Excellent tour all around. They were punctual and professional, taking care to show us the best of the Angkor Wat area. Chaay was a wonderful guide. His English is excellent and he’s very knowledgeable about the history of the Khmer Empire and Cambodia in general. We’re very pleased with our experience and highly recommend. Thanks Chaay!

It was excellent trip actually. The company is well organized and the communication was good. They picked me up very early in the morning for the sunrise trip but it was worth it. The early light was much better. Our guide, Chhay, was really good. He has knowledge beyond Angkor Wat. We got some insights on dalily life and customs of Cambodian in general. He gave us ample time to enjoy this magnificent site on our own. The bus is clean and functional. I guess we all felt safe. And the cold water and towels were just what we needed in this climate.

An amazing well paced day with Sak & Black! Sak is a photographer in his spare time so he knew all the angles and best photo spots. I was never short of cold water and cold towels at every stop.

My partner and I went on this tour on Thursday 10th October, and we had the most amazing day. Our guide was very friendly and happy, and was very knowledgeable about the temples and the history of them and the area. We loved him! The temples were fabulous and sacred. We loved the small touch of the ice cold towels we got when arriving back at the bus - so refreshing on such a hot day. We would highly recommend this trip to anyone.

We visited a couple of temples, which were exceptional. Our guide was ok, e spoke good English. Yet he was sharing only absolutely basic information and we had plenty of time to check out on our own. I wished the guide had been more engaged and had given us more insights. We could have easily visited 2 more temples, our tour ended 1.5 hours ahead of time... The driver was driving very safely and distributed water and towels. So all in all, the tour did not meet my expectations.

This was an excellent tour! Our tour guide, Pireak, was informative and knowledgeable about the area's history and mythology, and told us many stories. He was always helpful and made sure we were comfortable during the tour. Best of all, he gave us many great suggestions for where to take good photographs, and even took some very interesting photos of us individually and as a group. I would highly recommend this tour and Pireak as a tour guide for any one interested in visiting the Siem Reap temples.

First time visitor to Cambodia. Hired a local tour guide named Sak with Journey Cambodia. He had excellent English and knowledge of temples. So informative with his historical information. The driver, Mao, had little English but was so attentive to our needs, warm presence and a safe driver. Nothing was a problem, Sak was very happy to go at any pace that suited us, always checking in to see if we needed anything. We had solely gone to Siem Reap to visit Angkor Wat and definitely were not disappointed. Both Sak and Mao made our day and I would highly recommend you book directly with the company and ask for these two wonderful Cambodians.

Sak and Mao were our guide and driver today for this fantastic private tour to Angkor Wat. They really went above and beyond as I had hurt my back and had to use a wheelchair, they both took turns pushing me to see the beautiful sights. Sak had such a great knowledge of the temples and explained everything in great detail. This was such a fantastic experience and everyone should book with Sak and Mao from Journey Cambodia.

The itinerary is just perfect, covers all the temples and Mr. Sokhem is very knowledgeable and entertains questions to be asked. The vehicle was clean, the chauffeur is very attentive and courteous, the amenities during the travel is really good.

Pi was great. Funny, honest and incredibly knowledgeable - even about Thai and Burmese history. Very easy to understand. He is an amazing photographer!!! The tour was really good. There were just 4 of us for the 1st day which was such a great day and 6 on 2nd day. The temples were really different and uncrowded on day 1 compared to day 2. The highlight for us was the Ta Prohm jungle temple or tomb raider temple. Fascinating. Honourable mention to the wonderful driver who kept the water bottles flowing and the cold towels each time we got on the bus. If you have enough time to do the 2 days please do. Don't just see the touristy ones. These others each have a wow factor.

Paul Saruon was a great guide friendly kind and very educated about the history and religious culture. We spent two days with Paul and visited many beautiful temples as well as the floating villages. I highly recommend Thai tour and this guide in particular. Pauls English is excellent and he is a super nice person and a very informative guide. What a pleasure our stay was here.

Mr. Pi (Pireak) and Mr. Mao took us for an adventurous and interesting ride to the most important temples in the area. I took the 2 day tour and can highly recommend it. Logistics alone are superb - refreshments after each stop, pick-up services. And then there’s Mr Pi’s humorous way of sharing information about historical details as well as everyday life in Cambodia in former and present days. Definitely ask Mr. Pi to tell the stories from Hindu scriptures, there’s just no comparison to his funny yet remarkably interesting renditions that will help you understand the temples even better. Also, there’ll be plenty opportunities to take great pictures. Thank you very much for two great days!

We spent several days in the capital city of Phnom Penh with our private guide Sony (wonderful) and then several days up north in Siem Reap with our private guild Sok Chea (also wonderful). Both of these men spoke excellent English and were so informative and interesting. They definitely made our time in Cambodia memorable. I would highly recommend this tour company whether you contact them privately and set up your only schedule of tours or do tours with a group. Their rates were affordable and service top notch. They picked us up at the airport, hotel and where ever we preferred (restaurants, shows etc...). We saw the sunrise over Angkor Wat and went bike riding around this area...viewing several other temples. I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience we had in this country.
