- novakf120 contributionsAmazing experience and atmosphereSeeing dolphins and swimming with dolphins (lucky us) was an amazing experience. Literally 2 meters away from the dolphin was surreal. Snorkeling was amazing aswell, the crew made sure everyone was safe all the time. Food was good too with unlimited drinks, no complaints from meband I even threw up a bit due to sea sickness (strong waves) :) Would recommend this trip for sure.Written September 15, 2024

I flew with them. Upon arrival at the airport there was not many food choices to choose from. Not enough chairs for passengers to sit along with very little staff to assist with information. Also during plane ride there was not peanuts or crackers and staff was all business not friendly at all. Upon landing in Detroit my baggage did not arrive. I have been informed it may taken a week for it to be delivered. I find this unacceptable.

If you offer such an excursion like this, why the airticket is not included? At the end this trip is not 170€, it is 470€ ! Be aware! If someone pay 170€ and in order not to loose the payment should add 300€ for the plain ticket. Hidden costs are not acceptable.
