Fabulous tour with great attention from Juan as tour coordinator along with a driver & the guide Wilson. They listened to what I wanted to do with highlights of Cartagena with history & photography. The added plus was inclusive pick up from the Conrad. And excellent English.

They never showed up, answered 4 texts, or picked up our calls. They indicated they would be by a white van with our name one hour after we were in port. No van and no name.
