Does not deserve one star very unprofessional company, No good communication, Just awful had to cancel my trip such really bad customer service Unprofessional company behaviour.

We had one week trip to Egypt which included visits to Cairo, Aswan, Luxor and 3 days on a Nile Cruise with Egypt Best day Tours. It was an excellent and totally fun experience and the credit for this goes to our great guide who made it so easy and interesting for us. Things I vote not to miss: Giza Pyramids including Saqqara and Dahshur Luxor Temple Karnak Temple Balloon Ride over West Bank of Nile (AMAZING) The Valley of the Kings Kom Ombo Temple Philae Temple Abu Simbel The Egyptian Museum Lastly, we asked our guide what they’d like everyone at home to know about Egypt, and each one said the same thing. it is safe to visit, and they welcome tourists and do their best to make us feel welcome. I would agree. It was truly a trip of a lifetime.

We had a night flight and it also delayed, but the driver was patiently waiting for us with a sign in the arrival hall. Then he helped with the luggage. In the car, he gave us some water and juice as a present. He was driving good and was telling us short stories. We didn't have any problems with transportation and on the way back we also used this service. We had some trouble finding our apartment, but our driver was very helpful with asking everyone in the streets and calling our host. His drive style was fine as well

Egypt best day tours made all our arrangements for a private tour of Egypt, Luxor and Aswan. The service was outstanding. Our tour managers were extremely knowledgeable and always went the extra yard. Nermin, our magical guide. She is a super star and treating us like Kings and Queens. She is willing to go above and beyond to fulfill every expectation, even the seemingly impossible! She gave clear instructions, looked out for our special interests, punctual, courteous and professional, always ready to go the extra mile to ensure all our needs were met. Her power of selfie is extremely phenomenal too! She is probably the best tour guide We have ever had! We would highly recommend this company, we were completely satisfied and will use their services again

We booked this pickup online a couple of weeks prior to arriving in Luxor. Very inexpensive, and excellent service.The driver was in contact with me the day before and was so helpful. He was waiting for us on arrival, texted us to his exact location. He was fluent in English and we had a great conversation on the way to the hotel, talking not only about Egyptian history, but also pointing out interesting sites along the way. We would recommend this company highly.
