When we arrived at the spa, we were greeted by staff and we entered a Sauna. We had this as a family trip, a daughter, aged 11, and two adults. We had never visited before, but as soon as we sat down, another woman came in. She accompanied us to the steam room as well. We had booked for the ‘Cleopatra Package’ , and as we got out of the steam room we had a Turkish bath. It was relaxing at first, a woman in a blue T-shirt was doing me, but after that, I kay down on a massage just to find a different woman doing the massage! I have a big red mark on my arm from the scrubbing in the Turkish bath! We had a facial, then they stuffed us in the sauna to finish. This is definitely something that some people would enjoy, but I was not one of them. I came for a relaxing spa treatment, but that’s not exactly what I received. I hope this review helped.

great experience we went to luxor with mr ahmed by bus .very comfortable trip and friendly guide .we saw incredible temple. we were very happy.and hope to go again thanks alot

Wasn't exactly pleased with a fishing trip. Old and shabby gear, only calamari as a bait, just a rather small reef fish as a catch. Maybe it's because of the rather cold weather, maybe not trying hard enough. It's called fishing not a catching, but still there are more ways to make whole experience enjoyable.

I very rarely write negative reviews but this deserves it. First, TUI sold us this tour really overpriced. We paid £55 per person while you can book the same one for £30. Second, they offer a lot of things on this tour but most of them are tourist traps. The sand buggies are super slow. Third, the quads were quite fun but they did not allow my GF to continue her ride because she was too slow. With proper training she could do it but they just did not care. Fourth, the Bedouins village is a waste of time - the promised 20 minute camel ride was in fact not more than 3 minutes. Other time we heard some tales about Bedouins and the guide tried to sell us useless staff. Actually they try to sell something all the time. Fifth, the BBQ meat was cold and it would be better if they drove us straight to the hotel. Sixth, the photographer was extremely annoying asking us to make all stupid poses. We were not planning to buy any of his photos anyway - so, this was really unnecessary. The whole tour was done to take these useless pictures, not to enjoy the experience. All in all this is one of the worst tours I have ever been to. Really disappointing.

Pick-up in time (at 11am). We waited then 1 hour for the all group. I suggest you bring your own scarf. The guide will show you how to wrap the scarf around the head. You can rent protective glasses for 40 EGP Test drive was for 5 minutes. Moto ride was about 20 minutes in one way, we stoped for 10 minutes to take some photos and 20 minutes back through the rocky desert. In this excursion there wasn't ride with quad bike to a Bedouin village. The ride to the village was with mini buss - not so exciting. Got some tea in small cups. All in all we sat for about an hour with a little walks around the village. Camel ride was for few minutes in the village. After that we were taken back to the starting point and sat there for more than an hour (in that time we ate lunch). At 6pm was some show. By 7pm we were bach at the hotel.

We were collected from our hotel as arranged and driven out to the location. There were several other people sat around waiting, however there was no communication from the merchant regarding what was happening or how the day was going to be run. Eventually there was then an explanation about how to use the quad bikes and we were led out to have a practice. Once we got going the quad biking was good fun and we did enjoy it. Then it all got a bit confusing again! We were led back to a waiting area (Where the toilet facility was disgusting) and we were given some water. After this there was no communication, we were led from here to there without really knowing what was going on. Then after being loaded back into mini vans we set of across the Dessert to another location. After an incident with the driver that was the final straw and we decided we no longer wanted to continue with the day. The incident regarding the driver was dealt with, however we requested to end the experience and be returned to our hotel immediately. The merchant tried to stall us stating that the rest of the group would be leaving in 30 minutes any way, as the purpose there seemed to be just to ride camels, which I didn't want to do, and had I known this before, I would have chosen to wait back at the first location. We were eventually returned to the first location, ahead of the rest of the group, and again they tried to convince us to stay for the BBQ dinner. However based on the state of the toilets, we were not prepared to stay and eat anything that was on offer. We were then driven back to our hotel and cut the experience short by about 2 hours. Overall, we enjoyed the quad biking element, however they REALLY need to communicate better to their guests and not just order people around like sheep.

We booked a trip with them, a glass bout tour. They were helpful and serious. Good prices that can be negotiated.

I'm so glad I booked this trip we got picked up in a taxi the driver was friendly and talkative which was lovely. Arrived and it's a lovely cosy place with the animals all relaxing in the shade. We enjoyed an amazing time our tour guide was chatty and experienced and took wonderful pictures and videos while swimming on the horses and galloping in the desert with a nice rest inbetween. Horses were all well cared for and happy and there were even a few foals around and one decided to come with us when we went to the desert. We even had a little sit on one of the camels. (think it was Colin) everyone was very friendly and my husband and I had an amazing day here ,I wish I'd have come more than once !

Really enjoyed this. Africantrips were exceptionally helpful - even offering to privately drive us to the boat (at no extra charge) so we could sleep in a little longer (we'd been on the road the day before and needed a rest). The boat trip was superb - friendly, highly professional staff especially the snorkeling instructor. We followed dolphins for maybe an hour, including the opportunity to get in the water with them (be aware that you need to be a strong swimmer). Later there were two opportunities to snorkel at beautiful reefs teaming with underwater life. A plentiful lunch was included, as well as bottled water, coca-cola and nescafe. The boat was comfortable and felt safe. The whole thing was exceptional value at €25 - including pick up and drop off - and I'll definitely use Africantrips again when I next visit Hurgharda.

It was great experience with african trips we go to luxor and swim with dolphen thanks mr ahmed it was nice holiday in egypt we will come back home may be come next year
