The trip was great, the locations and insights provided by the guide Carlos were excellent. Comuna 13 was amazing, the vibe and energy in the area is great. I think our guide Carlos knew almost everyone and he was extremely helpful when chatting to locals and merchants.

Oscar our driver was so kind, timely and patient. Waited for us to get through customs for 3 hours! Highly recommend for airport transfers!

He kept in touch with us thru WhatsApp starting the day before we departed up until he was outside the airport waiting to pick us up. He waited quite a while as immigration took almost 2 hours to get thru but he said that was normal and he appreciated us communicating with him so he could enter the airport when we had our bags. Very good service

This was a last minute trip but it was completely worth it. We had such a fun time. There was great communication at all times & our tour guide Carlos was such a lovely addition! He provided a lot of educational information!

My friend and I took a girls trip to Medellin and wanted to explore on a tour that wasn’t a full day (i.e. guatape being a couple hours away). This tour included the Pablo Escobar sites, comuna 13 and cable car. I accidentally booked this one, not knowing it was private, based in itinerary alone. I have to say being on a private tour made all the difference. We were picked up directly at the hotel and they even accommodated a slight time change when we had a little too much fun in Provenza the night before. Our driver Jaime was very friendly and super informative. I have to say I kept thinking how passionate he was about his country and history. He really spoke with pride and was well versed in history. There is a fair amount of driving but you get to see a lot of places you wouldn’t travel on your own either normal tourism. We got to see how locals lived and worked. The cable car is a beautiful view (albeit hot inside the car!) and it’s humbling to see the communities below. Comuna 13 is bustling with activity. Jaime allowed us to walk around and see things at a pace that we felt comfortable with. He did not rush us at all. Overall I would highly recommend both this itinerary and the private tour with Jaime if you can. You will learn and see a lot.

We had Carlos as a tour guide and William was our driver. We could not have had a better experience. Carlos knew practically everyone in Comuna 13 and provided many beautiful experiences for our family. We had a wonderful time. We could never have navigated the Comuna 13 without him and highly recommend him if you can get him.

I was incredibly impressed by the airport pick up and drop off from City Vibes Tours. With the multi-hour wait through non-Colombian customs line, a late-night arrival and escorting my retired parents to a foreign country for a family wedding, I was uneasy about traveling from the airport to the hotel at first. But, Carlos and City Vibes Tours put me at ease with great driving, being on time and active communication. The car was clean and in great condition. Carlos' driving was super safe and he was so conversational with us first-time visitors. I appreciated how quick and informational the WhatsApp communication was with the company. Overall, highly recommend booking straight through trip advisor. So easy. So efficient.

This was an excellent tour! Jaime, our tour guide, is very passionate and knowledgeable of Pablo's life and the positive and negative impacts of his actions on the City and Colombia. It's a long tour so be prepared to be out most of the day, I wouldn't plan anything else for the day. Comuna 13 is at the end of the tour and I strongly suggest to stay longer by yourselves if you can, as we had our baby who was being looked after by our parents at our hotel, we sadly had to leave at the conclusion of the tour. If you have a chance, please stay at Comuna 13 to admire and experience the progress of this area, it's incredibly vibrant!

Great car service. Prompt and quick. Even with a last minute pick up. Vehicle was clean and well maintained. As crazy as Medellin streets are, the drivers were will versed in the best way to arrive at the locations.

We had Carlos, the guy is legendary, make sure you get to use him. Really happy we did the combined tour as it was perfect time with both parts of the tour. Make sure you do the afternoon slot - Communa 13 in the evening is phenomenal!

We did 2 nice tours with City Vibes Tours, the Pablo Escobar tour with cable car and hiking to waterfall, they have good transportation, nice guides, we had first Jaime and second was Mauricio. They do what they promise. Highly recommended.
