Great crew took us out snorkeling and to orange bay. Really lovely bunch of guys. Think lead man. Was Kamil who was great with my 7 year old granddaughter teaching her to snorkel. She does not like strangers normally but she took to him straight away. Really appeared as of they loved their job. Thank you all

I completed my OWD lessons with crazy dolphin. It was a great experience. Every instructor is super nice, knowledgeable, and patient. They made sure that I am comfortable moving forward with each step. They gave me as much time as I need to learn every skill. I felt safe learning and diving with my instructors. The equipment is well maintained. I completed 4 dives, and on every dive I saw beautiful coral reefs and countless marine lives. The entire booking, registration, transportation processes were smooth. I would consider complete my AOW course with Crazy Dolphin. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this diving trip. Our guide Abdul looked after us all the time and we felt safe and comfortable. We had two dives and there was also possibility to snorkle or swim.

Following booking the diving trip with Bond, it dawned on me that I would be left on the boat whilst my husband went diving (I don’t dive).. this filled me with anxiety (blonde hair, blue eyes, pale skinned)! Rest assured future female travellers.. the crew were amazing! Kind, considerate and very helpful. I felt very relaxed and at ease. Although I hadn’t booked the diving, Abdul offered to take me himself, I politely declined but appreciated the offer. I was encouraged to snorkel whilst my husband was in the water, a nice man helped me into suitable flippers and helped me put on my mask. They provided me a life jacket and explained the boundaries of where I could swim to keep safe from fellow boats and to protect the coral. As mentioned previously, I have fair skin and was pleased to have access to shaded areas on the boats deck and inside too. Toilets were available as well as plenty of soft drinks. Food was good, a good variety of choice. Very happy with my first experience on a diving boat and my husband was absolutely thrilled to have had the opportunity to see such a variety of fish (including a ray and huge conga eel!!). Would highly recommend, and will certainly book again through Crazy Dolphin on our future trips to Hurghada. Thank you Bond, Abdul and crew for making my experience such a good one! Emilie xxx

First we approached crazy dolphin on the Tuesday 11/6/24 we meet a man called Bond who was very professional and informative. ( not pushy on sales at all but was genuinely nice on getting some information before making our decision) We paid 50% deposit with the remaining balance paid on the day. We was collected by car outside our hotel ( alma sun rise) at 08.30 hrs driven a short distance about 2 minutes and we was welcomed by Bond and Abdul (the dive instructor) I'm a qualified advanced diver and showed my dive card to the instructor who checked my certification with padi. We filled some paperwork out and went through my sizes to make sure all my equipment was a perfect fit. We boarded the boat and got a seat on the top floor,with plenty of shade but also areas to sunbath if required. With lovely veiw. Once everyone was on the boat we set to sea. The instructor (abdul) came and explained where we was going to dive and went through a safety talk and made sure everyone was happy. I havnt dived in some time, they gave me options to go and dive with some of the other professional divers at a slightly deeper depth (obviously using the buddy system) but I was happy diving with the other guest with there first dive experience and the instructor was more than happy. I set up my own equipment but was double checked by the instructor. I had asked for a 15 liter tank as I use a lot of air and this was put in place for me. We entered the water I followed the instructor and the first time divers throughout the dive looking at some lovely coral and many beautiful fish all the time the instructor was making sure I was ok by using the ok diving system. On resurfacing I got my kit off and had the opportunity to go snorkeling with my wife, wich was a lovely experience. Had some cold refreshments water and soft drinks before my second dive, they gave me another 15 liter tank which I set up and and quickly got back in the water again following the instructor and some other first time divers.the instructor took some really good quality photos and videos of me diving. Once all the dives was completed we had some lunch ( noodles, chicken, rice and some other things very good size portions and lovely warm food) the instructor uploaded all of the top quality pictures to my phone via his laptop, I paid a small fee for this but was very happy for the photos and videos. We made our way back to land with plenty of shaded areas on the boat as mentioned if you wanted to sunbath there was areas for this. Felt relaxed and very much enjoyed the experience from start to finish. We will be definitely booking another dive trip with crazy dolphin in due course. All potential and professional staff 10 out 10 and would highly recommend anyone coming to hurgarder to try crazy dolphin and enjoy the experience

