- 1Do something differently follow our local believes. Transfer in a remork (Tuk Tuk) to one of the popular local monasteries in town. Wander around the monastery and chats with monks before receiving a personal water blessing by one of those monks in which will perform about 10 minutes. Options to choose whether to just get water blessing ceremony by slightly throw water to you OR soak up by pouring bowls of water over your whole body. Our local believes this traditional Khmer ceremony will clean all bad lucks and spirits from past and brings GOOD LUCK & Prosperity from the moment of blessing time onward. Sure, you will feel surprise with fresh feeling after this unforgettable memory.

The food we prepared was explained well and the whole process made so simple & easy to follow - then we got to eat our delicious food. One of the best meals of the whole trip! I can’t wait to try & make some of these dishes myself when I return home. As well as the chef guiding us, all the other staff we interacted with - from the tuk tuk driver Mr Hak who picked us up, to the kitchen helpers who assisted with keeping the workstations clean - were helpful and courteous.
