Boris was an excellent tour guide for us on our trip to Playa Blanca and Baru Island. I asked if we could stop at the Bird Aviary prior to going to the beach and he was more than happy to accommodate us. We had the opportunity to take photos of some beautiful birds and enjoy the calmness of the atmosphere. On our way to playa Blanca, he stopped at a local store so we could purchase drinks and snacks before entering the beach area due to high markups in prices on the beach. He was very thoughtful and explained to us how to handle the vendors on the beach if we didn’t want to purchase anything. As part of the tour, he rented a boat with a driver to take us further down the beach from the locals, so we could enjoy a more private section of the beach. He closely watched our personal items as we swam in the water and enjoyed ourself. Lunch was delicious and ordered from a local vendor on the beach by the tour company. We felt very protected and safe with him being our tour guide. Emel our driver was also excellent and a great driver. My husband and I had a great time conversations with them both on our ride to the beach. Two really great and wonderful people. Thank you for allowing us to have an amazing tour.

Our beach trip to Baru en Cartagena was a delightful experience, made even more memorable with Boris as our tour guide. Great service to and from the airport. Our drivers were friendly and accommodating. The car was clean and they arrived promptly. Would def recommend. Sure, the taxis may come out a bit cheaper, but this was a lot more convenient.

I had booked tour for 1:30 for group of four. Two from our group went ashore when the ship docked and found the tour was ready to leave and were expecting us NOW. Supposedly they had texted me, but I could not get texts and would not have looked for one. After hasty departure, tour was comfortable and informative. I was in Cartegena before and hoped to see, with my group, the open brick streeted area with large statue and pictures of beauty contest winners. Disappointed we did not go there as I thought that was really interesting.

Walter is amazing and the tours he provided me and my family were amazing . We had our wedding there and we brought people from the United States that had never been out of the country much less to Colombia. We were pleasantly surprised to the service we received from the transportation from the airport to the city tours of the Castillo to La Popa and the tour of the old city. Wow it was an amazing the tour guide Big Al was a great tour guide he sure knew his stuff and he had a lot of passion in describing the things we were looking at which made the experience fun and educational. The experience with Walter and Guianza express was exceptional through and through they made our family feel safe and we felt safe being with the guides and transporters . Our family members that did not understand Spanish had a great time too because all the guides and tours were in English so there was always someone available to explain everything in English for us. Thank you Walter and the great people that work at Guianza we had a trip of a life time. I recommend anyone to use Guianza express for tours and transportation you won’t be disappointed..

Our 3 person team was wonderful. They carried the wheelchair up and down stairs. The guide explained the history behind the stops and described the parts of Cartagena that we drove through. Great stops at La Popa and the Fortress.

We just used the car service to get to & from the airport to where we were staying in the walled city. Overall great! We needed a car seat & they made sure to have one. On time & great service - thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit of Cartagena with Walter. We appreciated being able to bring our 2-year old son. Walter is great at customer service- he made sure we had a car big enough for our stroller, got us bottled waters, and had us visit some places where we could see the whole city. He even helped to push our stroller at times :). In any casem he is a wonderful human being, knows a lot of people in Cartagena so he was able to show us some very cool places. We feel that we were able to get a more unique experience than if we had gone on the ship's excursion. this private tour was definitely worth it.

We had an excellent 4-hour tour of the city of Cartagena with our guide Cesar and driver Jairo who were both very friendly and knowledgeable. They met us on time at the port in a nice, air-conditioned car and showed us the highlights of the city, including a walking tour in the beautiful Old Town. Perfect citytour in Cartagena! Nice guide, very informative and funny! We visited the historic center, fortress and La popa.

Really enjoyed this tour! Guide was informative and everyone enjoyed having him along. Was a great way to see some of the top sites around Cartagena in an air-conditioned van. I would suggest you check out some of the "free" tours in the center also, but this one includes many things that you wouldn't see otherwise. I would recommend this to my own friends visiting the area!

We had a great day with Hilary our guide. The beach restaurant was quiet and perfect for a relaxing day. The food was amazing. It was a very pleasant experience. Worth the money and time when you are in Cartagena.
