Ahmed picked us up bang on time, we were first to arrive at Luxor, air conditioned coach, plenty of snacks and cold drinks, even an ice cream, WiFi on bus, he was very pleasant and helpful, nothing was a problem, .met Said our tour guide at Luxor, he was very nice and knowledgeable, kept us totally informed at all the sites, really knew his stuff, both men are a credit to their company, the trup was everything we had imagined, 5 stars, would definitely recommend, from Billy and Shaon , Dundee, Scotland

Went on day trip to Luxor today, Ahmed picked us up bang on time, in a very comfy air conditioned vehicle, we were the first to arrive at Luxor before the crowds, he provided us with plenty snacks and cold drinks, even an ice cream, very chatty and friendly, nothing was a problem, met our guide Said at Karnak temple , he was a fountain of great information, very knowledgeable, putting us at ease, both men are a credit to there company, definitely 5 stars, had an absolutely fabulous day, was everything I dreamt of, thanks again Ahmed and Said, from Sharon and Billy Dundee, Scoland xx

Had the most amazing day with Ahmed our driver, and Said our tour guide , who was so knowledgeable and friendly , our trip was everything we hoped for and more, it was the most fantastic experience, Ahmed supplied us with numerous bottles of water and soft drinks, snacks and ice lollies, we were the first to arrive at Luxor this morning after being picked up promptly from our hotel, communication was great, 5 star service, highly recommended, Sharon and Billy from Dundee, Scotland xx

This trip was amazing due to Ahmed!! He looked after everyone really well- provided snacks, drinks, WiFi and films on the TV to make our long journey as pleasant as possible. He went the extra mile for our daughter who was sick on the trip and made her experience better by treating her like a princess! His time keeping was first class and his service, attitude and personality could not be faulted. I would highly recommend booking this trip with Ahmed.

Ahmed picked us up early and we shared the mini bus as a group of 6. He got us to Luxor before the crowds and Said was our tour guide showing us all the sites and details with his amazing knowledge. He was a pleasure to have as a tour guide happy to answer questions, and getting to the right places at the right time before it got busy. We saw the sites at Luxor before the crowds arrived, then onto the Nile and the Valley of the Kings. Ahmed was great in getting us from place to place with snacks and drinks for us all, and always happy to share his local knowledge. Both Ahmed and Said made the day amazing for us. Book this trip you won't regret it and remember your sun cream!

Went on a day trip with my sister from Makadi Bay. We booked through TripAdvisor and the company had been in touch via the website messenger to confirm everything and give further details within 24 hours. The pickup was completely smooth; Ahmed - the driver - was great; really knowledgeable about sites that we passed to keep us updated and punctual to the minute - we were first at every historical attraction and rest stop! There were only 5 of us on the tour which made it easier and better - no waiting around for huge numbers to use toilets etc. He went out of his way to make sure we had snacks, ice cream, drinks, films - anything we needed. He was brilliant. We were picked up at 5am and were back at our hotel for 5.45pm. Said was our guide round the sites, and we met him nearer to Luxor; his knowledgeable was impeccable. He answered all questions and went out of his way to point out little details that we definitely would have missed in the granduer of some of the sites. He was lovely to speak to and learn from - several people stopped us, in fact, to tell us he was the best tour guide in Egypt..we couldn't agree more. The day was extremely hot - 45 degrees - and so it was difficult in the heat to stay at some of the attractions for too long, but again, Said and Ahmed went out of their way to find shade/drinks etc to make it as comfortable as possible. Overall, a fantastic day with great, professional people.

Our driver arrived on time in an air conditioned minivan stoked with snacks and drinks. As we set off Ahmed our driver was full of information about what was going to happen on our journey and made us feel at ease straight away and even put a film on for our 8 year old. He said we would be the first bus to get to Luxor and he was rite. He handed us over to our tour guide said who was very friendly also and extremely knowledgeable on everything Egypt and its history. He was very helpful patient and we were put under no rush. When our tour was over he made sure we were back on our bus safe and with all our belongings and made sure we had no last questions. Back with Ahmed whom said he would get us back to our hotel before 5:30 and true to his word with beauty and the beast on the 14 inch screen we were on our way with lots of water very tasty orange juice and a few snacks we were back on time with plenty of time to shower for dinner. We had the best time on our day trip to Luxor. It started with Ahmed our bus driver who turned up on time in his very comfortable air conditioned minivan with films music snacks and drinks all supplied with a smile and a very friendly atmosphere. When we arrived in Luxor before any other bus car or tut-tut. lol said was our personal guide throughout our day. He was full of energy and his knowledge was next to none he truly knew his Egyptian history. We could not recommend this trip enough great value for money and we all had a great day. Hello friends, this tour and service was excellent, excellent, excellent! From the contact correspondence the day before and on the actual tour. We had Ahmed as our driver, who picked us up on time and early so that we could avoid all traffic and get to Luxor for 9am where we met Said our tour guide. Both Ahmed and Said were friendly and looked after us just like family. We throughly enjoyed the day and Said had a wealth of knowledge, spoke excellent English and gave us all of the details. We started off the day at the Kanak temple where Said laid the foundations for the rest of the day, explaining the history of the relevant pharaohs as well as providing general information about how the temples were built. Following this, we had lunch on the bank of the Nile, where the staff were excellent. As well as this, there was a range of foods, meaning something for everyone. Next, we went on a Nile cruise, where once again Said imparted his knowledge, talking about how the Nile was used historically as well as information about it now. We then arrived at the Valley of the Kings, where we trusted Said's judgement on which tombs to visit, which proved beneficial, as not only had he picked the most interesting and well preserved ones, he was able to supply us with an abundance of information. We then headed to an alabaster factory and finally another temple, before rounding off the day. The van we were provided with had wifi, a TV, AC, as well as free snacks and drinks throughout the day! Ahmed was a very safe and reliable driver, helping us reach all of our destinations before peak visiting hours; and Said was an excellent guide who helped the day run smoothly. We highly commend both Ahmed and Said for making this such an enjoyable and interesting trip!!

