    Great trips
My group was the only one in the group, and the tour was fantastic. There are amazing views at the park, and the museum was very interesting. The guide was very king and knowledgeable, and the van was very clean. I would definitely recommend

Minimum number not met, tour cancelled with less than 12 hours notice
Buyer beware. We booked this tour. It was cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled departure. The tour operator didn’t have the minimum number. We understood that a minimum number was required. We were offered another day or a refund. Unfortunately another day didn’t work since we had other plans for the proposed day. We did submit for a refund. Our disappointment was the fact the tour operator knew for days (not less than 12 hours) that we were the only 2 booked customers. If we were given more notice we could have had other options. Thankfully, we were able to secure a private tour through another operator because of a tour guide we met on another tour. Torres de Paine is a must see! It was well worth the hassle and extra expense of a private tour.

All you need to know city tour
Great city tour with lots of information and historical facts. Gabriel our guide was great and very patient explaining everything to our understanding. He has a great grasp of English. The tour took in a lot about the history and heritage. We really enjoyed our tour.

    Don't Miss!
GREAT FUN! A full day's outing to the National Park and Cave, guided by Camila. The natural splendor was highlighted by Camila's informative discourse along the way. The stops were scenic, had a little bit of walking (was extremely windy so hard to do much walking that day).

    Port cancel, money refunded!
Unfortunately due to weather, we did not visit Pinta Arenas. I did email the tour operator and explained the situation. They were very understanding and they refunded my money.

    Highly recommend, great day out
Great way to see the National Park if you only have a day! The guide and driver were great, picked you right on time. It was a long day so be prepared to spend a long time in a mini van. Pack lunch and water. I was solo and it was a great way to see the national park and cave.

    Amazing tour
Awesome tour guide. Our tender was late getting to the port and they waited for us. The local tour guide was very thoughtful and showed great interest on what we wanted to see and learn about the area.

Good tout to learn history of the area
Knowledgeable and friendly guide. A good tour if you're interested in history. It is probably not the most exciting of tours.

    Great views, great guide.
Excellent tour. It was an early start but the minibus was comfortable enough to sleep in. The guide and the driver were both great and had a lot of knowledge about all the stops. Definitely recommend to anyone who want to see Torres del Paine but doesn’t have the time to do a multi-day trek.

A sight that cannot me measured in words
The sights are incredible, I could do without the souvenir stops but the coffee was good. It is a very long day sadly you spend more time in the vehicle than the time in the park, there was a small walk 1.75 mi to the beach but I wouldn't call it a hike. The glaciers were impressive, the Paine mountain range is spectacular. Note to self it is so cold, rainy and windy I should've had artic gear but survived. This is a great tour for people that like "point of interests stops" rather than hiking treks. I didn't pay to much attention to the descriptions since I had my travel agent book and I assumed there would be hiking and there was not, so that it my fault, but the tours was very amazing.

    More that I expected, brilliant!
Exceeded my expectations! Firstly, please wrap up well as it is very cold (we had thermals and -30c coats and still felt the cold)! The views superseded the getting up early and cold. I was not expecting much but it was very much a had to do situation so that we could say we had been there, done that. I did not expect the spectacular views and the knowledge of the tour guides (the microphone could be better as it was sometimes difficult to hear what was being said, I speak both English and Spanish so had the advantage of hearing it twice and this helped if I missed something). The first part of the tour was in the Cuevas Milodon which is where we felt it coldest, it snowed whilst there and with the wind chill factor, it was bitterly cold. This cave is regarded as one of the 7 wonders of the world. It was fascinating to see but I’ll admit I was keen to get back to the minibus to warm up. The 2nd part was in the Torres Del Paine, wonderful experience. It was an all day trip with lots to see, from mountain ranges, to the wildlife, waterfalls and even icebergs. We had the pleasure of seeing the wildlife in action too from reproduction (I’ll say no more) to fighting for dominance of the “girls”, unfortunately we did not get to see any cougars (a keen eye is needed). All in all I would recommend this trip. The guys where brilliant too, fun and full of knowledge! Oh and the colours in the photos do not do it justice, the actual colours were so vibrant especially the water

The penguins were absolutely amazing. So cool to see them. The tour is long, but if they took out lunch it would’ve been much shorter and perfect. For lunch, they took us to a restaurant that was expensive and the food wasn’t very good. We didn’t realize how much it would cost, we would’ve appreciated to know that up front. Had we know, we would have waited to eat. The tour would be excellent if they didn’t have the restaurant involved and got us home sooner.

