If you’re traveling solo, I highly recommend this company. They’re very trustworthy! They’re very flexible too! I had some last minute changes, and they adjusted without issues.

Bruce and his team curated a wonderful three week adventure around Colombia for me and my family. We started in Bogotá, went on to Medellin, the pacific coast, the coffee region and then the Caribbean coast finishing in Cartagena. Bruce arranged all internal transport, accommodation and tour guides. He has a superb eye for detail, is easily contactable and we felt very well looked after - any small issues we had were resolved very quickly and with no fuss. His team of guides and drivers were amazing (especially Érica and Hoover!) and made our holiday a memorable and magical experience. Top highlights: Walking through the jungle in Tayrona Park surrounded by monkeys, whale and dolphin watching, Communa 13 in Medellin and snorkelling over coral reefs in the Caribbean.

This was a well informed, fun, enlightening experience with the guide Jesus. Jesus was passionate and proud to share the incredible culture and history of Cartagena and Columbia.. I was sincerely inspired by his true pride for his country.

We were so disappointed with this tour. The people at the boat dock couldn't confirm our reservation at first, so we didn't know if we would even be going. Then they put us on the boat, but I suspect we didn't go on the tour that we paid for. The beaches close to Cartagena were nicer than the small little beach we ended up going to. And they assigned us beach chairs to sit on, but there was a breeze from the water onto the beach and some women closer to the shore were smoking non stop, and of course the smoke came right to us. Also the beach was very rocky just below the shore line, I couldn't go in barefoot, because the rocks were so sharp. Don't waste your money on this.

Fantastic service. Álvaro met me at the airport and had a sign with my name and was very knowledgeable. I was picked up at the airport over an hour before I was able to check in at my airbnb and Álvaro assisted by calling my airbnb host and helping get the proper directions so it could be found. He took time to be a tour guide and explainded much of the history of the old city and walled city. He explained about the slave trade and we even stopped at a museum to learn about the famous Colombian emeralds. He also gave me some helpful hints and things to avoid as a gringo haha. I would absolutely request him in the future. And hope to see him again on my trip

This was a really good tour. We had a wonderful day with Sara showing us her home city. The views from the hill were wonderful. The fort was really interesting. And the walk around the old city was just fun. Great tour, and highly recommend bnb colombia tours

Natalia was amazing in facilitating my transportation for myself and multiple friends with different travel plans on different days. Connecting by Whatsapp is the best for prompt service. When I changed my plans, I was able to get an immediate response from her. I originally had another service for my departure, but after emailing them for 2 days to make changes I still had no response. So I canceled them and let Natalia take care of my return trip to the airport. Highly recommended.

We actually had Bruce plan a 3 week tour of Colombia for us and it was wonderful! From Bogota to the Amazon to Zipaquira to Barichara to Medellin to Guatape to Pereira to Salento (Loved the hike in Cocura Valley up to the Acaime Reserve!) to Santa Marta to Cartagena. WOW!! What an experience thanks to Bruce and his outstanding guides! So glad we came. *Apparently TA doesn't like the word Spouse but that's who traveled with me. :-)

This was a wonderful experience the tour gurl was super sweet it’s all organized great the people at the Valcano are so nice. Just deff have tip money to give them. It’s their way of living to assist u in the experience. It was an unforgettable moment I don’t regret a thing!!!
