About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- CatharinaKl0 contributionsAmazing experienceI took this tour with my mother and can honestly say it was an amazing experience. The guide was not only very knowledgeable but he also altered the times we were at very site to our wishes. If you want to see the beautiful sites of Luxor whilst not having to deal with being in a large group this is a tour you should for sure consider booking!Written July 30, 2024
- chofnys0 contributionsDon't contact them for info or prices as they will modify it on the website. They tried to force me to pay more for a 17 day trip. I called and the day after the price was increased from 2500 to 3250. They said prices are more for winter, but it was the same new price in summer and only the price for solo travel was increased. Now that I pointed out that they are a fraude they try to come with excuses. Sad though because their program is very interesting!Written May 23, 2024
- Robert-Jan B0 contributionsLuxor tour from El qusierLuxor is very nice to see. We have seen the 4 highlights. We have no regrets for this tour. We were with only our two. But some comments: The Dutch speaking guide was friendly and had knowledge, but he did not tell very much. He was not enthusiastic. The driver was very friendly. And he was a good driver, but he was speeding too much for us to be comfortable. He said trust me I do this every day. But still he could have driven 100 instead of 120-130 kmhrWritten April 11, 2024

- MNMN190 contributionspositive experience with a friendly guide, a clean vehicle, and punctual serviceI had a fantastic experience on my trip from Hurghada to Luxor. Our guide, Mohamed, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, adding a personal touch to the journey. The vehicle was clean, and punctuality was impeccable. This combination made the trip not only comfortable but also highly enjoyable. I appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism, making this excursion a memorable one. Highly recommended!Written December 25, 2023
- Excursion108467023920 contributionsOne day trip from Hurghada to Luxor: very long, but worth itOverall, very nice experience, but a few things could be improved. Pros: - very flexible organisation, even last minute - professional driver, drove safe - Samah Ahmed, our guide, who was very knowledgeable, and did everything to accommodate our requests Cons: - last moment extra charge for card payment which was never mentioned - Luxor in day is too short and too tiring. Of course this nothing to do with the company, but if you can, go for 2 daysWritten December 23, 2023
- 391maureeno0 contributionsDon’t pick this company!Hospitality and food horrible! You are nickel and dimed for every last thing! The accommodations were nice and the hot air balloon ride amazing but there are so many to choose from! And it’s not the people at the bottom that were the problem, it was all management! I missed one of my tours because they didn’t inform me of wrong leave time! And weren’t sorry!😟Written November 22, 2023
- 379johnnyr0 contributionsGreat 2 days trip Cairo with plane from Sharm El SheikhWe made a great excursion to Cairo from Sharm El Sheikh on October 9 and 10. At 4:15am we met a private taxi picked up from our resort for the transfer to the airport. We could easily make a flight there. Once again, a private taxi was ready for us which stayed with us both days for the various journeys through the city. The guide who accompanied us was able to tell us all the history of Egypt in Dutch. On the 1st day we were promised the pyramids, spinx and museum, so we were taken to the guest house for the overnight stay. We were very lucky with the 2nd supervisor who stayed with us in the guest house. He guided us through Cairo in the evening to get a taste of local life. Eating locally together while driving through the city in a Tuk Tuk, a truly wonderful experience. Later we had some drinks and smoked Shisha in a local café. 2nd day together with the driver, guide and supervisor, various cultural activities were provided in Cairo (Mosque, War Museum, various churches) and finally the Bazaar. After which we were taken back to the airport. What a great city Cairo is, it is truly indescribable how big, busy and hectic it is there, you have to experience that. Furthermore, only praise for the organization and everything was really well organised! FeedbackWritten October 11, 2023
- hapihipi0 contributionsExcellent tripAfter an initial mix up, the office sent incorrect details to our pick up, Mohammed, and we were off. Approx 4.5 hours later, driving through mountains and villages, we picked up our guide, Alaadin. He took us to various places and was really informative and interesting about the history of Egypt. The trip was tailored to our needs. We weren't interested in shopping. So these places were omitted. We took a trip on the Nile to Banana Island (extra charge). The growing pattern of the banana was interesting. But it was a shame seeing the crocodile and monkeys locked away in those conditions. Lunch was at an all you can eat buffet and was very tasty. All in all, a long day. But very enjoyable. Thanks Mohammed for all the driving and to Alaadin for making history come to lifeWritten September 14, 2023
- Michael W0 contributionsNefertari trip by boatAmazing trip, the boat itself is clean and specious, crew were looking after you from start to the end. Most special is that you will be taken to special place, except to see huge turtles, which makes your visit in Egypt special. Definitely recommend this company, very safe and professional. I did a tour with them from Marsa Alam including both Luxor and Cairo. The tour was excellent. They negotiated a great price, and the travel was worth every cent. In both cities I was very well attended, with guides fluent in English. All drivers and guides were exceptionally polite. The guides were very knowledgeable and motivated. The best part of the tour was the guidance of the dear Maivel. Having a woman guiding the tour was a very special experience. She is definitely the best guide I ever had.

We had a great time in this trip. A must see for every one. The tombs in Valley of the kings are so impressive! So are the temples. Lunch was very tasty and the Boat trip across the Nile a welcome fresh break in a otherwise hot day. Khalil, our tour guide, was excellent in every way: helpful, very knowledgeable of egyptian history and above all cheerful! Habibi!

