We booked a group trip covering many places in 7 days. We had an excellent trip. Lily is easy to communicate and very honest. Fifi, our guide is very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. We had such a great experience with Westchinago and will definitely engage them for our future trips.

The tour has been wonderful from start to end. Lily has been very helpful and friendly all the way through the whole assisting process and sent us a fabulous guide, Fifi. Fifi has been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Her English was very good. She gave us a lot of insights on pandas and managed to take many pictures of us throughout our volunteering session at the panda base.

Contacted on a Sunday for an airport transfer for a medium sized group the next day. Lily promptly responded and provided some really good options at fair prices. She followed up to ensure our ride was on time. We had a great experience and will plan to use this company in the future

Lily helped us with private tour in Jiuzhaigou national park and Huanglong national park. Trip included private transfers, great local restaurants and positive attitude/ great communication from both agency and our driver. We went as a family.of 5 which included out autistic teenage son. The staff were incredibly supportive and kind and you get to.learn.about panda life, diet and behaviours. We had to break bamboo, clean the areas and make panda food for the elderly panda. We were not allowed to touch any pandas . The highlight was panda feeding and it was amazing to be so close to them ( no photos allowed though). Our guide Bai was fantastic throughout. Be prepared to work a bit and lunch with the staff was provided. The alternative is to just get the park entrance tickets in..and you can see many pandas in their enclosures.

Lily was super responsive in her pre-trip replies by Wats app to me. She communicates clearly in English, is transparent on fee structures and arranged an excellent driver and car for our Chengde-UlanBatong tour. She also helped to buy show tickets and provided free advisory on train schedules. Highly recommended!

Driver and guide Mrs Li was very nice and helpful. She gave very good advice on how to revise the itinerary to save us time. And she was flexible when we changed the schedule at short notice.

Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong are must visit places in China. We have a wonderful half day Huanglong and full day Jiuzhaigou tour. The driver assigned to us were helpful, punctual and has a very good driving skill, it was very important because we have to catch an early train almost 150 km away from our hotel. Small thing that can be improved was the cleanliness of the car (some used tissue papers were left in the car). Thank you.

We booked a month out for the volunteer experience, they advertised they have space available and took payment. A few days later they send an email stating you can't do a whole lot of things with the Pandas since covid like feeding and cleaning, and then flippantly add 'btw we are fully booked on your date' and couldnt accommodate our alternative dates. Waste of time.

Had such a pleasant trip to see the pandas and the Buddha in Leshan! Demmi the guide + driver arrived punctually at the Hotel. Then, she showed me all the nicest spots for pictures and told me all about the pandas and Chengdu. We had a great Lunch and then a very nice boat ride to see the Buddha. Everything went well from the reservation until the end. The car was very spacious and clean, smooth drive!

We ended up booking with WestChinago from Tianfu airport transfer, private Giant Buddha, Wolong Panda Base, and airport transfer. This review is for airport pick up and Giant Buddha. First and foremost, Lily was AMAZING from booking to execution. Communication was clear, made great suggestions, and on time with everything (even told us the eta on her reply due to national holiday). Even including spending money economically with certain places for our itinerary. Really appreciate it. 1000% recommending this company for your Chengdu visit. You will not regret it! They’ll take care of you, and Lily certainly single handedly made my Chengdu visit so much less stress!! And oh, our drivers (both airport pick up and leshan giant Buddha) were super nice.

Added to include 2nd trip with Westchinago. We had contacted Lily via WeChat to make our bookings and have noticed that she offered tours in other cities as well. We were going to be in Beijing for a week and had contacted her to making these arrangements for us as well. She was super helpful in booking the hard to get Forbidden Palace tickets. We had 3 amazing days with our guide Jason. He has been a tour guide for a long time and it certainly shows! He was very knowledgable, and was able to provide us with a lot of history and information regarding the Tiananmen Square and Forbidden Palace. He even added extra to our itinerary from what we originally agreed to so we can fit more into our time in Beijing and planned our stops perfectly. On the 2nd day, we even drove further away to go to a section of The Great Wall that was less visited by tourist, at times we were walking on the Wall just by ourselves and mainly ran into locals or others who were on a 5+ day hike along The Great Wall. Jason was patient with us as we scrambled along the wall. He was encouraging and let us move at our own pace and kept us moving. This was easily the best experience we could have imagined on The Great Wall. Day 3 was spent at the Summer Palace and the Temple of Heaven. Again, Jason was super knowledgeable, and took us to corners of the tourist packed places so it felt like we had the entire place by ourselves! Every single day, we went to the best spots for lunch. He made sure we got to try a different variety of foods, and always ordered more than enough for us to eat. Our car was always clean and had water waiting (they wanted to make sure we stayed hydrated), was one of the best driver's we've had during our time in China.

Our guide Molly met us in front of our hotel prompt and on time. Our driver was already outside waiting for us when it was time to leave. Our ride to the Panda research center was quick and short. Molly was a great guide. She took us on paths away from the crowds, so at times we felt like we were the only ones walking around the park! She took us to most exhibits before the pandas have been released, so we were front and center waiting. She knew when to tell us to move on to see other Pandas. We were planning to only see 2 exhibits, but she took us to a 3rd one because she saw how much we were enjoying ourselves. She even took us over to a newly opened pavilion where we got to sip some coffee and watch the pandas as they walked around. Lily was on the other end to communicate with us and she was prompt and very professional! The afternoon was filled with a delicious hot pot lunch and a tour of the city. We got to People's Park and enjoyed the afternoon tea sharing stories with Molly. The most interesting part was the match making square, we had the best time walking around with Molly as she read us the resumes!
