We have used Ramashka tours before and they were great so we thought to go with the same people again for the Dolphin house excursion. We were given some snacks and water by Ahmed before being dropped off at the boats. We were given thorough safety information about what to do and what to expect. The first stop was jumping off the boat to see the dolphins-as I'm not a strong swimmer the guide stayed close by and made sure the group was ok all times. I saw a atleast 10 of dolphins floating beneath me! We then went snorkeling to see alot of coral reefs and all types of fish.
We then had lunch and had the option to go snorkelling again followed by banana boat rides. We left the hotel at 8am and were back by 5pm so it is a full day trip and the price was definitely worth it. Would highly recommend as I was quite nervous initially but all the staff made me feel at ease as they were ready to help in case of any difficulty.

We had so much fun attending this trip. A driver pick up us from hotel on time and we rent our snorkeling gears (free) before we went on the boat. The process is efficient the wait time is short. We did one snorkel and we went to find the dolphins. We enter water twice, and saw two dolphins twice. You really need to swim fast in order to get a good photo of the dolphins. The people on the boat are super nice and lunch is good. Back in sharm el sheikh we used to pay $120 for a similar trip this one definitely worth its price

Khaled and his team on the boat were extremely mindful of each guest's experience in an authentic way. They each showed great care for guests in a chill and humorous manner. The owner of this company is obviously excellent at recruiting employees who clearly enjoy their jobs. Happy employees means happy customers.
The itinerary was well-organised, nicely paced, communication was excellent, and a focus on safety was clear throughout the day. This company is well-run from this customer's experience.
Our driver overdelivered We mentioned in the morning that it was our daughter's birthday and he had a large custom-named cake made and ready for her when he picked us up. Thank you Ahmed!

What an amazing day snorkeling the Red Sea. Immediately after our tour briefing we were already surrounded by wild dolphins. Those of us who were strong swimmers were allowed to jump off of the boat and swim around with the dolphins, which were coming within inches of us! Such a wonderful way to begin the trip. Once back on the boat, we set off of the first snorkel spot. The spot was extremely over crowded with hundreds of people from multiple boats. The timing for all boats to follow the same snorkeling path at the same time seemed a bit insane to me and I feel they could have planned it out better so you can actually snorkel without being kicked in the face by hundreds of people trying to enjoy the water. The water temperature was absolutely perfect though! After about 30-40 minutes in the water, we got back onto the boat and ate an amazing lunch with fried chicken, rice, pasta and fish on our way to our second snorkel spot. The food was excellent, but I felt there could’ve been more as many people tried to go back for more food and all the chicken was gone. Our second snorkel spot was a short distance away from a small island where we were able to walk around for 15-20 minutes before getting back on the boat. Our very last stop, right before the dock, was for the banana boat. We actually opted not to do this as it had been about 40 minutes getting back and were already dry. If they had done the banana boat either at the very beginning or in the middle of the tour, more people would’ve participated. Our tour guides and camera man were beyond amazing and we got some wonderful pictures and videos from our time on the Red Sea. Only problem was the pickup time was an hour after our original booking time and wasn’t communicated until the day before. We were meant to check out of our hotel and leave Hurghada that same day so this put a bit of an issue in our path.

This was great fun. Hotel pick up on time, drive back was on time too. People were very nice. Driver Ahmed very good.
If you buy photos, make sure you pay after you get photos. Otherwise, they will take money and you might not get good photos or any photos at all.

Driver Literally asked 163820101x to give him a 5 star review. So annoyed. Giving 4 stars and that’s with me being GENEROUS
Anywhoooo… the boat ride was cool. Weather was cold and windy so I didn’t get to enjoy it as much. Water was clear and beautiful. Crew was friendly enough- didn’t enjoy the smoking tho. Saw a dolphin far away but not in the water. Seeing the reefs and fishes were amazing.
Concerns of masks not being required inside the vehicle packed with so many people. Decided to wear mine because I don’t want Covid.
Have to end this review as the crazy driving is making me nauseous. ✌️

Amazing trip! We got to see the dolphins and we swam with them. The instructors were very fun and make the trip a great experience for us. The driver was also a great person who accepted a last minute booking. We would definitely do it again.

The trip was very good and fun overall, highly recommended. At the end you will be offered to purchase videos from a guy claiming to be photographer for a ridiculous price. Don't buy it. Quality is extremely poor. Not worth a cent and you can do better with your own phone.

Our driver Ahmed pick my fiance and I up and he was the most accomodating driver we have ever had. He had waters and snacks for us and even took us to get sea sick medicine. The tour was amazing we dove with wild dolphins 3 times. Our instructor Amour was just perfect. He took care of everyone while still taking inwater pictures of everyone on dives and made it his personal mission to keep the kids on the tour by his side and safe at all times, he even difused a fight. Totally amazing. The tour was so good for the price. I highly recommend this as this is for all ages. The boat was very very comfortable, my fiance and I took several naps throughout the day. The captain and crew were amazing as well. Best overall tour we've taken and we have been on plenty. Best price, best boat, best snorkeling and best activities!!!!

We had a great trip with Ahmed. We were a bit late with booking, but could go the next morning. He came to pick us up exactly on time, had a bit of lunch for us.
We went with a boat with crew to "find" dolphins. We had a nice time snorkeling and enough drinks on the boat. We had to change the plans for the boat trip as the dolphins were further away than expected. We managed to find them and it was absolutely amazing to swim with them. There were no other boats around and we had surely 30min swimming at very close range, 1m from them.
The staff of the boat was nice, they did their best.
Bit a point of critique was (something Ahmed had already alerted us for) the photo shoots, and the absolutely ridiculous prizes this photographer asks for the photos, like 45euro. It's quite nice to have pictures taken on such a beautiful trip, but then asking such prices, scammy. But again, Ahmed told us about it and we didn't do it.
Good to know, most probably when you see the dolphins it will (of course) be on open sea and there can be a bit of waves; you need a bit of swimming skills.

I would like to ask if there is any staff member that does take photos and videos of guests that might want to buy that kind of service? I do not own an underwater camera so it would be great if someone can take pictures/videos underwater of me and I can buy them

Sorry for a late answering. They pick you up wherever you sleep. On the previous day you get called and on the next morning thew pick you up usually by car or small bus. After all day usually around 15-16pm bring you back.

I was not able to book online when I went either. But I was able to email the organization and they emailed back right away with instructions on an alternative.
So if were staying at sindbad aqua resort in October. If I was to book from here would someone contact me and arrange us to get there ect. We were told by tui to only book exersions through them?

You can book this tour through trip advisor they ask you where your hotel is located and they use what’s app to advise of pick up. The tour is well organised and good fun. You are given ice cold water and snacks on the transfer bus to the marina and back. I would recommend
