Starting in Cairo on the way to Alexandria we visited two old impressive monasteries with wonderful precious paintings. From Alexandria - a vivid town with its famous library and charming seaside we started to the Western Desert. Over El Alamein where the cemeteries of World War ll are to be seen we headed for the Oasis of Siwa- a peaceful and awesome place like the other two oasises we visited. The cities there gave us also an idea of how modern Egypt is developing: the broad highways through the desert and the wonderful landscape with the new agricultural settlements. History is always your very interesting companion: we touched the last out post of the Roman empire in the desert large ruins of a pride empire. And of course, everywhere the impressing tombs and temples of Old Egypt and the old Coptic monuments. The highlight of our journey: a four day trip through the Black and the White Desert. You can't imagine the experience of the absolut silent, sleeping in our little tents, the amazing natural sculptures, the dunes and above all our nice companions of the company. Looking very carefully for us. It was great and you will never forget this experience. Having visited Egypt for several time this trip in the Western Desert- very well arranged by Wow Tours - gave us another great impression of this country.

Words cannot begin to describe the exceptional value of this tour with WOW. The experience was awesome. The day before Sayed attempted to alert us in person of new developments in Alexandria. Unfortunately we were not at the hotel and were briefed by him over the phone. He went above and beyond to assure us of our safety and explained what alternate options would be available. The next morning our driver Ana Osama (not just a driver but best chauffer ever) and Mostafa Salah Ali our tour guide (egyptologist extraordinaire). The drive to Alexandria might have been over 2 hours long but, Mostafa thru his great personality and exceptional English, shared his cultural knowledge and history making the drive fly by. We visited the Catacombs, Amphitheater, Bibliotheca, Fort Qaitbay and drove past Pompey's Pillar (area restricted due to prior incident). We were treated to an excellent seafood lunch on the waterfront. Mostafa with his wonderful personality was very enthusiastic and made sure we enjoyed our day in Alexandria . Did I mention he also doubles as a prof. photographer! In fact, he was such a great, outstanding escort, we arranged to spend the next day with him continuing our Egyptian adventure.

It was a wonderful trip being able to see the beautiful tombs and temples in Luxor on the day trip! The boat ride was nice and the local food was delicious. (Recommend downloading WhatsApp if traveling in Africa so people can easily communicate with you and staying at the airport hotel in Cairo if doing the Luxor day trip from there- we found that helpful.)

The experience was amazing , I had the chance to meet Sayed (WoW tours Egypt) in Alexandria, who proposed a nice travel through the Nil that I didn’t regret . He made all the organisation and plans for all the visits and transports, the quality of the transport and guides was well chosen and the cruise from Aswan to louxor a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it .

WOW TOURS EGYPT is the RIGHT name for this tour company. This was my SECOND trip with them in Egypt (the first was my honeymoon in 2019). Our guide SAYED was amazing in his knowledge, management, organization, vision, and ridiculous sense of humor. EVERY step of the way was taken care of...we didn't have to think about ANYTHING - WOW tours had every single step covered - from being met at the airport and safely delivered to our driver - to being met at every hotel and supported with check in - every step we were safe, looked after and frankly treated like kings and queens in the land of kings and queens!!! This was 15 days of being treated like royalty and having the WOW factor all the way. The hotels selected, the drivers and the magical experiences Sayed and WOW TOURS put together were excellent, high quality and frankly - at 55 years of age and a frequent world traveler - the best vacation I have ever had. We just spent an amazing 15 days in Egypt with our tour guide Sayed from WOW Tours. I cannot say enough about Sayed and what he made possible for us. He was kind,fun, completely knowledgeable, and attended to us at every moment like we were VIP. We saw that we wanted to see and more. I thought one of the most amazing things. was he planned our tour in a way that had us doing very different things each day, and at the same time having a chance to rest and regroup. I cannot say enough about Sayed and this trip to Egypt. I would not consider recommending anybody else. If you plan on going to Egypt, Sayed is your guy.

Absolutely loved Thai your, the Ali Mosque was spectacular, a hidden gem that was completely unexpected. The Civilization Museum was really interesting. Our guide Sayed made every moment of our tour easy, fun and informative. Highly recommend.

The trip to the white and black desert was just wonderful. First an overnight stay in the Bahariya oasis was nice, but then the experience in the desert was very impressive: the endless expanse, the nights in the tent and outside, the starry sky. Add to that the friendly nature of the driver and cook, Mahmut, with his cooking skills, his dexterity in setting up the kitchen and the sleeping quarters.