An excellent well organised tour by Ramashka Tours. Ahmed time keeping ensured we were the first to arrive at the venues avoiding the crowds. His mini van was spotless with air conditioning, WiFi and TV to ensure the time flew on the journey. Ahmed made sure we were looked after with his hospitality of free snacks, cold drinks and even ice cream through the journey. As we were travelling with another small group (we had 3, the other group had 4) we were able to adjust the timings/ itinerary based on our interests and the heat which worked well for us. Shirou our guide on arrival in Cairo jump on the bus and started the tour imparting stories and information. Her manner was friendly and personable and shared the information and knowledge in a relatable way so not to overwhelm you with information overload. She also adjusted the information based on the group and age range and was able to answer any question we put to her. Between Ahmed and Shirou they made the visit first class. Once at each venue, pyramids, Egyptian museum and Sphinx Shirou was able to navigate these to again avoid crowds but also showcasing key features… she also knew the best spots for all the cheesy photos at the pyramids we all want to take. Would definitely recommend Ramashka tours for visiting Cairo especially as the group size is small and you travel by VIP minivan so that you can really enjoy the experience.

Excellent hospitality, Ahmed’s attention to detail is phenomenal from first communication to arrival back at the hotel. His minivan has an abundance of snacks and cold drinks as well as WiFi and a tv. With the heat Ahmed also treats you to ice cream. With all of these facilities the long journey does not feel long at all. Once in Luxor we were greeted by our guide Said whose knowledge was full of facts of information. He stayed with us throughout the whole day imparting knowledge of key events. If you are wanting to visit Luxor I would highly recommend Ramashka tours, Ahmed times the itinerary to ensure you miss the crowds and always managed to be one of the first to arrive at each of the venues. The Valley of the Kings is a must see as walking in the tombs is simply mind blowing.

This was perfect tour to see and experience the wonders of Luxor and it's main attractions. Our driver Ahmed was excellent, great communication on pick up time and very punctual on arrival. His bus was equipped with A/C, WiFi, TV screen for entertainment and comfy pillows. We were a group of 6 and so travelled with much comfort. Ahmed did his best to ensure we were in the first wave of visitors and as a result we were one of the first groups to get to Karnack Temple, our first stop. Our guide named Said took over from there and was very welcoming and had great knowledge and passion for Egyptian history. It was great that Said could share his knowledge and we could take pictures without the large crowds. He was excellent, we really learnt a lot from him. Our full itinerary was completed and was thorough. We were well looked after with drinks and snacks thoughout the trip and a buffet lunch. Ahmed even got us some fresh sugar cane from a passing truck for us to try on the way back. We returned to our hotel around 18:30 and again, one of the first tour groups back to Hurghada and in time for dinner. Only downside was that the boat trip is marketed as an optional extra but really there is no choice. Luckily we wanted to do the boat trip so not an issue for us. Overall an excellent trip, with and excellent team in Ahmed and Said.

A huge thanks to our driver Ahamed who picked us up on time at 4:15am sharp. The group was nice and small (a total of 6) so the bus journey was very comfortable, with cushions (should you wish to continue with your sleep) movies, wi-fi and snacks. Ahamed's punctuality and swift driving ensured we were the first bus to arrive at Luxor from Hurghada where we met our wonderful English speaking tour guide Said. Said was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our fantastic duo ensured we arrived at each destination with very few other tourists which meant we could take our time & soak it all in before it got too crowded. After a fantastic day we returned back to our hotel at 6:35pm after an equally comfortable journey back with more snacks, refreshments, movies and cultural stories from Ahamed. Ahamed and Said make a great team. This is a must do trip, would highly recommend and I promise the early start is worth it.
