        That should never happen
BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! Do not take a taxi trip or others trips from Abdul Muhammad at amwaj beach club. That man is a joke same as the stuff that he trying to sell to hotel guests. All what you get from that guy its a lie and disappointment. Make your decision wise. Uber works extremely good at that country.

        Wouldn’t recommend
Taxi company got recommended by our hotel (Pickalbatros) communication initially was great driver was at airport waiting. We haven’t been to Egypt before so we were unaware that Euro/British pound in cash is the preferred method of payment. Got to the hotel and tried to pay, had to withdraw Egyptian Pound from the ATM which was fine however it increased the cost by almost double, we didn’t say anything as it was still only 30 euros roughly. Anyway we went back again to book a day trip that was fine returned to make payment and the representative at the desk could not have been more unhelpful if he tried. He was so rude payment should have been about 1300 EGP when converted and he tried to then charge us 2400. Needless to say due to the increase and attitude we cancelled found a lovely company that are doing it for 1300 EGP. Would not recommend and also just to add wouldn’t let us pay by card or bank transfer yet never mentioned Cash only in any communication

If you want your holiday ruined book this
Booked this trip last minute as wasn't sure I wanted to do a 20hr day with my 14yr old son, but he wanted to see the pyramids, got up for our 130am pick up time, sat there for 20 minutes still no coach, tried to phone company, finally got answered at 210am to be told I was sent an email saying the pick up time was 250am, no email had been sent to me, so waited till 250am still no coach, after a further 20 minutes, and no coach rang the company again, to be told I was on the coach, which obviously I was not as why would I be ringing them, was then told they where sorry they had forgot to pick me up, and that I would get a full refund and £500 compensation, which they would bring to my hotel the next day as had no other way of getting it to me. Next day I texted to say what time where they coming, was texted back been passed on to the relevant department, 2 days later still waiting for call and refund, DO NOT BOOK THIS TRIP

        Excellent customized tour
My husband and I were in Hurghada and had really late night /early morning flight out of Cairo. We booked White Shark because they were flexible in transfer and customized tour. Ali picked us up very early in the morning and drove us to Cairo. He took a different route than the driver from Cairo to Hurghada. That was nice, we saw another part of Egypt. This route took us closer to the shore along the Red Sea and much further up the coast. We met our Egyptologist in Cairo. Mohamed was extremely knowledgeable. He took is through Old Cairo, the Museum and to Sakkara. In the museum, Mohamed helped guide us to the most important exhibits. He explained a lot about the exact exhibit even going through the hieroglyphics with nice detail. In Sakkara, Mohamed explained the Step Pyramid, the inner courtyard and walked us through areas recently excavated and explaining how many tombs unearthed. They took is on a boat ride on the Nile showing us buildings and sites not normally on a tour. The one thing Mohamed could do a bit better is slow down for pictures otherwise he was excellent! If you want a customized tour please pick this company and try to get Ali and Mohamed. We even got to meet Ali's baby girl. That was extra special!

