Very safe and affordable transport option for a large group. They were punctual even though our plane was delayed and patiently waited after we came out 2 hours late. We were able to communicate via WhatsApp to book them again for our return. Very friendly staff, would definitely use again when I’m back!

I had an early AM pickup for airport so was nervous. There was no need for nerves. Driver was 5 mins early and ride was safe and smooth. The only thing I messed up was not leaving a tip for the driver. I used all my cash for housekeeping and felt awful about it. I’d love to send him one. Would definitely use again.

We booked this for airport pick up and drop off for 4 people. We heard that there were cheaper options but wanted to have a safe way to get around since it was our first time in Colombia. It was easy to book and they communicated via WhatsApp. The airport was a bit chaotic but our driver was great at letting us know where he was parked. The pick up was just as easy and communication was fast.

Our driver Juan R. got in touch with us a day before. He was punctual, cordial and very nice! He also provided some very helpful tips and suggestions for our stay.

Communication with the company and then with Juan Ruiz, our assigned driver, was easy and very clear. Immigration took ages (~3 hours midafternoon on a Saturday) and Juan remained present AND pleasant. The moment we got through the door, he was there with a sign and the car, and delivered us directly to our hotel, giving us a quick “welcome to Cartagena” speech as he did.

Very efficient and reliable. They sent me a text before I landed in Cartagena with a picture of the driver and the car. While we got delayed in immigration, the driver kept us posted with a picture of where he was. When we got out of baggage claim, he was waiting for us. We asked if we could stop by Cafe Del Mar on our way to the Airbnb, he agreed and we made a 15-minute stop to capture the sunset. The car was clean and he got us to our Airbnb safely. I would use them again.

Great driver, Edgardo, who was waiting for us and communicated with me prior to our arrival. He sent me a photo of himself so we knew who to look for. He was very friendly and was so kind to comeback to our hotel when one of my children left his stuffed animals in the car! Great people and a very welcoming.

Gloria reached out to me 24hours via WhatsApp to confirm the reservation w/ the driver. The driver, Orlando, also reached out through WhatsApp to provide his name & to confirm where he’d be on pick up day. He was prompt and patient especially since the flight was 2 hours delayed. Outside of the driver tip, we had to pay an extra $10 directly to the driver since our hotel was outside of the tourist zone. This was communicated on the website but also Gloria reminded us about the fee. I’d definitely recommend using this company for airport transfer needs.

Gloria was super responsive in helping and confirming my ride. I even sent their WhatsApp info to the 13 other girls in my party. My driver was Manuel and he was able to pick up one of my friends from CTG at 10p and bring her safely to the hotel. Manuel was also available to bring me to the airport for departure. Great company, I will use every time I go to Cartagena and will always share their information with friends!
