Nice person, we visit Kampong Kleang village with him. Something out of this world.Special experience. He is good driver and know very good the village. Take him for this trip,nobody is better

We booked the half day sunset tour with them, 4 people. It was supposed to include an official English speaking guide to explain the temples. The guy didn't speak English, he didn't enter in most of the temples with us. He didn't explain anything that you can read. He took us to an expensive restaurant for two hours while he was sleeping... Didn't take us to the elephant terrace, he wanted to come back 3 hours before the time we talked... Totally ripped off, any of the tuk tuk guys could do the same this company did to us for a quarter of the price that we pay. If you want professional guides, this is not your agency, continue searching.

We had a Vannak Tour Guide for personalised touring (5 days) of the Siem Reap area. Vannak had an incredible knowledge of Cambodia and its history and had excellent language skills. He was friendly and very helpful in every aspect of our tour. Anyone touring Siem Reap could do no better than Vannak Tours.

Stating booked this tour company from agency where along the road on sok San ,Perhaps this is not the one I used for the temple tours company , I paid 18$ for the floating village trip the guy were told stop by the village walking along the Vilage , But we get on the boat ride the guide didn’t told us anything about the tour schedules just straight took us us to the canoe boat ferry push us to buy an other 5$ per person extra for the small boat the floating forest , It was not tour there cheating company and rapoff the money the tourists ,wouldn’t recommend this company an other traveler !

I did many activities, rent motorbike, one time, i drive my tyre flat, i get direct a other motorbike, excellent service. The Quad-Tour he arrange, was really fun and safe, also taxi i order to Battambang, was correct on time. He booking for me air tickets and Tuk Tuk to airport. When I went to Siem Reap on May, 2019, I wanted to ride a quad bike with my friend. I met Vannak first time. I am very surprised because He is very friendly and good English speaker. I asked my questions about other tours and he helped me a lot and tired to save my money which I never had experienced from other guide tour. I personally think that I should relax and feel comfortable when I travel. He is the right person as a guide. I went to Siem Reap second times and met him again. We have a good time again. Diem Vannak has just opened his own travel agency and tour company. After being quad bike guide for 5 years he decided to venture and start for himself. He showed me around Siem Reap and told me a lot about Cambodian culture and history. I can really recommend booking one of the many tours available at his shop as he is one of the best guides around Siem Reap. Highly recommended 5/5 stars!