        White Shark Full Day Snorkeling
We booked this trip the day before online as I like to do a boat trip each time I come to Egypt. This time, I brought a friend with me and this was first time. As soon as I completed to booking, I used the online message facility to confirm what time we would be picked up the following day. We were informed this would be 0745. Later on, we received a phone call to inform us to be outside the hotel for 7.50 ready for the advertised sail time on 8.30am. The next day came, and were outside from 0740 to make sure we kept to time. Unfortunately, it got 08.15 and we were still waiting at the hotel. I called the number that called me the previous night to explain that situation and was informed that I would receive another call within 5 minutes once he has an update. 15 minutes passed and I called the number again, this time it went straight through to voicemail. When I eventually got through at 0830, I was told that our drivers car was involved in a crash and another vehicle was on its way - we were conscious that the boat should have already set sail! The car eventually came and we had a fun drive to the boat. Upon boarding the boat, we were surprised to find that it was a lot smaller and basic compared to other boats around and ones I have used previously. We were concerned when we saw an unstable plank of wood that bent that had to be used as a bridge to gain entry onto the boat! We eventually set sail and rode for just under an hour. We stopped along with other boats where we saw a pod dolphins, which was an incredible experience, and something I will always remember! The boat set sail again and we stopped for 45 minutes to have an opportunity to snorkel. Not being a strong swimmer, I was extremely grateful to be provided with a life jacket which provided me with reassurance throughout. Entering the sea, my body quickly acclimatised to the temperature and was offered to hold on the rubber ring and be dragged round various sites to see the tropical fish and coral - this was an amazing experience!!! Time passed quickly and we boarded to boat again where we set sail for a short time and stopped for another 30 minute snorkel session. Like the previous time, I was offered to follow the guide and hold onto the ring and this gave me an opportunity to see a lot more and travel further out, while feeling both safe and relaxed. The guide would often dive down all of sudden to pick up various things of interest, such shells, oyster, even poking a huge eel! We boarded the boat again and quickly dried off. Lunch was duly served downstairs - on offer was rice, tuna, breaded chicken, potatoes, noodles and a tomato salad, which was very pleasant. Soft drinks and tea and coffee was offer throughout the trip which you can help yourself to! The boat soon arrived at 'Paradise Island'. Just as we were arriving their, I was asked by one of the crew if we would like to go to the Island, and if so, we would need to pay another E£300 for the two of us. We explained that we were unaware about the trip to the island or the additional cost it incurred and that we didn't have enough cash on us, only card. The crew agreed to let us go to the Island if we agreed to go the ATM when we returned, which we agreed to. I would like to point out, when booking this trip online, we were not offered the option to include the Island visit. Nor was it advertised on the website or our booking that if we didn't include the Island, it would involve a 2 hour wait on a stationary boat! This is not the advertised 'Full day snorkeling' as the title of the trip suggest, at most in 75 minutes combined! A Dutch family on board informed they booked the trip much cheaper than what we paid from the tour rep based at the their hotel! We jumped onto a smaller boat that duly took us to the island where we were seated in our own lounger under a straw hatched roof, which was rather pleasant. We purchased ice creams and then had a walk to the bar - luckily card payments are accepted on the island! Overall the island itself is like some desert island mall, it was nice and novel. But high priced refreshments are the order the day it seems - I don't begrudge them making a living. Back on the boat we chilled on the deck, the photographer came up and asked if we would speak with him below deck. He wanted to sell videos and pictures that he had taken of us throughout the trip. We could feel the pressure sale technique intensify but we held firm and said he didn't want purchase. I feel funny about agreeing to buy photos or videos that I have not seen prior to buying! Some time later we arrived back the Eagle Resort hotel where the trip started. Tipped the guides over 10% of what we paid for the trip and was escorted by them on a long hot hike to main reception where the ATM was located - we almost felt like criminal. Having paid what we owe, the vehicle arrived and travelled over 40 minutes back to our own hotel. Would I recommend this trip? I had some really good experiences today, but so many things that just didn't feel right. I would do a boat trip again, but I wouldn't book this trip, it lacked the care, attention to detail and smoothness of other boat trips that are available. Would I book on this website again? Probably not, the options were not explained clearly at the time of purchase and you can get a better rate from our a tour rep at the hotel!

        Very disappointing tour
We are very disappointed with the snorkelling tour to say the least. The day before we had contact about our pickup and the tour operator confirmed that they would pick us up at the hotel at 7:45. In the morning after waiting 20 minutes, I tried calling the company and no one replied, I sent messages and no one replied. So after waiting more than a hour outside the hotel no one showed up. So we did not even have the snorkelling trip because the operator did not come to pick us up. They did not respond to my calls or messages what was also very frustrating. Overal we were very disappointed and it ruined our morning. Concluding we would not recommend this trip.

A 22 hours trip to Cairo
The trip to Cairo was a rather good experience. Our guide was funny, told us very specific information about the Egyptian history, very compressed as we were all the time lacking time. He joined us in Cairo. The stops on the way were too long so we arrived at the museum at 10h30. Then there was an optional 10min cruise on the Nile (11 €), we didn't go on this one because the river banks weren't very interesting in this aera (unnecessary stop). Then we had lunch, which was ok, drinks payable separately 3 $/€. After that we went to see the pyramids. But I had an impression we had very little time to takie pictures as we were running late. Our guide gave us an option to ride a camel and visit a small tomb (which actually I think was for free) for 13€ per person. He promised us to take us to the point of the panorama of all the pyramides but we didn't do that. Riding on the camel was the coolest experience! We didn't even have free time to buy souvenirs. And after that we went to the perfume shop were the sales assistants didn't even want to negotiate the price. Really that was unnecessary. The problem was that our drivers didn't speak English so we couldn't communicate with them and some people had really cold in the van. And really it was a van and the road was humpy so it was difficult to relax. We got to the hotel at 23:30.

