About
This one day adventure tour gives you an unforgettable memory of trip to remote temple at the border of Cambodia- Thailand. Preah Vhear temple is on top of 525- meter mountain. It took almost 300 years for all kings to finish this temple. Once you are there, you will feel grateful to all builders who spent their time building this great temple. The view from the top is absolutely amazing. Finishing this trip of Preah Vihear temple, move to Koh Ker group temple. Koh Ker is considered as a abandoned capital during 10 century. A trip there shows a great king's idea to show off his skill and pride to build 7-level pyramid temple with one stair. The whole structure appears like Meru mountain in the heaven. Besides this great temple, there are many other great temples with tree roots and quiet and peaceful environment. Note: The start at 5 am- late afternoon. Please pack your breakfast for this trip. You will have lunch locally.

At 5 am, you will be taken to have wonderful full day trip to Preah Vihear temple and Koh Ker group temple. Preah Vihear Temple (Khmer: ប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ Prasat Preah Vihear) is an ancient Hindu temple built during the period of the Khmer Empire, that is situated atop a 525-metre (1,722 ft) cliff in the Dangrek Mountains in the Preah Vihear province, Cambodia. In 1962, following a lengthy dispute between Cambodia and Thailand over ownership, the international court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague ruled that the temple is in Cambodia. Affording a view for many kilometers across a plain, Prasat Preah Vihear has the most spectacular setting of all the temples built during the six-century-long Khmer Empire. As a key edifice of the empire's spiritual life, it was supported and modified by successive kings and so bears elements of several architectural styles. Preah Vihear is unusual among Khmer temples in being constructed along a long north-south axis, rather than having the conventional rectangular plan with orientation toward the east. On July 7, 2008, Preah Vihear was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. When you finish, have lunch locally. Then head to Koh Ker temple group. Koh Ker is a 10th-century temple complex in the north Cambodian jungle. A former capital of the Khmer Empire, the site is now remote and heavily forested. The main structure, Koh Ker Temple, is a stepped 7-tiered pyramid. The large rectangular tank, Rahal Baray, supplied water to the complex. The Prasat Krahom, meaning "red temple," is known for its sandstone carvings, while Prasat Pram is covered in strangler figs. All the monuments of Koh Ker were dedicated to Hindu gods, mainly Shiva but not for the Buddha though he was held in high esteem already during early periods of Khmer history. Apart from Shiva, to whom most temples were dedicated, Jayavarman IV also erected sanctuaries for other Hindu deities. You will return to the hotel quite late in the afternoon. Please ask your hotel to pack your breakfast for this trip. This tour price includes: A car/ van with A/C and driver, English-speaking tour guide, cold waters and cold towels. Not include: 1. Preah Vihear temple ticket: $10 USD/ pax. 2. Pick-up truck ( up and down the Preah Vihear mountain): $25 USD/ truck. 3. Koh Ker temple ticket: $10 USD/ pax. 4. Meals 5. Travel insurance. 6. Great blend of information and free time
My father and I did the two day tour with Bunleat. The tour was very interesting, and the perfect mix of information and free space to explore. Bunleat was able to answer all of our questions, and was not overbearing with information. Having a car with ac and wet towels and water was a life saver in the hot May environment. Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples are truly a most see and I would recommend the tour we did.

          Siem Reap Solo
A colleague recommended a guide, Bunleat from Tour Angkor Wat. He truly maximized my short time in Siem Reap. Whether you're a solo traveler or in a small group, I highly recommend Tour Angkor Wat. Bunleat's knowledge was astounding, providing historical context and insights into local life before, during, and after COVID. He was open to all my questions and even cleverly referenced earlier inquiries at later sites to better answer my initial curiosities. The heat was intense, but Bunleat kept me well-hydrated with a constant supply of water. He skillfully timed our visits to popular temples, avoiding the crowds and ensuring a more enjoyable experience. For solo female travelers or small groups, I can't recommend Bunleat enough. He organized airport transfers and expertly fit in temple visits around my arrival and departure times. He was clearly dedicated to ensuring I had a fulfilling Siem Reap experience despite my limited time. I felt safe, heard, and thoroughly impressed by his expertise. I've made sure to share his information with friends who are looking to travel to Siem Reap.

Amazing tour overall! Our guide was really knowledgeable and in two days he took us to see 8-9 temples, also taking amazing pictures of us. As we are travelling with 3 and 4 years old children he paid a lot of care and attention to their needs.

          Exceeded Expectations
This tour exceeded expectations in all respects. The guide and driver were stupendous because they were knowledgeable, fun, and very attentive to us. The guide was full of fascinating stories about the temples. Our guide was a great photographer too! Word of advice: Tuk tuk is the best way to explore the temples. It’s slow enough to enjoy the surroundings, yet fast enough to cover lots of ground.

Bunleat is the best tour guide in the world
My partner and I had the most amazing tour by Bunleat and Mr jame (our driver). We really enjoyed getting to know them and highly recommend Bunleat. He taught us so much about Cambodian culture as well as the stories behind all of the amazing temples. It was a pleasure learning of the rich history. If anyone is on the fence about getting a private tour, we highly recommend it. It is so reassuring to know you are in safe hands.

          Best trip ever
Bunleat was amazing! He took care of all the details in advance so everywhere we went it was smooth. Fun to be with and very knowledgeable about the temples. Offered in depth information about the construction and history. We requested to change the schedule slightly and see some local art in addition. Bunleat changed the literary and took us to two fantastic studios and our trip was complete. It would have not been the same or nearly as satisfying without his input. Highly recommend, you will be lucky to have him with you for your trip

Excellent, knowledgeable and nice guide, with a relaxing pace.
Sothan was a wonderful guide; very knowledgeable, well-spoken English and a very nice person that cares about his country and its heritage. What I also liked is his pace of explaining and the amount of information that he gave: I wasn’t flooded with information and he gave me some time to let thoughts sink in which made it a very comfortable experience.

Highly recommend Happy Angkor Wat Tour
My friend and I did the 2 day Happy Angkor Wat Tour with Bunleat Horng and his wonderful driver whose name I am sorry I can't right now remember. Bunleat treated us to many stories of the temples, the history, the carvings, the meaning of the places and moments memorialized that we were experiencing. He was relaxed and yet kept us on schedule which is not always an easy thing to do for a guide. When he realized we weren't 'selfie types' he just pointed out places for a good view and let us explore. Lunches at local restaurants were excellent. Two stops on the second day at artist studios were perfect for us - both artists and natural dye enthusiasts. Each time we returned to the tuk tuk our driver immediately provided cold water and cold lemongrass scented towels to wash our faces, hands, and necks. It was divine! He was an excellent, careful driver and we always felt safe.

One of the best tours ever
We went with Bunleat the guide for Happy Anghor Wat Tour. Bunleat is the most knowledgeable guide who shares an abundance of detail about the temples. He is polite and has a great sense of humor, as well as being an excellent photographer for us. We enjoyed exciting stories and historical information throughout the tour. Most importantly, Bunleat looked after our comfort and welfare through his attention to our wants and needs. A special shout out to our awesome driver!
