We are a family of four with twin girls who are 2 and a half years old. We were given a text by what’s app by the company and our guide. We were a little worried as we booked 2pm and soon realised that this is the start of the peak heat in Egypt. We asked if we could change the time to the morning. This company was fantastic and Amgad who was our guide-managed to talk to the company and get our time changed to 10am which is a lot cooler.
Amgad (our guide) was really friendly and met us at the hotel. He briefed us what we were going to do and always making sure to tell us the shady areas so our daughters would not get hot.
We saw a camel being ridden on the side of the road which my daughters loved and Amgad slowed down to the reply of my girls cheering. We visited the fish market and the port which was great. Also the Mosque and church which was so peaceful and beautiful. The heat was starting to rise and our girls were starting to play up but Amgad was fantastic and so patient. We stopped at a place where oils of different categories can be purchased. This was great timing as the place was cool and a chance to get our daughters changed and cooled down. Amgad made sure that we need not rush and to take our time which was so reassuring. We got a presentation about the oil company and bought a few that were medical and also used for perfumes. Our last stop was a souvenir shop with plenty of time to buy souvenirs before we need the tour and back to our hotel before the peak heat rise at 2 pm. Amgad was very knowledgable about Egypt and the places we visited.
Hugharda around the hotel is great but to see the real city- Go on this tour and see what real Hugharda life is all about. The price for this tour was fantastic and would recommend this to anyone that visits and wants to get out of the hotel and explore.

We Booked on Get your Guide for the Night Time Tour & Private Transfer. The Guide Amgad or (Oh My God) as he told us was lovely and very Informative. The tour didn't follow the Itinerary as laid out on GYG but we had a nice time, We went to the Papyrus Museum and bought some souvenirs then visited the Mosque which we couldn't go in because of Prayers and Ramadan (but did get to see it all lit up and take some Pictures), We then went to the Fish Market and Marina and saw 2 very different ways of Life. We Then drove around for a while and went to a Souvenir Shop Pharaohs Souvenirs (for 25 mins) which was reasonably priced and all the Staff were Very Nice and quite Funny Including Sallah who had a mate in Liverpool apparently a Famous Footballer ;) we were then Dropped back at the Hotel . The Whole tour was around 3 Hours from Start to Finish which included about 90 Mins of Driving so quite rushed but was nice to see the City at Night and the Guide was Lovely Overall a Nice Experience just could have been a little longer.

We had an unforgettable experience with our guide, Heba. She is an incredibly kind, pleasant, and professional person who made us feel welcome every step of the way. She surprised us with fresh juice and local bread from the markets, where she passionately introduced us to traditional fruits, vegetables, and freshly caught fish from the Red Sea.
Another highlight of the tour was the visit to Marina Bay Hurghada, a charming place where we felt relaxed and happy to explore. Heba also took us to a lovely souvenir shop with low, fixed prices, allowing us to bring home some beautiful memories.
Throughout the tour, Heba paid close attention to every detail, and we felt safe and well cared for. We sincerely thank her for this wonderful experience and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to discover Hurghada in an authentic and relaxing way!

We had booked the Hurghada city tour.
Our guide Mahmoud single-handedly halved the tour so we didn't see much.
Also, the shopping moments suddenly became a visit to a perfume shop and a large commercial tourist shop with busloads of tourists.
This raised with Egyptra and they found that annoying and wanted us happy again by a compensation. But this one did not come despite several inquiries.

Heba and her driver picked us up from our hotel for a private tour of Hurghada. We visited the marina, fish and vegetable markets, mosque, church and souvenir mall.
Heba told us lots of interesting information about Hurghada and the culture.
The tour was great value for money and it was so good to see life outside of the resort.

We had an amazing trip in Hurghada. First, the young and friendly driver (Unfortunately, I can’t remember but I think his name was Tarek) picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the meeting point where our guide (again, I can’t remember well but I’m pretty sure his name was Abdul) was already waiting for us.
Abdul used to live a few years in Germany and therefore the whole tour was guided in German.
We visited the marina, the fish market, a mosque, a church and a local fruit market. Abdul shared much knowledge about the city’s and the regional history and about the culture of the inhabitants and provided us real insights in the Egyptians’ every day life.
Last of all, we were guided to a local oil and perfume shop and a souvenir shop. None of the vendors was aggressive nor intrusive. Abdul even bought us some little things at the market because we didn’t have any Egyptian Pounds with us.
Abdul and Tarek were very humorous and provided us a unique and perfect experience we won’t forget. And Tarek has an excellent taste in music 😎

Mahmoud Fahdy from Silvia tours accompanied us on our way from the temple Dendera to Hugada and we had excellent day trips activities and sight seeing. He made it possible to make all trips very individual only for us also the quad ride in a small group with personal guide. I also enjoyed very much the coral reef and the nature. Mahmoud shows much empathy to life people and nature and gratefullness towards all good things. He is very interested to learn and get information about other cultures and mentalities. I like his way and his character. He creates a lot of happyness and I am not surprised that the people and tourists feel the same and also make good reviews

We went on the half day Hurghada City Tour and Tareq was our guide.
We were picked up from our hotel promptly at the time agreed the previous day.
We visited a church which was great, we even had some singing from a class of RE students.
The markets for the locals was an eye opening experience, seeing how the families sell and prepare the meats, fruits, vegetables. The fish market was so full of amazing colourful fish and was a sight to behold.
We also visited the marina, which felt very opulent after where we had been earlier. The mosque had a funeral so we had to hire a full cover dress, which was a new experience and one i enjoyed.
Tareq was a wonderful knowledgeable host who took care of us and gave us a lot of insight into living in egypt.
We would highly recommend this trip and Tareq as a guide.

It was one of my best experience in Egipt which I loved it. I would recommend this trip to everyone who comes to Egipt and the people who are interested in Egypt history and culture. The tour guide spoke English influence and he was so kind and caring. I will give them 10 out of 10
