Fantastic service from the air bridge gate to the arrival hall. My family had travelled in July and had nothing but great talk about the service.

The meet and greet service provided for international arrival at Delhi Airport was excellent with a dedicated contact and escort provided for the travelling passenger. The escort contacted the traveller after the flight landed and received the passenger just outside the aero bridge. The passenger was then taken to the immigration area in a passenger vehicle (golf carts) and supported through the process. An additional porter was also present For baggage collection who helped with pickup of baggage and escorting the passenger until the pick up contact was met and baggage loaded into the car. Much pleased with the service that is very helpful for solo / elderly passengers. Will use again!

I was unsure how will this service be considering the amount they are charging. But now I can say it was a good decision. They are professional and they know how to take care and treat people like VIPs. I would definitely recommend using their porter service.

The assistance provided to me was excellent. As a mom travelling with an infant I was afraid of long queues and carrying hand bag. But my helpers Kimtung and Nisha made sure that I dont have to wait for anything, I was given priority at every step. Both of them were very polite and their hospitality spoke volumes. The other boy (didnt ask his name) who helped me after their shift ended, was very well mannered.Will definitely book the service again in future.

I have booked Transit service for my Mother , who travelled alone from Paris- Delhi- Ahmedabad. I appreciate the efforts made by Team and provided best hospitality in strict adherence to time. I strongly recommend for solo senior citizens.

I am ver happy that I chose this service,as I was travelling with small kids,this service made my transit very easy. I am thankful to the assistant unfortunately I don't remember the name but with his assistance it was smooth even security personnel stopped and told him he can't drop me till gate but he persuaded him and did his job very well. We were arriving from Dubai and transiting to Hanoi, we had only 3.5 hours of time in between. Mohit assisted us and met us right after exit from the aerobridge, we were taken in buggy till immigration. We cleared immigration on our own (some assistance like dedicated/preferential queue was expected like they do in Dubai). The staff helped us with baggage pickup, and we then walked to the arrivals of international departure. The staff helped us to get preferential queue here for checking in. Again, we did immigration on our own. Now the biggest challenge came which was security clearance, the crowd at Delhi airport was unbelievable and it was moving extremely slow. If we would we have been on our own we would have missed our flight but thanks to the tie-up they have, we were taken to Business Class security clearance. The queue there was also quite long but still only 30% of what was in the economy class. After spending close to 90mins in queue we cleared the security check and Mohit assisted us a lot with handling luggage as we were travelling with 8-year-old kid who was getting very cranky due to rush and standing in queue. After that we rushed to the security gate (again it would help if buggy ride were kept after the security clearance), we managed to board just 10mins before the closing of the gate. Had it not been for this service and assistance of Mohit we would have definitely missed the flight. Thank you, Mohit and team of Delhi Airport Service Pvt Ltd., for your assistance. They’re a 3rd party service and the people delivering the service (Encalm) were a bit confused when they saw a family of four and had received information of 1. They also said they did not receive the correct amount.

We booked this service to assist my mother in law, as 1st time solo traveller coming from India to Europe. The assistant was extremely helpful all the way, since meeting outside the airport, going for the check-in counter, with the luggage's, and helping with the immigration. He was so polite and truly cared for her - he saved his number in her phone for her to call if any doubt or if anything happened. After he dropped her at the gate, the gate was changed more than 1 time, and he was just following up the situation by himself and calling her, to make sure she found the new assigned gate. We can only recommend this service and for sure, next time anyone from my family is travelling to or from India, we will request their services. As someone working in the incoming industry, receiving many guest, and contracting many providers like this around Northern Europe, their service was on point, it was perfect!
