Amazing service. We had a private tour of Luxor. We were given a new mini bus for the sole use of our family of 4. We had two drivers who were of a very high standard. The drive was pleasant and smooth with well planned rest stops along the route. We were then met by our very own Egyptologist Mark who guided us around all the amazing sights of Luxor. His wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm for ancient Egypt really brought the whole tour alive. Both our drivers and Mark and George who I booked with via what’s app were friendly and extremely helpful. It was always a dream to visit Luxor and I am so glad we booked with them. I am now recommending to friends who plan to go at Christmas.

We visited Cairo by plane and everything was arranged by Red Sea Trips. Was collected from hotel, flights booked, met in Cairo and all private excursions including lunch at other end. Small gestures including juice and snacks, water while on trip. Took our photos for us. All staff were fantastic. Great communication and value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone.

George & his assistant Mac, gave us a really nice, personal snorkeling trip. George is very kind, not pushy. Keeps a professional distance but at the same time I felt really safe, really good taken care of by George and his assistant Mac. We were picked up at the time promised, we had 2 snorkeling 🤿 stops, a nice soup on our way out and lunch on our way back. My first time in Hurghada with 3 kids!

We already had a very funny desert tour with this agency last year, so I asked George this year to organise for us 9 people a private tour from Soma Bay to Luxor. We started early in the morning and had stops at Karnak Temple, Valley of the Kings, Colossi of Memnon and a short Nile Cruise including Lunch. We had a comfortable bus, two good drivers and a lovely german speaking guide Mark. Everything was very good organised and we had a perfect day visting the highlights of Luxor! Thanks al lot! Just ended my trip to Egypt and booked multiple trips with Red Sea Star Trips. We booked the trip to Luxor by bus which included Karnak Temple and Valley of the kings, banana island, and a boat down river nile. (Lunch included) The trip was amazing from start to finish. The journey is quite long, however it was a comfortable big bus with short breaks for refreshments and bathroom breaks. There was also a bathroom on the bus. The guides and drivers were fantastic and the sights where amazing to witness. Can’t recommend this company enough and George (who we contacted via WhatsApp) to book these things was very helpful the whole week and went above and beyond to make sure everything was going ok for us.

Picked up at 5am and home for 10pm. A very well planned out day with lots of things to see. Plenty of time to take photos etc and not rushed. Got to visit places that you wouldnt tend to think of and local villages!

Wow!! Amazing company.. We had Mac as our tour guide for Super Safari and Dolphin House. He is truly one of a kind, best tour guide we’ve ever had. He makes you feel safe and gets you infront of all the ques so your 1st. Really does make you feel like VIPs for the day everywhere we went. Also he makes you feel safe, he makes sure no Egyptians take advantage of any prices. He really did go over and beyond. He even went out his way to get my partner a birthday cake and surprised him on the boat with music and everyone singing . Will be highly recommend and wouldn’t ever use another company in Hurghada . Booked super safari, submarine, dolphin show plus swimming with dolphins and dolphin house with Red Sea Star trips. George was amazing at providing us with information for each trip and checked up why we was there to check everything was ok. Was just myself and my little boy (age 6) in Egypt and we had the most amazing time every day and was looked after by Mac in every trip! Transfers were easy and Mac was waiting for us when we got off the transfer for each trip and took us back to our transfers at the end. Every day was amazing and Mac was amazing and made us feel so welcome! We can’t wait to come back and book more trips with Red Sea Sear Trips and see Mac again!!

Done 3 trips with read sea star trips.il break each trip into its own review First one was Cairo to see the pyriminds sphinx and meusem : amazing trip the guide spoke really good English and knew the best route to take when at the attractions to avoid the crowds which helped as we were travelling with young children they also went the extra mile when our flight got delayed by 2 hours and instead of just taking us to the airport they took us on a nile cruise and paid for us to have tea at a local restaurant at a cost to them. Orange Bay boat trip: They got us a space on this one a days notice where other company's said it wasn't possible and even though our guide couldn't join us due to lack of space he still met us there in the morning and brought us snacks again all the boat staff were brilliant with the our children Safari qauds and trip to beoduin village : This was my kids favourite excusion on this one yhe guide joined us for the day spoke very good English and brilliant with our children Would recommend booking your trips with this company as you get a much more personal experience you will notice when there that other excusion company's operate in much larger groups and were generally more expensive would defiantly book again through them if we was to visit again in the future

Did 2 trips this time, private fishing trip and trip to turtle beach in marsa alam. We can't recommend red sea star trips highly enough, George, ( owner) goes above and beyond to ensure you are looked after! Past visits to Egypt (before covid) we also used george to do fishing trips and to dolphin House. We have even went out for the occasional meal , cant wait for out next trips next year hopefully.