Overall a cool experience. The reserve is very simple but they require reservations so it seemed only our group was viewing the penguins. It was very peaceful and cool to watch this unique colony. You do need a camera that can zoom or some binoculars but you aren't that far away from them. The tour includes lots of extra stops that are not that interesting and really just make the day extra long. Bring extra money for dinner- and more than the tour company quotes you, they were wrong for us.

This is a great way to see and learn about Tierra del Fuego and get to experience Parque Pingüino Rey. Our guide Gabriel was friendly and full of interesting information, and our driver Manuel made the long drive exciting. Seeing the king penguins is amazing, and we enjoyed the lunch at a uniquely local spot in Cerro Sombrero. Our only suggestion would be to provide more detail on the itinerary - like what time we will eat lunch and which ferry crossings we will take.

We had a good day and it was great to see the king penguins. There were over 50 of them. There was a lot of driving - about 2 hours to the ferry, a 1/2-3/4 hour trip on the ferry and then about another hour driving to the penguins. We were expecting a long day, as advertised.
Lunch was a bit hit and miss as the first restaurant didn’t respond to calls. So we had to go elsewhere. The food was just ok.
The return trip was the same as the outgoing trip, despite advertising of a different route and longer ferry trip on the way and a shorter one on the way back.
All in all we would still say it was a very worth while days outing.

Viewing the penguins was great. We also saw a lot of other wildlife along the way like dolphins, nandus, choclos, flamingos and guanacos. Our guide was really informative and explained a lot about the history of the towns and estates along the way.

The only downside was that we had to leave at 5:30 am since the ferry from Punta Arenas to Porvenir was sold out and we had to cross from another place further away.

It's a great day out if you really want to see King Penguins. If you keep your eyes peeled on other stops you will also see other birds and wildlife. Guide was OK, but the experts at the King Penguin colony were excellent.

The day was progressing nicely. We saw the penguins-they are magnificent although you view them from a distance. We had a lovely lunch. However, there was uncertainty from the hosts as to how we would return. At the outset, we drove 2 hours to take the ferry at the most narrow point of the Strait. When we returned, we had been told that we would cross from Porvenir directly to Punta Arenas (PA). By this time, we had been driving 4-5 hours. The hosts made a decision to drive back to the narrow part of the strait - 2 hours to the ferry, 1/2 hour to cross, and then 2 hours back to PA. My understanding was that this decision was based on the savings for the more expensive 2.5 hour ferry ride from Porvenir. The total travel time was about the same either way. The weather in Porvenir was gorgeous. I asked the hosts whether I could stay in Porvenir and take the ferry back at my expense. They said OK and assured me there was a 7p.m. ferry. They were wrong - there was no ferry that evening. I had to get a hotel room in Porvenir that evening. I was a good sport about it and only asked the hosts to assist me with a ride at the ferry in PA. I told them that I would be on a very tight schedule to retrieve my belongings and get to the airport on time. The hosts told me, essentially, it was my problem and that I was on my own. They laughed at the predicament they placed me in. This was extremely unprofessional as their error put me in the position.

Good morning. I´m very sorry about your experience. But the tour always comeback that way, we never comeback crossing from porvenir.... I´m sorry you missunderstand that information. About staying in Porvenir by your own scape from us, it was your decision and if you ask me i would never have let you because were not part of the tour. But obviusly if you made a decission of staying by your own in the middle of the tour the tour guide can´t hold you.....

They canceled due to wind not allowing the ferry to sail to get us there. To their credit they issued a refund for the entire price. So at least they were honest, and the weather is beyond their control.
