I had booked a Round outstation trip from Delhi to Delhi for 6 days via Uttarakhand (Bhimtal, Ranikhet, Nainital, Jim Corbett and local sight seeing points, and back to Delhi). They subcontract to other Tours and Travels, who claim to give wrong information of the travel plans, and want to extract money from Customers on some pretext. In my case, they gave the contract to Aarti Tours and travels, whose woner, Mr. Chetan Mittal is a crook and blackmailer. While booking, I was promised to get a Tourist vehicle, Ethios whose photo was sent to me; however on arrival at Delhi, a damaged and hit car, Altroz was provided, and which was a Private registered vehicle. The owner sent a message stating that he will also charge State tax and wanted the money in advance; although I agreed to pay for the diesel entoute, he claimed that he has to pay for Taxi EMI, house EMI etc, and tried to force me to make payments right from Day-2. When I did not, he tried to use his driver to stop the vehicle enroute, only when I told him that I will make a police complaint, he remained silent; upon completion, he tried to call me and make absurd and used foul language. This type of Tour operators should be blacklisted, and I implore on all tourists to not book any car through his company, Aarti Tours and Travels, (Mob no: 9319422345/9311142324) nor thorugh Taxi Bazaar, because, inspite of complaining to them, no action was initiated, and the customer are left to settle on their own. Moreover, there is no single contact in Taxi bazaar, and whenever you try to call them, a new person picks up the phone and gives some lame excuse and agrees to revert, but no one reverts.

I book car mumbai to shirdi..one boll day i ask for give mi driver no..still flit i did not get the no on spot they say car is not ther .foolish..ans....tekan adv aslo..form mi to book the car...very very big ford is taxi bazar..I have pay ..4000rs extry for another car...on spot/... So friends naver try with taxi bazaar. Not be rixfool..

My tour guide, Mr Sherkhan, was professional, pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The local guides he picked for me for Ajanta (Mr Nasir - I hope I got the spelling correct) and Ellora (Mr Ali) were knowledgeable and enhanced my enjoyment of the whole experience

We went to Vrindavan on the day of Janmashtami. The Driver and Car was very good. Driver behavior was Good. It was one night stay. Driver have arranged his stay himself. Although we travel 20 km to Mathura. Thay didn't charge extra for that

Coming to a new country can oftentimes be overwhelming. Especially navigating the airport and transportation to your destination. TaxiBazzar made our experience hassle free. Jays service was extremely professional and whilst I was back in the UK he gave me constant updates as to the status of my parent’s transfers.
