best all inclusive service
Organized this trip for my friends from Croatia. It was well taken care of and all inclusive. From pick up tto drop and sightseeing, everything was well manager. Enough time was provided at each attraction.

Booked this day trip well in advance as we had limited time in AHEMDABAD.Two days before the booking date we got booking confirmation and amount debited from our credit card by Viator.We were supposed to be picked from our hotel at 9am but till half nine no one showed up.We were given a contact number of India tour Dynasty,a local company Viator was using.We called the company and they had either double booked or the company alleged that Viator contacted them only day before and they couldn’t come.Our day was ruined.On that day we just had an email from Viator saying your money will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days as requested.We Had Never Requested for Refund.No apologies or explanation of any sort.We are very disappointed with Viator.
