We had such a great time with the tour guides who were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took us around the city, allowed us to sample some amazing local foods, and gave us a good amount of history lessons. Our only regret is that we wished we had booked our food tour with them as well!

Edgar was the most amazing tour guide. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, you could clearly tell he was passionate about Calì's rich culture. For this tour my mother was on crutches Edgar stayed with her the entire time and made sure she was safe and comfortable. I would recommend this tour with him 100000x

Edgar was very professional. The tour was perfect and could be possible to go aroung the most important spots at the city. Very polite and provided good information. Strongly recommend.

First off I want to say thank you for putting together one of the greatest Tours I‘ve ever been on. Thank you for your patience planning this Tour and for the time you took to show us around. As we only had one day in Santiago de Cali we wanted to get the most out of it. I decided to write Sucursal del Cielo to ask about a personalized Tour just for the two of us as we would arrive to Cali early in the morning and leave for Bogotá at 8PM. At everytime they have made us feel more than welcome planning our Tour. At the day of the Tour Edgar picked us up from the Airport and took us for breakfast in Barrio San Antonio. Needless to say that our day started off right by going to one of the greatest places for breakfast, well done. We then went on to visit Cristo Rey, were we got to enjoy a beautiful view of the City as well as the statue itself. Continuing we wanted to visit the Mariposario Andoke which was no problem at all for Edgar, so we went and enjoyed a beautiful experience with lots of information about Pachamama (mother earth). More views of the City, the Parque del Gato as well as the Jairo Varela museum were more highlights that we experienced that day. Plaza Bolivar, La Ermita, eating a Cholado and the Handicraft market were the last stops pf our Tour before Edgar took us back to the Airport. Edgar has lots of knowledge about his City and he always gives you that feeling that you are more than welcome in his City while he is showing you around. There are many guides in this world but few that really know what they‘re doing. He has a passion for his job and that‘s why we enjoyed ourselves the entire time. Colombia is a beautiful country, my second home and thanks to Edgar my new favourite City has become Santiago de Cali. Thanks a lot for making our day one we will never forget. We will meet again in September. I am looking forward to another great Tour and more importantly to meet Edgar again. Dios te bendiga siempre amigo!

I’m glad I went on this tour. My tour guide was VERY knowledgeable. They even knew the names of the type of trees that grow in Cali. They gave interesting facts about Cali and took us too the heart of downtown Cali. I saw the cat park, Cristo el Rey, Statue of Sebastian, I saw la iglesia, and plazoleta. Do this first!

Our guide had excellent English, was knowledgeable, and showed a great sense of humor. We got a well-rounded view of the city with just the right balance of structure and flexibility. This tour proved an ideal way to take in as much of Cali as possible in the limited time we had available. Our guide was outstanding and we never felt rushed or confined. We also got the bonus of a lift to across the city from Edgar. He’s a fountain of information about Cali and offered great perspectives on life in the city its people. When he learned I was taking a motorcycle to Medellín he gave me a lot of advice that proved to be both prescient and invaluable. I’m grateful for the experience and recommend this outfit strenuously.

My friend and I went on a City Tour in Cali. We went with the tourguide Edgar, and everything was perfect. He answered all our questions and he is a very kind person, the Tour couldnt be better.

So me and my girl took this tour and man it was a true blessing to be able to walk in nature, see the river and feel the waterfalls. We also went tubing and HAD A DELICIOUS MEAL Prepared for us by Rosalba 😍😍😍😍😋😋😋😋. THIS TOUR IS A MUST TO GO ON

Excellent tour, you get to see all the major sites and locations of Cali! Our tour guide Julalian, was very friendly, funny, and made our trip even better. He was helpful to take photos, shared information about Caliz and ir was like a friend showing you around their city. One of my favorites is the treat at the end, it's an authentic Colombian dessert- muy bueno!! I highly recommend this tour and would go on it even again the next time I'm in Cali!

Very well planned trip, everything in time, guide which really take care about our comfort and entertainment. Juliano picked up at morning in hotel lobby and we went by care crossing hills, having breakfast watching black vulture sitting on a tree just by our side and then arriving to the San Cipriano Natural Reserve, where he park the car and we continue walking crossing rope bridge entering the village - and start point of railway/motorbike trolley (hardly find the term for it : ) and this vehicle was An Adventure! We could admire beautiful forest all around! Trip includes short walking tour in a forest, stops in several waterfalls where we could swim and finally rafting river enjoying beautiful nature all around. Juliano really cares for us all the time and he was fantastic!!! We have a lunch in a village, could change the dress and then we go home fully relaxed from very quite atmosphere and full of beauty experience we collect during a day. My only worry is - what if this paradise will be destroyed by tourism - it will be very very pity. So keep careful to this amazing spot to protect its beauty. Be aware you have to have clothes and shoes for walking and rafting and take one more for re-dressing when back. And do not touch dogs - the spot is endemic for leishmaniasis transmitted by sand fly. It is treatable disease so do not panic - just be aware, use repelent, avoid sunset in this area and do not touch dogs with scarves. And the best - as we could not take our cameras for rafting - Juliano take care about pictures of our trip - I hope my first underwater selfie as well : ) - and he promised to send it to us. It was exciting, it was fun, it was relaxing, it was beautiful and guide care for us as for princesses : )

This was the BEST tour in all my travels. Edgar has an eye-opening knowledge of the city. He is accommodating, pleasant, and professional! The tour was very thorough. We visited all the most famous landmarks in Cali including: Cristo Rey, Gato de Tejado, Cali river, Plaza Cayzedo, Ermita, and gelato. I highly recommend this tour to everyone!
