Our Nile cruise with "Here Egypt" and the Opera cruise ship was an extraordinary journey filled with unforgettable moments, made even better by the exceptional team, especially Shakour, our tour guide. Shakour was truly the star of the trip! His depth of knowledge about Egypt’s history and culture was remarkable, and his storytelling brought ancient sites like Luxor, Karnak, and the Valley of the Kings to life. He always made sure we felt engaged and cared for, creating a wonderful group dynamic. We decided to extend our tour with him and have him with us in all the temples of Luxor, which are not included in the cruise. Bassant, also managed the coordination seamlessly. She helped us organize everything and also helped us organize a drive to Hurghada which was our final destination. The cruise itself was great —comfortable cabins with stunning Nile views, fantastic food, and time to relax between excursions. The itinerary was perfectly curated, with highlights including the breathtaking hot air balloon ride over Luxor. This trip was a perfect blend of adventure, culture, and relaxation. Great experience with Ahmed Mido! He came on time to our hotel, rang up from receiption, and was super patient, helped us with bags. The car was air conditioned and he had water in an ice bucket he gave us for free; smooth journey, and he made sure to point out a rest stop where we could go to the toilet very early on in case we needed to. Also offered us an optional stop-off trip to Dendera temple, which was reasonably priced (including wait time and tickets). 10/10, would use again!

Today we had a private drive from Luxor to Hurghada/Sahl Hasheesh with Ahmed Mido. The drive was really nice, we had a safe and fast trip to our destination and can recommend the driver as well as the Organisation. Everything was perfectly smooth, thank you for your work!

Communication was good. A representative of the company WhatsApp’d me a few days before the transfer to confirm arrangements and I arranged to add a stop at the Dendera Temple of Hathor en-route for an extra fee (payable in cash to the driver on the day). The day before the transfer the driver himself (Ahmed Mido) also WhatsApp’d to introduce himself and confirm the arrangements. On the day of the transfer the driver arrived at our hotel on time and sent a message to let us know that he was outside. The car was large, clean and modern and Ahmed provided us with a bottle of water for the drive. We drove along local roads to the Dendera Temple which was interesting as it gave us a chance to see how Egyptians live outside of the cities. The Dendera Temple itself is a really worthwhile add on as the temple and the hieroglyphics are just incredible. Ahmed did not make us feel rushed and we had plenty of time for the visit. After leaving the temple we began the drive through the desert and mountains to Hurghada. Ahmed drove safely and we stopped for a short rest break on route. He also pointed out features of interest along the drive such as mosques, desert oasis, malls, mountains etc. We got dropped off at the front door of our hotel in good time. This is a much better way to travel between Luxor and Hurghada than the GoBus. I would recommend this company and the driver. Thank you 😊

Ahmed, who was our driver, contacted us a couple of days before our trip which was very reassuring. He turned up on time and messaged us when he had arrived at our hotel. He was very polite and considerate, providing us with water and saying that he would stop half way for us to stretch our legs and have a break. We felt very safe with him and the car was very clean and comfortable, we would definitely use him again.

Avoid booking with this agency at all costs. I got a flight and tour guide package for my family and paid in advance only to be contacted by them 18 hours before departure saying the flight is full! I was willing to compromise on the date and time but they asked for an extra 65$ per person. No client should ever pay the price of the business owner’s mistake.