        Great Trip!
We did the 2 dives trip in late March, 2021. It was GREAT and I highly recommend it. They talked us through our concerns about scuba diving and we felt very safe. Lunch was good. The photos and videos they took were great. The coral and fish were beautiful. The wet suits were enough to keep us fairly warm. This was one of our favorite experiences in the entire 2 week vacation in Egypt. Note that there are several tour groups that offer this same trip. They all moor at exactly the same place – so I’d go with whichever is cheapest. You can book here are at WhiteSharkEgypt.com or by sending a text through WhatsApp at 20 128 999 9007.

Excellent trip and excellent guide who gave great advice and information throughout the trip. Really nice day although food wasn't good quality in the restaurant. The guide was selling necklaces for a jeweller but it turns out that they weren't very good quality so I wouldn't buy one from him.

Amazing day to Cairo with amazing guide
Pick up was perfectly on time and the way to and back from Cairo wasn't as bad as it seems when you hear about the 5-6 hours it takes. It's absolutely worth it. Ahmed was the perfect guide. We went to the museum in Cairo first, did a little boat trip, which isn't included in the price, had lunch with a view of the pyramids and then went to several spots to have different views of the pyramids. Even went inside one of the small ones. Sphinx was last. Afterwards there was a little sales promotion at one of the perfume stores, but not too pushy. Was a great day!

        Amazing experience
It was our first time diving and we had luck to book it here. Very friendly staff! Great instructors making this experience almost like a walk in the park. We saw Coral reef, colorfull fishes and ship wracks. Pictures mady by stuff are extra paid, but completely worth it! We are already planning to make a PADI with this crew. 100% recommended!

We were picked up half anhour late fromour Hotel, had too many stops along the way,we were supposed to be at the Egytpian museum at 08:30 but got there at 09:45 where we met our guide Shawky. He was a nice guy but due to the fact we were late he rushed us around the museum in less than an hour when we should have had two there. The Pyramids was awesome but again we were rushed round not getting a close look at any ofthe Pryamids. We weresupposed to be there until 16:00 but left at 14:30 so we could go to a perfume shop (they seemed more interested in getting you to spend money than sightsee).

        Well arranged tour.
From Hurgada to Cairo is a long way and this tour is adjusted very well. Our tour guide Mr. Ahmad enlightened the roads which leads to ancient and near Egypt History for us.

This trip was long and the day was very hot. Luxor is an amazing place, and really, I would recommend seeing it. I booked my trip through my hotel tour guide, Mohamed Alkady
He did organise absolutely everything for us and we were very well informed
He even organised for us a breakfast to go from the hotel.
I travelled with my 2 teenagers. The trip was long but comfortable. Just enough stops and resting points. For the price I paid, we have had everything included and lunch provided. All the trip we had a guide who was really good and told us a lot of interesting facts about Egypt
I will strongly recommend Sun International for turism and Mohamed Alkady.
I already booked more with them 😀

Emotive, Awe Inspiring, Entertaining, Mind Expanding and Exhausting Day which lasts around 17 hours, tour guide was phenomenal with so much Knowledge and information to impart on us it is hard to take it all on board but really helps your understanding of ancient Egypt. We got picked up 6 minutes early (note you need to ensure the tour company has your name(s) and room number on contact via mobile or email the day before so make sure you are prepared for the call and/or email. The journey in the mini van is long with one stop for toilet and driver change each way. The drivers are experienced and very progressive pushing the envelope to near the limit of safe driving (the faster you get there the more time you get touring ahead of the other coaches/minivans) take a pillow for journey! You will need £E5 for most toilets, £10GBP/£E200pp for the river crossing (pointless not doing so) and tips for drivers and guide. A very professional, enjoyable day and thoroughly recommended to all. My only criticism is the seats in the van aren’t particularly comfy for the duration.

Picked up from our hotel, dead on time. Had a 3 hour drive to Luxor, in a nice air conditioned mini van. No more than 15 people.

Our tour guide, Ashraf was absolutely amazing. A lovely man who you could tell enjoyed his job!
He was extremely knowledgeable and took us to places other groups didn’t.
First stop was the Karnak Temple, we spent about 1.5 hours here.
Upon leaving here, we had the option to do a nile cruise (£10) Seeing as we did a Nile cruise the day before, we proceeded to the restaurant via the bus. The restaurant was clean, had nice quality food and was situated on the side of the Nile. The views were lovely!

We made our way to the Valley of the Kings. Included in our tour was 3 entries to whatever tombs we liked. As a group, we decided to stick with the tour guide and visited the tombs he recommended.

We visited KV 2,4 and 6.

There was an option to see Tutankhamen’s tomb at an extra cost. But our guide said it wasn’t anything special as all the items that were inside, were located in the museum. Thanks for not letting us waste our money!

