We had a relly nice time and were able to visit many places in one day. the only downside of the tour was the little time we spent in Guatape’ pueblo as it’s a beautiful place. Firstly, their advertisement says that they pick up from hotels, but actually required us to go to a central location to board the buses: Strike One! After confirming my reservation around 6pm for a next day tour to Guatape, they texted me at 10pm to let me know that there were no more spots available. Strike Two! So unprofessional. And the driver did a great job too. In our tour we have time for walking around, do a little shopping see Guatape culture. The boat was nice a relaxing with great clime. Guatapé, El Peñol de Guatapé, El Nuevo Peñol, and the Old Peñol town replica were even more impressive than the pictures. When I contacted the company they gave me her contact and I had to walk to the bus to get picked up. At breakfast they swapped me to a different tour bus because another traveler wanted to switch, they did not ask me, but good for him. Overall, the tour was pretty lackluster. The price is fair for travel and breakfast. The bus was clean and comfortable. The bus picked up at our hotel ontime 0500. The first to hours of ride, the employee spoke spanish into a a loudspeaker , this was from 0500 to 0700. This was the worst part off journey.

Good evening, today I went with my family to the Hacienda Nápoles, with Maxitours, my experience was DISASTROUS, I could use other adjectives that better describe what happened. To clarify, I am going to tell you the following: 1) We arrived at the point where they picked us up (Parque El Poblado), where other tour companies stop, we met at 3:49 am, (they told us to be there at 3:50 am), they picked us up at 4:20 am, because we insisted to several people from the company. One understands that there may be delays, but what seems rude to me is that in addition to the fact that they arrive late, the guide tells us that the meeting point was another, which is NOT true, you had sent the messages with the coordinator the company yesterday. In other words, tardiness and cheap excuses are a constant.
2)My intention when making this comment is to seek feedback so that specific aspects can be corrected; and don't create a problem for anyone. The tour managers, Mrs. Marilyn (guide) and Don Juan (driver), lived up to what one expects as a user. I explain why: the driver drives recklessly, committed several violations of the traffic law, For example, overtaking in the double yellow stripe zone, driving at excessive speed on dangerous curves, exceeding the permitted speed limits, he never interacted with the passengers, that is, neither bad nor good. On the other hand, the guide lacks a lot of professionalism, in aspects such as, the directions were sparse, concise, he never made a connection with his clients, as an example, he delivered half of the maps of Naples 🤔, something as basic as this . She was never attentive, in short the law of minimum effort was evident.
3) I really would NOT travel with you again, nor would I recommend you.

Super tour especially if you go with children. Excellent that they pick you up at the hotel. The only thing is that the guide we had was very apathetic, on the other hand we coincided with other groups from the same agency and their guide was very happy and explained everything in detail.
