Omar Haridi the best tour guy in Luxor! He is funnny and such a vibe. He has a lot of knowledge about the history and teach us how to eat in Egypt

I must admit that this company, “Egypt tours portal“ is top notch, and exceeded my expectations. Every hotel they booked me in was luxurious and amazing,… With every hotel being better than the last during my week stay. Beginning with my arrival to Cairo,… Mohammed was my driver and picked me up from the airport to take me to the hotel,… I was very nervous, but he quickly put me at ease with his gentle and courteous nature. The next morning, I began my tour to the pyramids, the sphinx, and the grand Egyptian museum,… My driver Hassan, and my tour guide Reham were both very courteous and inviting,…Reham was very knowledgeable and sincere. Then I flew to Aswan,… there Ahmed was my tour guide and he was also very courteous and inviting as well as knowledgeable,… Abu Simbel is a must see by the way… Last stop was Luxor, where Mohammed was my tour guide,… Describing this gentleman is difficult because he was that amazing and extremely knowledgeable,… A true professional. I then flew back to Cairo, where unfortunately, my first bad experience happened when there was no driver there to pick me up , but the people in Egypt are really beautiful and nice,… A cab driver noticed my distress because I had no way to contact the company because the Wi-Fi in the airport was not working so I could use my phone,… And he then offered his phone to me,… after calling my tour coordinator she quickly resolved the situation by calling Hassan (the original driver I had my first day in Cairo),… and he dropped what he was doing to come and immediately pick me up,… Reham, (my tour guide on my first day in Cairo) also talked to me, sincerely apologizing on behalf of the company. In fact, Hassan felt so bad about the situation , he insisted that we stop and enjoy a cup of tea together before dropping me off at the hotel. Although the situation on my final day was upsetting,… The efforts of the team to help resolve the situation we’re outstanding… and I would rate my trip on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, a 20 !!!!!

We were picked up from our hotel by Mr Mosatfa who drove us to and around Luxor all day . He was friendly and helpful and took us safely through the chaotic Egyptian traffic. In Luxor we were met by our guide Walid Ahmed who did an amazing job taking us to all the historical sites telling us everything about them. We had a delicious meal in a traditional Egyptian restaurant. At the end of the day we were dropped off at our 5-star hotel on the Nile. The next morning we were picked up and driven to the airport. We boarded our flight to Cairo where Mr Hassan, our driver, picked us up. In the middle of Cairo we met up with our guide Essam Elsayed. He took us for a tour around the museum including Tutanchamon’s death mask. After this, we visited Giza. Essam was an excellent guide throughout the day. Hassan our amazing driver took us back in time to catch our flight back to Hurghada, where Mosatfa was ready to take us back to our hotel. It has been a tour of a lifetime which has been organised to the last detail by the tour organiser. I can fault them. Highly recommended.

I recently completed a 7 days Cairo and Nile Cruise Tour Package With Egypt Tours Portal. From the very start they were very professional and accommodating. They put together an amazing tour itinerary, while making as many changes as we requested. All of the tour shuttles and accommodations were fantastic. We did go with the 5* Luxury option when booking. The hotels in Cairo were truly first class. When we landed in Cairo, they were waiting to pick us up just as arranged. We met our first guide Mohamed Elshemei. He was very knowledgeable and looked after us during our stay in Cairo. He took care of all our needs and was always checking on us even after we left him to fly to Luxor. He provided tips on traveling in Egypt as well as information about the history of Egypt. Amazing guide. When we flew to Luxor, it was just as good. Everything the tour company organized was very well done. We had no issues with flights, shuttles, food or entrance to any of the landmarks. We stayed on the MS Acamar for our cruise. The boat was amazing, the staff was very professional and all the meals were delicious. All entry tickets were all arranged beforehand. In Luxor, we met our next guide Omar Haridi. This man was incredible. His passion and knowledge about the ancient history was so fun to be a part of. He was full of information about every site we visited. I could not recommend Egypt Tours Portal enough. Loved our whole experience.

Just a quick review of my first 24 hours of a 12 day tour with Egypt Tours Portal. I am a female solo traveller and was a bit worried about booking with a local Egyptian company. But they have delivered everything they promised and I’m impressed. My tour guide in Cairo, Ahmed Elgohary is an excellent guide very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions and accomodate any special requests. I will review again at the end of my tour, just wanted to say I’m grateful and happy that I chose ETP.

Awesome places, great views. Love the pyramids of Giza. Had a great time at the nile river. Enjoy alot the temples and the boat ride. Had a good time with Imad tour guide and Chref (driver)

We (my brother and I) had an amazing time on our day trip to Alexandria from Cairo. Our tour guide Ahmed Rezk and driver Sayed were so professional and knowledgeable. Sayed even recommended that we try these delicious falafels in Alexandria and he was right - they did not disappoint. They were considerate and did a stop at the half-way point do we can get refreshments, use the restroom and stretch our legs. I loved seeing the Mediterranean Sea, learning the history of Alexandria and seeing the Alexandria Library and we had an amazing seafood lunch at a place called Branzino. Highly recommend this tour.

We absolutely loved our time in Egypt! And having a guide and everything planned out made such a difference so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I could just enjoy the time with my family. We loved our guide Reham and would highly recommend asking for her. She was wonderful with my kids and they said she was their favorite guide. They were sad to leave her. She was great with sharing the stories and history and you could tell she loved what she shared! We had a great driver as well that really helped- adel. The only negative was the heat which was a little hard in sept. Otherwise couldn’t have asked for a better trip.

Ms. Shorouk was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process of organizing our trip to Egypt for this Christmas holiday season. As this is our first time visiting Egypt, we had many questions, and she was always patient and quick to respond. Despite the time difference, she consistently answered my inquiries promptly. Ms Shorouk was our first contact with Egypt Tours and it was a delight. After trying to organise a 4 night cruise on the Nile with 2 other agencies, I finally discovered Ms Shorouk. She efficiently and graciously attended to all of my questions and organised everything beautifully. Thank you!!! Our 4 nights cruising was fabulous and of course our guide Mahmoud was perfect for handling everything that we threw at him. And let me tell you we threw everything we could!!! But His understanding, humour and genuine care was outstanding. What would we have done without him???
