About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- moon04010 contributionsHappy day with Mr SyThatI stayed in SiemRiep for 3days, and bought the Angkor Pass 3days. I booked the tour on the last day after two days went and visited several Temples by Bicycle. I did the sunrise tour with Mr SyThat. Asked him a lot of questions 🤣 I feel so sorry about it, just bcuz I love history. He was very nice, kind and answered almost every question I asked. Really appreciate it. Even he sent me a lot of information via WhatsApp after the tour 👍. Thank you so much Mr SyThat .Written June 14, 2024
- nicolemW1419GI0 contributionsTripadvisor didn't pass on our Booking to Tour operatorTripAdvisor DID NOT pass on our booking to the Tour Company until the morning of our tour. We booked and paid well in advance. We called the Tour company as they were not at our Hotel as planned and they informed us that they had only just received the details from TripAdvisor and were frantically calling to try and find a car and a guide. We were supposed to be picked up at 7.40am but were waiting in the hot sun at 9.40am still waiting for a guide. Very Very Poor service from TripAdvisor and I wont book with them again. The Tour Company did their best for us and offered to extend our tour but as we were now walking Temples in the Full Heat of the day it was exhausting and not enjoyable. It was in no way the fault of The Tour Company "Angkor Thom Siem Reap Tour" as they had only been given our booking that morning. Maybe contact them direct rather than using TRIPADVISOR. Very Disappointing by TripAdvisor and a shame to have left a bad feeling with us rather than a happy one that we should of had, as we had planned well in advance.Written February 25, 2024
- daniel s0 contributionsAngkor Wat day tourWe booked this tour through Grab a Guide and was really worth it We went Sunday 17/12 in the morning and was quite quiet, thankfully Was supposed to be a group tour but due to lack of numbers turned into a private tour Our guide Chaat Long was knowledgeable and explained the history or the 3 temples we visited. Also looked after both me and my wife in the heat Took loads of photos in the best spots A really great experience and highly recommendWritten December 17, 2023
- fadanothai0 contributionsFantastic! This was an excellent tour and very worthwhile. The Peah Vihear Temple is amazing, on top of a small mountain (you access by hired truck with experienced drivers). The top has fantastic views of surrounding small mountains in Cambodia, Thailand and Laos. The lunch stop chosen was great. Koh Ker was mysterious, different and fun to climb up. It is in the peaceful countryside. The trip also allows you to see farms all along the way. The final stop of Beng Mealea was really amazing and special. I recommend not spending toooo long at the first two sights, so you have enough time to take in this sprawling, beautiful temple sight. The tour guide was very fun to hang out with and a good photographer for all you Instagrammers.Written December 8, 2023

- karen k0 contributionsDon't Miss this! This tour will forever last in my memory. Our English speaking guide Dy drove us by tuktuk about 50 minutes to the river where it meets the Lake. The experience was breaktaking. Dy, our guide was forever focused on providing an exceptional experience. His stories were fascinating. Our young boat operator was expert. We stopped to walk the village to see their amazing community of hardworking community, temple and houses. The children running free were adorable and resourceful too. The second highlight was the women-powered small paddled boats to explore the mangroves. The bird and fish live were interesting. Respectfully suggest to bring small bill denominations for tipping the boat drivers, women and temple. A little goes a long way here. This river community depends on tourism when they are not in moonsoon season.Written March 7, 2023
- E2572CRkarenk0 contributionsDon’t miss this! exceptional guide and tourDy was our incredible English speaking guide. we spent the afternoon with him. we rode to the floating village, and I took took about 50 minutes away. The journey was interesting to get out of the city and see a more rural area. I highly recommend this tour as it offers a view of the most interesting way of life for a community living on the water and off the water. in addition to the motor boat ride to the lake with a stop to walk the neighborhood; we also had a stop to enter the mangroves with women powered rowboats. dy brought the whole experience to life. He is the most considerate tour guide, informative, and helpful. I suggest bringing in small bills, US currency or Cambodian for small tips go along way to this community.Written February 20, 2023
- Bun C0 contributionsWonderful and excellent serviceReally good service, we are 5 of friends booked it online and we are so happy when arrive there, they are waiting us at airport terminal. We recommend it to you.Written October 2, 2022
- lawrenced5480 contributionsVery good Value and consciousness guideOur guide's English was acceptable and Mr Sythat took his time to explain the temples in detail. We learned a lot. We greatly preferred using a Tuk Tuk over the bus. We did one tour in a small bus and felt the Tuk was by far the best way to connect with the area. He knew the best places to take pictures and planned the route to minimize the number of tourists at the temples (i.e. did Angkor Wat later in the day). Mr Sythat worked hard the long days to make sure our trip was enjoyable.Written February 20, 2020
- MarkoT19710 contributionsNice day visiting main temples at Angkor Archeological ParkThe tour was well arranged. The pick was 08:00 as agreed. We visited Ankgor Wat, Bayon, Ta Promh and saw smaller sites (Terrace of the Elephants etc. We had big car with driver (excellent Mr Nak). Our tour guide was sympathetic Mr Thy, who had very good knowledge of English, Angkor Park and Cambodia in general. We had a good day, recommendable, especially, if you want to see key temples in one day. Of course, Park offers lot to see for several days.Written February 17, 2020
- limlyeliang0 contributionsA Very Educational and Eye-opener to City DwellersThe company was very prompt to collect us from the hotel. Received a whatapps notification and everything webt on smoothly. The ridevti the ticketting office, boarding a boat and taking the ride up to Tonle Sap Lake and up at Kompong Phluk were seamless. The guide was careful and had taken initiative to provide adequate information on the way of life for the people at the village. Look the sight of the children, happy and free from worries learning as much as they can in school. The entire trip is worth the while and it is an opener to both my wife and me.Written January 10, 2020
- Raviravels0 contributionsExcellent Driver and very Informative Driver in Siem ReapMr Sitha spoke decent English and communicated well with us. He shared the historical knowledge about Cambodia with us and was very friendly. He was approachable and punctual. Moreover we had a private tour in car for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Mr Sitha if you want a private tour. His number is +85577708882.Written January 4, 2020