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip from Hurghada to Caïro. Despite the situation, we got our money back on short-term. My partner & I plan to go on a trip as soon as we can. All I can say is that they have a great & trustworthy service 👍🏽

We booked this tour with Achmed some time ago. We booked a 2-day trip, including hotel, Dutch speaking guide and a flight via hot air balloon over the Valley of the Kings.
Everything went exactly as described, beginning with driver Mahmood who picked us up @ our hotel in Hurghada and took us to Luxor in 3 hours time. We tourguide Mohamed.

We wanted to book the 2-day excursion from Hurghada to Cairo and Luxor, but unfortunately the flight from Cairo to Luxor was fully booked on the date we wanted. Tasneem (from the tour company) then suggested doing the excursion the other way around: first to Luxor, flying to Cairo in the evening to sleep there and exploring Cairo the next day. No sooner said than done. Flight times from Luxor to Cairo and from Cairo to Hurghada have been coordinated with us via WhatsApp, and the hotel in Cairo has also been coordinated with us. Contact with Tasneem before and during the excursion also went well. There was not always an immediate response, but there was a response and everything was well arranged.
On the day of departure, the drivers (including Abdullah) were already waiting for us at the reception, right on time. Then the journey to Luxor began, a long journey but it went well and was doable. In Luxor, Khalil, our Dutch-speaking guide, accompanied us and guided us all day, keeping us well informed and also taking good care of us (bottles of water, cans of cola). the heat in Luxor. We visited the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut and Temple of Karnak, but also visited a stoneworker and a papyrus museum. Very fun and interesting. In the afternoon there was still some time left and we went sailing on the Nile in a felucca, highly recommended: with Egyptian tea and music. After this we had a drink together at a local café and were then dropped off at Luxor airport by the driver.
When we arrived in Cairo, we were met by our driver Mohamed who took us to our hotel. When we arrived at the hotel room, we were surprised because we had a suite on the 5th floor. When we opened the balcony door, we had a beautiful view of the illuminated pyramids of Giza.
The next morning the view was even better and we also saw the Sphinx. We ate on the roof terrace overlooking the pyramids. Very special!
We were picked up again in the morning by Mohamed and we had a Dutch-speaking guide Ahmed again. We did a wonderful tour of various pyramids: from "old to new" and received good explanations from Ahmed. We have the pyramid of Sakkara (step pyramid), the red pyramid, pyramids of Giza and of course the Sphinx.
Before we went back to the airport, they - at our request - drove us to the McDonalds in Cairo so that we could have something to eat before the flight. :) When we arrived in Hurghada, we were met by a driver who took us to our hotel.
Oh yes, lunches were included on both days and they were very good!
All in all, we can only say wow, what an experience to be able to do it this way. Fortunately we still have the pictures.
Excursions Egypt: thank you very much for this wonderful experience and the kindness of the people who guided us beforehand and during these two days (and who also had great fun with a 15-year-old teenager). We will definitely come back to Egypt and want to see more of your beautiful country.
Cordial greetings,
Job and Diana

Everything has been arranged down to the last detail! Private driver Houssein did an excellent job and was always on time to pick us up. Always ready at the agreed location. Really the max! That saved a lot of time! Remained very calm while driving in the hectic city of Cairo. Despite a child beggar clinging to our van.
Our Dutch-speaking guide Achmed had a fascinating story to tell and showed us around Luxor (Valley of the Kings, Tutachamon's tomb, Temple of Hatsepsut, Karnak Temple, lunch, boat trip on the Nile to banana island, check-in at hotel,...) He gave us tips and warned us us what we had to watch out for. Knows his Dutch very well! Really great!
The Dutch-speaking guide Abdoe showed us around the busy city of Cairo. (Visit to the pyramids, Egyptian museum, family perfume shop, bazaar with shops, lunch, ...) He took care of us like a good family man. We felt safe with him. Because I certainly don't recommend visiting Cairo alone! And certainly don't drive around there yourself!
Abdou had a very interesting story to tell, our teenage sons also hung on his every word. Knows a lot! In the Egyptian museum, Abdou knew exactly how to show us the way to the interesting sights so that we did not have to view the entire museum because you cannot see it in one day.
Our guides both participated in Ramadan. Unbelievable how they treated us to soft drinks, fresh fruit,... but didn't even drink a sip of water at a temperature of 30°C.
This travel formula is great! The 2 domestic flights Luxor-Cairo and Cairo-Hurghada also went as planned. Our driver was always waiting for us. We had a wonderful trip!
One downside is the price! When I requested information online a few months in advance, the price online on the website was €250 per person. But suddenly the price changed to €350 and the next day to €500! While I was still waiting for their response to my email.
Their explanation was that the prices of entrance to temples and airline tickets had suddenly doubled. When I checked this online, it was incorrect because the Cairo-Hurghada flight was still €30 per person!
I did not have the time to book with this organization at the price of €250 because the organization itself took a long time (2 weeks) to respond to my questions.
When I asked to book at the price of €250, provided that my email with questions had already been sent, that was not possible! Even with proof of print screen. Ultimately, after sending 12 emails back and forth, we agreed on €380 per person instead of €500, children aged 13 and 14 at adult rates and on the condition that we booked an additional excursion with them.
In the end we booked the boat trip on the Nile for €35pp and the Tutachamon entrance for €15pp extra. Booking a Dutch guide also turned out to be an additional charge of €20 per day, which was not indicated on the website!
