Wonderful arrival service, super friendly, efficient. No fault of the transfer, the Airport arrival/departure was jammed, but our driver kept in contact with us and the roadside porters were on the lookout. Very good service! NOTE: I was expecting a longer line at immigration, so my only advice to future travelers is really do contact them on WhatsApp when the plane touches down in case immigration is a breeze. 10/10 — would Book again anytime, and looking forward to our return transfer to CTG, even though I’m sad to leave Colombia. We booked a round trip airport-hotel-airport service and it was well worth it. Communication was clear and simple. It was easy to find our driver and made it to our destination with no problem. Nubia was our driver and was great!

The guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the city however, of the two hour tour,one hour and 40 minutes was the history and 20 minutes was about the graffiti. This is more of a history tour than an artwork tour for those who might be interested.

This tour is certainly a must when visiting Cartagena. Nicanor was a tour guide and such a delight. He asked so many questions and wanted to know about us. Having so much knowledge about his city, you can tell he was so proud. We learned so much about the history of Cartegena and saw things we wouldn’t have seen on our own and are so grateful. We couldn’t recommend him enough!

I went on a tour today with Jaime He was extremely knowledgeable about this neighborhood and the art minerals along with the artist involved. He had a really great way of explaining the context in the political nature of a lot of these murals as well. I highly recommend going on this tour !

Pablo took excellent care of us and taught us so much about Cartegena. We covered a lot of ground and felt as though we developed a real feel for the city and its history as a result. The issue is with the management of Gran Columbia Tours. We were never given specific directions of how to locate our guide from the cruise port. Unknown to us, we were supposed to leave the port, wind our way through the animal sanctuary, and then exit past a maze of taxi drivers. All of this could have been explained ahead of time, and we would happily have followed the directions. Instead, I received texts (with int'l fees) from two different sources that merely said, "I'm here!" As if we knew where "here" was. We finally found the person holding our name, and he spoke no English at all! We were unaware that this was the driver, and Pablo was on his way to join us. Then, he didn't know that the Popa Convent was part of our package. Showing him our ticket which had this information, he had to consult with his manager for approval. One more annoying aspect. Again, Pablo was a great tour guide, but we had to deal with too much BS. Here is an example of the written directions we received from another company at the time of booking (prior to the tour itself): For cruise guests: Meeting point will be at 8:45AM at the "Online reservations" tent inside the cruise terminal. Guides will have a sign with "X X X". Guides Uniform is Red. We found the labelled tent right away, saw the tour company guides wearing red, and we were on our way! In this case, everybody knew what was going on: stress-free! No need to depend upon int'l phone calls, emails, texts, etc while you're standing at the curb looking everywhere.

We had a great time with Oscar. He was a great guide and the city is beautiful. We definitely want to visit Cartagena again especially the old city!

We did the tour with 4 friends. Nice to have a private tour so you can spend more/less time as desired. They picked us up right at our rental. The guide was good but not great. I felt like we could have learned a bit more, especially in the old city. Nevertheless we saw way more than we would have on our own and learned plenty!
