The cooking class was excellently prepared, entertaining and the food was excellent. Owat and Sibeira are wonderful hosts who enjoy their work and create a very pleasant atmosphere from the very first moment.

We booked a new year’s day midday class with sky kitchen for a group of 9. It was an amazing experience for all of us - from age 22-82! It is a beautiful cool open kitchen space with many fans. Romario is amazing and it is the perfect amount of cooking and preparing. The food was amazing! I especially loved the arepas! I highly recommend!!!

This was the BEST shore excursion activity we have ever done! Evan after many cruises and many excursions. This was very personal. It was very CONNECTING for my wife and me to work together to prepare delicious authentic Colombian cuisine. Romario is a true chef with world-wide experience and was able to guide us through simple ways to make a variety of foods and sauces that were completely new to us. With his detailed instructions, we will be able to repeat this at home. We left the activity completely stuffed with all the things we had prepared (multiple courses). And the flavors were unique to us, but were ingredients we can mostly find in Arizona. If you want an activity to connect as a couple and to not feel “trapped in the tourism grind”…this is it.

Great experience with Romario leading me through a number of Cartagena dishes, all of which I can take home since he also emailed the recipes we went through. Each meal was delicious. I forgot that I was supposed to be cooking and not just enjoying an amazing meal. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

This was a first for the both of us,signing up for a cooking class. There were so many options throughout the city to join in and share in preparing some Colombian meals. However, the photos and reviews blew me away so I booked with Sky and it did not disappoint! Romario is a seasoned chef and had been great from our first communication when choosing the menu for kid, and was phenomenal throughout the class itself. He was funny and personable, and helped my child complete tasks or gave her new ones while I focused on mine. There was never a dull moment! It was 3 of us and everyone had a chance to do a big part. Romario explained each piece of the recipe well, history,flavor,and it was all delicious! There was not one thing we didn't like, even the vegan ice cream! We both left full after cooking our lunch, and appreciate that we now have the recipes to remake everything at home! It's definitely a must do, especially with kids if you have the chance to visit Cartagena.

I booked this as an excursion through my cruise. I’ve done numerous excursions all around the world & this one was one of the BEST! Such a unique experience, beautiful surroundings & very professional staff! I would do this again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful and great for families! They really involved everyone in the cooking and our kids tried it all and want to make it at home! The chefs were really lovely, it was very organized, clean and fun! Highly recommend!

We have been to many cooking classes. This class was, by far, THE BEST CLASS WE'VE BEEN TO. The class was "taught", not just demonstrated. Food which we cooked was delicious and will be cooking at home as well.

This was so much fun! There were about 5 of us in the group, we all worked on every part of the meal. Everyone had a blast, and a great meal too.

We can’t say enough about SkyKitchen! It was an excellent course, the instructor/chef, Juan, was friendly and knowledgeable. He ensured that everyone participated in the preparation of the meal. Everything was delicious and we were e-mailed the recipes as promised. We will definitely be trying these recipes at home. The next time we are in Cartagena, we will definitely be booking another class at SkyKitchen!! We highly recommend this cooking class!!!

When visiting Cartagena and you like to cook this class is a MUST! Part instruction with a lot of “hands on.” Super organized, professional and the food is just DELICIOUS!! You are introduced to recipes you can make at home and the recipes are emailed to you right after the class. Truly the best cooking class I’ve ever attended!

An amazing cooking class! The food we prepared was so, so good and we had such a good time. We learned a lot about Colombian culture too while in the class. The course is in a nice setting in a great part of town. Each course was very memorable and tasty and we walked away feeling very satisfied. A tip of the cap to the chef!

The food was delicious and I really enjoyed the experience. Everyone was very nice I was promised recipes to be sent when they collected my email but that didn't happen.