This being our first trip to Egypt we looked online and the choice was mesmerising. We chose Red Sea Star Trips after reading the reviews and contacting Rona for some prices prior travelling as we were looking for an individual experience. We arranged a private trip to Luxor to stay over night with a private transfer and private guide. Samuel from Red Sea Star Trips came to our hotel to meet us and reassure us that they understood our concerns and would ensure a great trip while keeping us safe. The owner George (Red Sea Star Trips) met us at our hotel to introduce himself and our driver for the trip. Despite some challenging areas on the roads our driver George (another George) took these in his stride and we travelled through the late afternoon and evening seeing the sunset over the mountains of the desert. Arriving in Luxor we picked up George our guide and went straight to a local restaurant for an evening meal. The restaurant ‘Hussein’ could cater for all requests and we had an enjoyable meal together with George. We then went to our hotel for the night as it was to be an early start for the ballon ride. We stayed at the Elphardous Oasis hotel, which was literally an Oasis just off the busy streets yet so peaceful. 05:30 collection from the hotel came so soon but unfortunately this didn’t quite work out as after travelling to the Nile, to collect a few others, the ballon ride was cancelled for the day ( this was beyond anyone’s control other than the authorities). No other balloon rides took place that day. We were understandably saddened, like the others, but on reflection safety is the most important factor. We were taken back to our Hotel and they were very accommodating and gave us our room back until we could be collected by our George. They were most apologetic about the ballon ride but were determined to make sure that we saw as much of the the historical sites as possible. We went to the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut, Valley of the Queens, Colossi of Memnon before lunch. Then we went to the amazing Karnak temple and then a felucca ride along the Nile to Banana island. Our Guide George was passionate and very knowledgable informing us throughout the day of the history and relevance of the sites. I have to admit we could not absorb all of the detail but we enjoyed every minute. Having seen the various documentaries on TV about the sites, we were here and feeling the atmosphere of our surroundings which is not something that can be conveyed on screen. As this was a special trip for us being Tricia’s birthday & our wedding anniversary we were presented with the most beautiful cake for which we cannot thank the Red Sea Star Trips team enough. Being able to reflect and write this review after our experience I can only say if you are looking for a company to trust with your arrangements then Red Sea Star Trips will look after your every need and every step of the way. Thanks to the 3 Georges, Rona and especially Samuel for the face to face liaison. We are going with Samuel for a personal trail around Hurghada on Friday too which will be our last trip before we say goodbye to the beautiful people and places in Egypt.

An unforgettable day from start to finish. Mac was an absolute star, so friendly from the moment we met. He made us feel like VIP with bringing treats and iced water for us. Mac also took plenty of pictures & videos for us to have while we were having fun. We can’t pick a favourite part of the day as Mac’s energy is just something special. Thank you Mac for being the best tour guide. We have booked few more excursions with Red Sea Star for the rest of our trip and after today I am so glad we have. Memories made for a lifetime

We owe it to George and his wonderful team that we had a great holiday in Egypt.. George has always helped us since the first time we met, answered all our questions and offered all the alternatives for us. Before we met him, we had arranged our Nile tour from somewhere else, although we said that, he was still always very kind, never pressured on anything. Mohamed in Cairo, Maria in Luxor and 'Big Mac' in Hurghada, each are best guides individually.. Although Mohamed didn't have to, he met us in our first evening and took us to a nice and clean restaurant to dinner, he even made a bargain for us in the shopping we did during the day, he was always understanding and polite even though we changed the time of the vehicle that would take us to the station on the last day a few times.. oh beautiful Maria, it was very nice to even know you for a short time in Luxor, we would love to visit the whole city under your guidance, maybe next time, thanks for your warm and sincere conversation.. and Mac cheered up our last day with his jokes, left us great memories with the photos he took.. and of course, we should not forget the drivers of the vehicles, Ahmed told a lot about Cairo while leaving us at the station.. I just said him because I only knew his name, but all the other drivers were also very kind.. George was with us until the last minute on the last day, although he didn't have to, but he didn't leave us alone until our flight time at midnight..To sum up, the whole company did their best for us to spend and remember our holiday in the best way.. we were planning when we would come to Egypt again on the last day of the holiday :)) thank you George and his team, you are the best..