From start to finish our diving experience was absolutely fantastic, from the crew on the boat to our instructor Abdelrhman, a special mention to Abdelrhman, he was superb with my girlfriend who was making her first ever dive, he was so patient, took great care in building her confidence in the water, he was excellent. We had a lucky day, as we saw 4 different pods of dolphins, one pod had around 10 dolphins in it, including a baby dolphin. Just a fantastic day and we will definitely use crazy dolphin again. We went on the 'Intro to diving' day trip a couple of days before Christmas and loved every minute of it. This was our first time in Egypt and considering most people we met on holiday were not from the UK (we are), we were made to feel very welcome with no language issues at all - the whole team spoke perfect English. From the outset the communication was excellent and we were picked up from our hotel on time (7am), taken to the dive centre and then on to the boat with warm introductions to the Crazy Dolphin team along the way. My wife and daughter (14 year old) had never dived before and were very nervous but the team put them at ease as much as they could before we got to the first dive site. Throughout the day we all did 2 dives at 2 different locations and loved every second. The instructor (Ahmed) was excellent and put my daughter and wife at ease, coaching them and leading them to a safe and great first diving experience which saw them get to 5m and 7m respectively seeing a huge range of fish in the clear sea. The second dive allowed them to dive together with Ahmed and then I followed on with him getting to around 10m. The boat was clean and tidy, the lunch was lovely and the day ran as planned. Although fairly costly, we have a great set of photos and videos from our trip which was copied to our phone before reaching the shore so no issues there either. We did a load of research to select the right company and glad we chose Crazy Dolphin - we would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future. If you are in the research stage - stop now and book!

Myself and partner booked for the intro double dive, with food and refreshments, 2 dives, 1.5 hours at paradise island… all the crew and Dive master Dave were fantastic and exceeded our expectations! We will certainly keeping our eye out for where we can have the pleasure of doing another trip with crazy dolphin again!! Where ever that may be!! 🥰

The tour was good and our instructor nice. Did not see anything special in terms of marine life but there was quite a lot of fishes. The tour informed us two days before that we would make a 2 hours optional stop at Paradise beach, that costs an extra 10$ pp and was not planned in the booking. What was for us unfortunate for us is that we already had booked antoher tour to do exactly that the day before and could not cancel it anymore. It was a bit annoying as it is either you loose 2 hours of your time staying on the boat doing nothing next to dozens of other boats from other tours, or pay to go to the island. Luckily it was a bit less crowded than Orange bay (maybe because we were there rather late), the water was nice and clear but not outstanding. Food and soft drinks were sufficient.

We had an amazing first dive experience with the great team of Crazy Dolphin. Very knowledgeable divers. Even my wife who cant swim and was scared at the thought of diving had a blast. The boat was nice, clean and the food was also good. We did not get the chance to see dauphins, turtles or other large species. But as a first dive, even the colorful fish where amazing! Our dive master was Mahmoud Salah Mousa. He had a lot of patience, energy and playfulness which made our dives memorable! Thank you again! The only negative I have is related to the other extra services as they are pretty overpriced. We had a photographer take our picture on the deck, and a different one in the water. At first we thought we will be offered a package with both set of pictures, but they were 2 separate entities/photographers. So obviously most people will only take the ones in the water, which made me feel sad for the other photographer who did a lot of work all day. I would have taken both, but the asking was 25 USD just for the dry pictures and another 25 USD per person for the underwater ones which adds up to 75 USD as a couple. Obviously you can negotiate as you always should in Egypt for everything :)

Recently certified advanced scuba diving, did my first dive in Hurgada Egypt with the Crazy Dolphin, had a fantastic time. Did 2 dives at Small G It was fantastic, the Coral was beautiful so was the sea life got some amazing videos and images. What made it for me was our dive master Adam who was just fantastic. He directed us to the sea life that I would have otherwise missed. Patient while I took my images and videos and above all made sure that we were all safe . Lunch was served after the 2 dives, which was pretty good. Unlimited water and soft drinks during the trip. Bottom line: Will definitely come back and highly recommend this dive center
