Ms. Shorouk was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process of organizing our trip to Egypt for this Christmas holiday season. As this is our first time visiting Egypt, we had many questions, and she was always patient and quick to respond. Despite the time difference, she consistently answered my inquiries promptly. Our trip is scheduled for December, and while we haven’t embarked yet, I feel reassured knowing we’re in good hands. I’m excited for the private guided tour with the Egypt Tour. Ms Shorouk was our first contact with Egypt Tours and it was a delight. After trying to organise a 4 night cruise on the Nile with 2 other agencies, I finally discovered Ms Shorouk. She efficiently and graciously attended to all of my questions and organised everything beautifully. Thank you!!! Our 4 nights cruising was fabulous and of course our guide Mahmoud was perfect for handling everything that we threw at him. And let me tell you we threw everything we could!!! But His understanding, humour and genuine care was outstanding. What would we have done without him??? We have left to continue our journey, but take with us joy and wonderful memories of both Mahmoud and our gorgeous fellow travellers.❤️

First time traveller to Egypt and unsure about our river cruise from Luxor to Aswan and not a good start when I arrived feeling a bit off colour. Our tour guide, Mahmoud, handled things like a true professional having to negotiate with staff on our boat as well as a new tour group expecting to go on a tour. Handle it he did and every day just got better. His knowledge of Egypt's ancient past, kindness and ability manage a varied group of people was second to none. The night tour of the Luxor temple was particularly special but the whole cruise was such a fun time for us all. Already thinking about a return trip to Egypt and would only want our friend Mahmoud to lead the way.

This would was one of those cruise experiences that came completely out of the blue. The initial pickup from the airport was on time and seamless. The vehicles were clean, relatively modem and staff helpful and friendly. Once handed over to Mahmoud, our tour guide for the bulk of the trip, things only got better. He displayed a wealth of knowledge, passion and experience in describing the history behind sites visited while graciously handling the challenges of various personalities within the group. Mahmoud was incredibly warm, friendly and entertaining, enjoyed a good card game and went way beyond the call of duty, pulling an all nighter when my sister became unwell. Mahmoud was more like a member of the family than tour guide though we'd only met those 4 days. The boat itself was really comfortable, crew friendly and food solid. To be honest, in making the initial outlay I had no idea what a memorable few days that was to become. Thanks for your time and friendship Mahmoud and when things get tough, just think, "What would Anthony say?

If Mahmoud is your guide, the gods have smiled upon you. His knowledge, good nature and ability to manage a diverse group of people - on a schedule - is mind-boggling. An incredible tour with Mohammed Hasan, one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and uniquely always willing to say when there’s actually a gap in knowledge as opposed to giving false information. An incredible guide honestly, highly recommend.

Seeing history in person can’t be described. It was amazing! What really enhanced our experience was our Tour Guide Rody! He made the history and the sights come alive. When we go back we’ll ask for him again.

Each location was brought to life by our incredible guide, Waleed Alsamman, whose deep knowledge and enthusiasm made every moment captivating. Waleed’s ability to connect the rich history of these ancient places to our experience made the journey not only educational but truly exciting. His exceptional guidance added a unique depth to an already amazing trip, making this a journey to remember.

I have not gone for the trip yet but I just want to complement how helpful and efficient Ms Shorouk Karam is. We were very confused and worried on how to plan our trip but Shorouk gave us her unwavering support. I am really looking forward to the trip next month.

Egypt tours has been amazing. From the first day, they have been communicative and helpful. Our tour guide, Ahmed Elgohary, was absolutely excellent. He catered to our every need . If we ever wanted to switch up activities, get food or beverages, or even negotiate souvenir prices, he helped us out. He also showed us where to take the best photos and took a lot for us . He is extremely knowledgeable about his country and its history ; every question we asked, he knew the answer to . I highly recommend this company ! They will keep you safe, informed, and cultured .
