personalized dinner arrangements at Pride of Kashmir made it feel like home away from home. Amazing staff and food in both twin tower and boat stay - New Ethena group is also amazing.  Both the places , the food and staff amazing. I would recommend to all my relatives and friends and will always connect with Mr. Farzan for my future travels.

Recently completed my Kashmir vacations with travel package from Nishat Tours and travels and i dont regret my choice 😄 Ms Saima, my travel advisor from Nishat tours made sure everything went right as per the expectation starting from our pickup from Srinagar airport. The hotels in Srinagar, Sonmarg, Gulmarg and Pahalgam were excellent properties located at right locations. We booked our tour with Nishat Tours and Travels and got to see and absorb Ladakh in the best possible way. We had a Xylo at our disposal driven by Jigmet, an excellent driver specially on the curves and the heights. Wherever we stayed, we got amazing hot, delicious and healthy food. We recently went to Kashmir and availed thr services of Nishat Tours for our trip. From the time we initiated our first conversation to the time we we dropped back at Srinagar airport, every conversation I had with Ms.Saima and team were very cordial and warm. They were always ready to gelp and accommodate changes and above all, I found the team to be very quick to respond and follow up. Thank you Ms.Saima for executing our trip plan so effortlessly ! A special mention to our driver for the whole week , Irshaad Bhai, who was funny and friendly throughout the trip. He is an expert at driving and made it a comfortable drive even in the most difficult mountain terrains. Always ready with a smile and a willingness to help and offer guidance about the locality, to arrange local touring at each destination- he was always on time and was quick to accommodate for any delays from our end. كانت رحلة رائعة بمعنى الكلمة والاستقبال كان ديدا ، والمرشد الذي اسمه مبشر كان مثل الاخ والصديق ويهتم بي وملتزم بالمواعيد لقد احببته جدا It was a wonderful trip in the sense that the reception was Dida, and the guide whose name was Mubashir was like a friend and took care of me and was punctual. I loved him very much.

After contacting a number of agents while planning our trip to Kashmir, we chose to go with Nishat Tours & Travels. Shaqoor sirs responses were prompt and very much to the point...... no beating around the bush or rounding corners type responses.... if u know what i mean. The planning stages, Shaqoor sir was very very prompt with his responses and he was very accomodating and flexible in adjusting his originally suggested itinerary to cater for our interests and schedule. When we arrived in Srinagar, we had the normal 'first time in this new place' jitters as we got off the plane.... but as soon as we met Imran bhai at the airport all nerves settled very quick. Imran bhai with his broad smile was very welcoming and very very friendly. We felt comfortable in no time. We enjoyed all the long chats from all the journeys to all the different planned places. We learnt a lot about Kashmir, its people and its culture..... which helped us to enjoy the beauty of Kashmir even more !!! All the sites we visited..... were so so beautiful .... all the accomodation arranged for us were beautiful properties.... all of which seemed to have been hand picked. Throughout the trip we also noted that Shaqoor sir and Imranbhai clearly had built very strong and good relations with the various suppliers that they worked with .... guides, staff and management at hotels clearly recognised them and the company ..... i feel that played a huge part in the service that we enjoyed everywhere we went throughout the trip. For anyone looking to travel to Kashmir, i would most definitely say, look no where else... stop your search and book up with Nishat Travels.... u will not regret it !!!!