We then visited the Temple of Hatshepsut. Wow. The views from here were breathtaking. Ashraf took us to the bottom right corner of the temple, and showed us where the image of Hatshepsut was removed from all the hieroglyphs. I won’t spoil why! But again, no other groups went here so missed out on a key piece of information!

Lastly, we stopped off at the Colossi of Menmon.

Please give the driver and our guide Ashraf the credit they deserve, in making our tour absolutely fascinating!

Please please please, book with this company!!

I’ll start with what is good about this excursion; you are taken to some of the most beautiful historical ruins in the world by an incredibly talented and knowledgeable guide giving you a unique insight into Egyptian heritage.

Now the negatives; if you have plans the day before and/or the day after do NOT do this for a couple of reasons. We have had to change all of our other excursions because they changed our date 4 hours before we were due to depart. The second reason is it is advertised as a long 16 hour day is actually a tedious 21 hour day, you’ll be sold an extra trip to Banana Island which will make your journey home shorter by 1.5 hours and you’ll be able to see Nile crocodiles and monkeys. There is a single crocodile in a tiny circular concrete prison, 3 monkeys in a small cage, a baby crocodile with its face tied up passed around for pictures and a baby monkey on a chain for the same purpose, animal lovers be warned this is not a pleasant experience. We then were left by our coach by mistake (despite having an armed security detail to protect us) for 30 minutes at the end of the day. When THEIR mistake was corrected our heroic security personnel berated my partner and I before the guide intervened and apologised for their oversight.

If you want to see Luxor I would recommend flying and spending a night or 2 there because traveling from Hurghada especially with White Shark Travel is an uncomfortable, tense and frustrating experience.

This was the worst experience ever. Our group over paid and then we started asking to go back to our hotel at noon because we had a person in a wheelchair not doing well. The driver rams personal errands and took us over 3 hours out of our way to give rides. We asked over and over to go back to our hotel and were told no we had to make additional stops, where we were harassed by locals for money.

We were told we would be back before 6pm and now it is going to be around 8:30pm. Yes we are still in the vehicle being held against our will. This made us miss our dinner plans and literally ruined an entire day.

Thank you to Hady and White Shark Limousine for providing excellent service during our time in Egypt. We had air-conditioned vehicles and German-speaking drivers who took us to town and waited for us. The drive to Luxor from Abu Soma Amwj Beach Club Hotel was long but the drivers were welcoming and even provided delicious fruit along the way. We had a knowledgeable guide who explained the history of the temples in Luxor, Karnak, and Valley of the Kings. Special thanks to Shaban for the great experience. White Shark Limousine is a safe and professional way to travel in Egypt. Thanks to Hady for organizing everything to our satisfaction. Thank you for a wonderful experience. 10 stars ❤️

We was picked up bang on 5:30am from our hotel as arranged. My wife and I had a private tour with Mo from YourTourGuide and his drivers.
Our day was absolutely awesome!! What Mo didn’t know about his Egyptian history wasn’t worth knowing. From the Karnak temples to a trip up the Nile to Hatshepsut’s temple and The Valley of the Kings, his knowledge was second to none. We had a traditional Egyptian lunch which was lovely and also a stop at a place where they made ornaments from the rocks of the Valley of the Kings. Our day was amazing. Would highly recommend this trip to any one interested in the history of the Egyptian people/life.

Coach drive was a bit frenetic but we did arrive in one piece, although battered and bruised. Guide was good but very softly spoken so we didn’t hear much of the information during the drive which was in 8 seat vehicle and we were at the back. Tour itself very good although we would have liked a short period to shop in the market. Luxor is a must see when in Egypt (as is Giza)

Excellent day. Ashraf, our tour guide, really new his stuff. It was a small group of about 10, and we visited the Karnak temple first, followed by an optional cruise on the Nile,(€10) , then lunch. Then it was onto the valley of the kings, seeing 3 different tombs in all their glory followed by a visit to Hatshepsup temple. The trip lasts about 17 hours, with the journey times for pick up and drop off. Make sure you sort out breakfast and tea to eat on the coach. It’ll be cheaper than buying it at the stops. Also take £E5 (Egyptian pounds not English) for loo breaks.

There were five of us, two adults and three teenagers. We all enjoyed the trip very much. So interesting and fantastic to experience these historical monuments. Our guide was very professional, well educated, cared for all of us and made sure that we got all the historical knowledge right. We can really recommend this trip!

We went in January and in the morning and the night it was around 10 degrees. So bring extra clothes! On the other hand during the day the weather was lovely!
